We had a very pleasant stay at PARKROYAL Penang Resort. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. One small area for improvement would be the pillows, as there was a slight odour from one of the pillows. Also, the birthday cake and balloons were delivered only in the late afternoon. It would have been even more special if they had been placed in the room before or upon our check-in, so that it could have been a surprise for the birthday celebration. Nevertheless, these are minor points, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The excellent service, warm hospitality and spacious room made our experience memorable. Thank you to the entire PARKROYAL Penang Resort team. We truly appreciate the great service and look forward to staying with you again! ❤️

The hotel is a little dated, but it is still clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The overall environment is relaxing, making it a good place to unwind and spend quality time with family. I was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast selection and quality were actually quite good. I would have rated the hotel slightly higher if they had been more diligent with the room preparation. For a highly rated hotel, I would expect the room to be properly prepared according to the number of registered guests. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the room was prepared with one set of amenities short. I visited Ferringhi during the non-peak season, so it was less crowded, which I personally found very pleasant. It made the overall experience more relaxing. One thing to note, however, is that I wasn't particularly impressed with the food around Ferringhi. We tried several eateries that were highly recommended and well-rated on Google Maps, but I found most of them quite disappointing. Of course, taste is very subjective, so this is purely my personal opinion. For me, the food around Georgetown is considerably better and offers a much more satisfying dining experience.

This place was simply amazing. From the minute you arrive, the reception and lobby areas are so welcoming. With gorgeous views of the pool and see. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to suit all and the gym was very well equipped. The pools were lovely and warm and the sea was also fabulous. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean and I particularly loved the shower gel 😁 Everyone was so friendly and helpful which made our stay a very happy and comfortable one. Thank you!
