This hotel stands out as one of the best I have experienced so far. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The Concierge staff are truly amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to making your stay perfect. What impressed me most was the uniform commitment to hospitality across all roles. The entire team are genuine hardworkers, and even the gardeners took the time to offer a friendly smile. It's the small details like this that elevate the entire experience. The amenities here are also top-notch. The pool facility was fantastic for relaxing, and the kids' club provided a brilliant and engaging space, making it a perfect family stay. Beyond the excellent staff, the accommodations were superb. We have a great stay, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

All the staff were friendly, warm and very helpful if you asked for advice or anything. Room was serviced daily. The breakfast was incredible, catered for all nationalities. Garden bar was lovely for afternoon and evening drink. Restaurants at resort looked great, unfortunately never had a free evening to eat there. The morning greetings from resort door men were so lovely as we left to explore Penang. Same warm welcome on return. Sun Ther was friendly and offered helpful advice. Security was around the resort at night Enjoyed our stay, beach life at night great. Penang was so safe and a great place to holiday. Would love to return, and would stay at Parkroyal again. We had such a lovely stay at this hotel — everything from the warm hospitality to the thoughtful amenities made it an amazing experience for our little family. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities that are both luxurious and baby-friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for us and our baby. Comfortable baby cot was provided in the room, and mummies who need to store breast milk in the chiller or freezer are also well accommodated — a big plus for breastfeeding mums! The amenities truly stood out — from the serene pool area to the convenient family facilities that made traveling with a baby so much easier. Special mention to the in-house Italian restaurant Gustoso— the food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection! A big kudos to Mr. Kunalan and the entire team for their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Their genuine care and hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, baby-friendly getaway with top-notch service and great food. We’ll definitely be back again! 💛

We stayed here as a family with young kids and honestly had an amazing time. The location is just perfect — right on the beach with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. You can literally walk out of the resort and be on the sand in seconds. The kids absolutely loved the water slides and splash zone — they could’ve spent the whole day there! There are also plenty of indoor games, a kids’ play area, and fun activities to keep them busy. Our room had beautiful views, and the complimentary breakfast spread was fantastic — so many options and everything tasted great. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a family getaway — great location, great views, and a really nice balance of relaxation and fun. We’d definitely love to come back!

Staying at Park Royal Hotel Penang was truly an exceptional experience. The calm atmosphere, beautiful sea view, and the warm, professional service from the staff made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, complete with modern amenities. Its location is also very strategic—close to the beach and popular attractions in Batu Ferringhi. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
