We had an amazing week in Fuerteventura staying at Paradisus by Meliá - it exceeded all our expectations! Stunning location with the dunes on one side and the ocean on the other. The staff was super helpful and kind the whole time making us feel always welcome. Special thanks to Maria, Juanma and Bruno for guiding us though the special culinary experience at Restaurant Mahos. Also, the whole staff working in the Gastrohall was excellent, taking care of us even during the busiest hours! Can't wait to come back!

We have loved our week long stay here! We came with our 5 year old daughter and she really enjoyed the kidsdom! Each day there are different activities, such as treasure hunts, arts and crafts, movie night, water carpet, etc, then every evening is a mini disco, followed by entertainment such as acrobatics, magic shows, etc. The staff are great with the kids, huge shout out to Effi, Alba and Luci who my daughter loved spending time with! Cocktails are great, huge variety of food, nice to go to the other restaurants too within the hotel, but you need to book these in advance. We also received cava and chocolates on arrival in our room as we were there to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch! Rooms are nice and clean, beds are made daily and towels are replaced if needed. There is a minibar in the room too which is replenished daily, free of charge, includes snacks and drinks. There is also a coffee machine in the room which is also replenished every day. Beach is gorgeous and literally next to the hotel! Only thing to note is that there isn’t anything near the hotel, eg shops, etc. which was fine for us as we just wanted to relax and have family time at the hotel and beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend! Look forward to coming again in the future too!

We are very happy with our stay at Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura. The hotel has a beautiful location, an excellent standard, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended!

+ 1. the rooms as well as the common spaces are renovated, very nice, and always clean 2. nice activities for adults 3. the staff is nice and helpful - 1. the food in the gastro hall is often cold burnt or just not good (focaccia in the picture for reference). when being in an all inclusive hotel where there’s nothing else around eating this for a week can become very dreadful. 2. The food is almost always the same (with some exceptions of tacos or the pizza pop up) so when most of the food is cold or just bad you end up eating the same thing every single day 3. the kanna restaurant: the first time we went they gave us the wrong order and during our second time there half of the dish was completely cold (we waited 50 minutes for the food.)also the drinks that we ordered were very bitter and much worse then the ones from the pool bar 4. we made the reservation for the mahos restaurant but when we came the next day to double check the hour they said the reservation doesn’t exist and put us on a waiting list (finally we managed to get in) 5. a lot of the staff doesn’t speak english so you might have some issues with communication 6. also weird thing they are very peculiar about their reservation system for the restaurants and they make it seem like they’re all fully booked out and then when you actually come they’re 2-3 tables that are taken 7. they don’t have enough staff so queues form at the bar or you end up waiting so long to order your drinks that you’re already done eating by the time you get them (gastro hall) 8. Unfortunately you wait for the food either 5 minutes (which ruins the experience of being in a restaurant and enjoying your time it feels very rushed and industrial) or an hour (i think they just don’t have a big enough kitchen to deal with rush time (kanna)) Apart from the food we had an okay stay but these flaws should not happen in a 5 star hotel as these are things i would expect from a 3 star or worse. When paying so much you expect great food and services but because of these situations we do not plan to come back to this hotel or any other hotels from the Melia chain.

We had a great holiday with our 2 year old, hotel and facilties good with kids park and pool. I feel it was good value (sept 2026). All staff very helpful and pleasant. Restaurant food good, buffet food ok some good some less so, but very wide choice and varies day to day. It's a beautiful location on the beach, the lagoon is often shallow great for kids paddling. It's a windsurfing spot so often very windy, usually too windy for sitting on the beach - there's a windsurf school on site. A few negatives - no sauna/steam room, melia app for booking restaurants is clunky, Italian restaurant was closed during our stay, could do with some more ramps for prams to improve access.
