We stayed at Radisson Hotel Goa, Candolim for our office conference trip, and it was a great experience. The hotel arranged pick-up and drop from the station, and the staff was standing there holding our company name board, which made it very convenient for us. One staff member was assigned to assist us throughout the 3 days, which made coordination smooth and stress-free. The welcome was warm, and the overall management was well organized. The property is well maintained, clean, and located close to Candolim Beach. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good, and the conference arrangements were handled professionally. Overall, it was a pleasant and well-managed stay experience.

We stayed for two days for a business review meeting and had a great experience. The hotel staffs were extremely professional and supportive. Special mention to Mr. Omkar Keni, Mr. Debashis Saha, and Ms. Rekha Boricha for their excellent service. Rooms were well maintained and very comfortable. The breakfast spread and food options were impressive. Highly recommended for both business stays and leisure time with family and friends.

We had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Goa Candolim. The hotel ambience was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall hospitality was truly commendable. The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. The food quality and service standards were very good and met expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Amit and his team for the wonderful surprise birthday arrangements. Everything was perfectly organized as per our request, and their thoughtful efforts made the celebration truly memorable. Thank you to the entire Radisson Goa Candolim team for the warm welcome and seamless experience. We would be happy to recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.😊

Overall a very bad experience. 1. I stayed in this hotel wef 23-25 Dec alongwith my wife and 2 yr old kid. Firstly i would like to thank Nitin, sales manager, RSO mumbai for getting the last minute booking done for us. 2. Overall service, rooms and vibe of this hotel was not what we expected out of Radisson property (as it was not the first time we were going to stay in Radisson property). 3. It was more of like booking an oyo room as we were provided one room in one of their building which has nothing.. neither the view outside nor the good ambience inside the room. 4. We were so unhappy with the stay that we even asked for early checkout from hotel however they didn’t even allow us to do so and made us wait for 2 hrs. 5. On requesting staff to change the room they tried level best and were ready to give us one suit again with no balcony and no view. Finally after one day they provided us a better room with pool view. 6. On asking at reception about the events sch in hotel for kids or for night .. staff were clueless.. the live music was planned however not even a single staff informed us that. 7. Once we order food and drink in the pool side bar at 2230hrs.. bar staff replied us to better order from restaurant as they are closing it(closing time mentioned-2300hrs). Restaurant provided us dinner at 0015hrs stating restaurant closes at 2230hrs. 8. Lack of interest of staff as at around 0600hrs our room bell rung and staff standing outside asked for luggage though it was asked by our neighbour not by us. 9. The breakfast buffet had very limited food option and also they were not in state to handle the crowd. Even one coffee order took 45 mins for them. 10. This hotel is however not meeting the standard of Radisson or I must say that it is even spoiling the brand name. Someone should take keen interest to improve its standard. Regards

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Candolim, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's beautiful decor, stunning views, and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by the housekeeping team, particularly, Pallavi & Sonu. Pallavi was attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and her friendly demeanor made a significant difference to our stay. The room was always spotless, and any requests we had were promptly attended to. Pallavi's excellent communication skills and proactive approach ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
