⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at VOCO Singapore! From the moment we arrived, the room was spotless and very comfortable, making us feel at home right away. We were so touched that the front desk remembered my mom’s birthday. Elaine went above and beyond to make sure we could stay in our original suite on the last night even after using the suite upgrade for the first five nights. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot to us. The welcome macarons were delicious and added a lovely sweet touch to our arrival. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast and smooth, which made everything very convenient. We also loved the warm and personal card from Mike. It was such a simple gesture but it made us feel really special. Overall, the attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the whole team made our stay unforgettable. We felt cared for and appreciated throughout our visit. Thank you to everyone at VOCO Singapore for making our time there so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning!

Our first trip to Singapore and we were not disappointed. The VOCO Orchard Singapore was a great hotel, all staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff here were so attentive especially Max whose birthday will be March 6th. Please wish him a Happy Birthday from the two ladies and a grown up daughter who flew in for the weekend from Taiwan. The restaurant on the top floor was excellent too.

We held our wedding in Feb 2026 and was served by Sunshine and Ashok. They were incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating, especially with our last-minute changes and special requests. They guided us through every step with care and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the big day. The banquet food regardless Chinese, Child, Halal or Vegetarian, was delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests kept complimenting the variety and quality. The hotel rooms were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for our family and friends to feel at home. The staff throughout the hotel and banquet were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our day stress-free and memorable. From the setup to the service during the banquet, everything was seamless and handled with so much care. We’re so grateful to the team for making our wedding celebration truly unforgettable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a professional and warm wedding venue experience!

We attended a wedding at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious—fancy, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The chef was especially friendly and warm, which made the experience even more special. Our hotel stay was delightful as well. I loved the in-room coffee—enjoying it in the morning with the complimentary crackers was such a lovely touch. Every staff member, from the concierge and receptionist to the banquet waitresses, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I will definitely be coming back for a staycation. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our wedding at voco Orchard on 30/11/2025, and it was truly everything we hoped for (and more!). 💍✨ Our families who flew in were so well taken care of — amazing room service, spotless rooms, and easy access to Changi Airport. Everyone loved the breakfast buffet too… the variety and taste were so, so good! 😋🍽️ A huge thank you to our Event Manager, Miss Sunshine, who guided us through the entire planning process with patience, care, and so much positivity. As the bride, I really appreciated how thoughtful the team was — from allowing us to store our gowns and items 2 days in advance, to arranging deluxe rooms on the same floor for our relatives. Everything was so smooth and stress-free. 💛 During the banquet, Banquet Manager Alvin and his team delivered truly 5-star service — attentive, accommodating, and incredibly professional. Our guests were full of compliments about both the food and the service.
