I truly appreciate the humbleness and exceptional service of the entire hotel staff specially Suhani, Rinku, Krishna, Priyanka, Sohini, Sada, Vijay and the entire team. Evry interaction was marked by warmth, courtesy, n a genuine willingness to help. They went out of their way to ensure comfort and made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. Their polite attitude and prompt service reflect excellent hospitality standards. A big thank you to the team for making the stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Location is Excellent. Food, service ambience is extremely good. Ankush the Manager of the Restaurant, took good care of the Guests... All Staff are sincere & hard working. Shaikh Ehsaan delivered our Baggage in 4 different rooms in a few minutes. Hope to visit again soon. Sohini, in particular also took wunderful care of all guests at the restaurant...

We had an amazing two week stay at the Radisson. I really cannot fault any aspect, from check in to check out all was brilliant! Our room was spacious and spotless everyday and the hotel pool and grounds were very clean. We enjoyed the food but what really made our stay were the staff. All were very cheerful, welcoming and they work really hard to make your stay the best it can be. We especially want to mention Sohini who was so lovely and took time to talk with us. So accommodating, nothing was too much trouble Huge thanks also to Rinku, we just know you are going to make an excellent manager! Too many positives to list here, suffice to say we would stay here again because of the wonderful staff like Sohini and Rinku.

The hotel's beautiful decor, stunning views, and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by the housekeeping team, particularly, Pallavi & Sonu. Pallavi was attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and her friendly demeanor made a significant difference to our stay. The room was always spotless, and any requests we had were promptly attended to. Pallavi's excellent communication skills and proactive approach ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
