Excellent birthday getaway with superb food! Brought my wife here to celebrate her birthday and we had a wonderful time. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The food was definitely a major highlight for us. The breakfast buffet is superb—we absolutely loved it every morning. We also had a fantastic experience dining right by the beach at Gustoso Italian Restaurant. A special shoutout to Mr. Firdaus for the wonderful arrangements he made for us, and Chef Safar for his creativity and excellent skills in the kitchen. The hotel even surprised us with birthday gifts, which was a really thoughtful touch. The general facilities are good, though the room's sound insulation could be improved as it was a bit noisy. Still, the amazing hospitality, beachside vibes, and top-tier dining made it a very memorable birthday celebration!

love everything about this hotel.room with breathtaking view, bed and pillows that makes me dont ever want to get up, nice and big swimming pool for both kids and adult. delicious breakfast and most importantly this resort makes me feel so calm and relax. i will surely come again for my 2nd visit soon. thank you for the great hospitality from your concierge to every staff of the hotel. i really appreciated the deco for my anniversary and also fruits and cake was such a nice memorable gesture during my stay. and the best part is that there is water and ice dispenser available on all floors. the view from the hotel elevator is so beautiful. waking up to the sound of waves and bird chirping is such a great feeling.

Stayed at the park royal penang for the 1st time. Booked interconnecting rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. The rooms had lovely views of the andaman sea- I enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset views each day from the rooms- consider booking a seaview room if that's your thing. I had a good experience dining at the cinamon for dinner- the wait staff that evening noted that we had to wait 20 mins and above and kindly brought us complimentary crackers to ease our hunger. The portions were huge as well(at least for me). I want to thank the staff at cinamon for the good service and generosity rendered for that dinner. The hotel is located at batu ferringhi- it's by the beach which gives it that slow and idyllic vibes. The hotel has a kids club which my kids happily visited on 2 occasions- lovely staff who welcomed them and did craft with my younger daughter while my son busied himself with the play station 4. The pool offered complimentary ice water and fruits in the afternoon. The pool tends to get a little "mirky" in the afternoon due to the number of people having used it in the day so take note of the timing you want to use the pool especially in a busy period like june. The hotel provided a complimentary birthday cake as we were celebrating my son's birthday during the stay. Thank you for that. I would certainly recommend park royal penang for it's lovely rooms, generous service and amazing facilities.

Sangat best, their staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. Good for family vacation. Nice sceneric and sunset view. Room is clean and has modern touch. Services was on top🙌🏼👍🏼 Variety of local and western breakfast selection. Definitely will repeat in the future! Location is strategic, near local thai malay restaurant. Accessible by grabfood in case hungry at midnight😝

This is a stunning hotel with the most beautiful gardens that overlooks the beach. Feels like you're in a tropical oasis. There are two restaurants in the hotel with Asian and Italian cuisine. Food from both restaurants was fantastic. Location was great, walking distance to night markets, takeaway food courts and massage parlors. Two decent sized pools with plenty of space to lounge around. The rooms are a great size and service is impeccable. This was our first time visiting and we'll absolutely be back again.
