Dear Acasia Resort & Spa Team, On behalf of the Maa Mandir Group, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the exceptional hospitality and service we received during our recent stay. You truly turned our group trip into a 100% successful and memorable experience. 🏨✨ A special note of appreciation to the key individuals who made it all possible: ✨ Front Office Excellence: A huge thank you to *Ms. Banie and Ms. Archana* Your management of the department is nothing short of tremendous. Your politeness, professionalism, and ever-ready attitude to assist our guests and coordinators 24/7 did not go unnoticed. Thank you for handling everything with such grace. 🙏 🍽️ Culinary Brilliance: Our sincere thanks to *Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Dhyanchandra* in the Food & Beverage department. The buffet was outstanding, and the variety you arranged was truly wonderful. We were amazed by your "never say no" attitude—no matter what we requested, you always went above and beyond to arrange it. Your dedication to excellence made our meals a highlight of the trip! 😋🥘 🏆 Leadership & Vision: Last but certainly not least, a massive thank you to *Mr. Vishal Ahuja*. Your involvement from the very beginning of the booking process to the end was incredible. Your excitement and attention to every small detail were truly surprising and refreshing. Thank you for your constant support, immediate problem-solving, and the high-level hospitality that sets you apart from the rest. 🤝👏 To the entire staff of Acasia Resort & Spa, thank you for your warmth and efficiency. We are leaving with wonderful memories, and you have certainly become our first priority for all our upcoming group trips. We look forward to returning very soon! ✈️

We have been to Goa many times, this year we went with TUI direct,we usually get a taxi to the hotel, but this year we used the TUI bus a fantastic experience but not for everyone. On arrival at the acacia in camdolim we were met by the reception team very helpful throughout our 3 week stay, From the general manager,to the room cleaner, it was excellent. I need to give a special mention to the TUI rep SANJAY who could of not do enough for us a very professional person who went beyond what his job entails. Also the catering team were fantastic to many to mention personally, But a very special mention to SYED who went beyond his duty to make our stay most enjoyable, we couldn't praise him enough. All in all the hotel is run very well, and the food and staff are fantastic. See you all next year. GED and Jill.

Very sad to see Acacia has become a dump.. front desk was vv helpful and efficient. Rooms were shoddy, washroom leaking from the shower area and worst the toilet pot leaked.. like seriously yuck. The sink panel was barely holding itself with large cracks which would crash any time. Doors etc are filthy. Breakfast was Indian, non veg was only boiled egg everyday. With scattered fan and coolers that were not started for breakfast, the staff however had a nice big fan ro themselves. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. However, room cleaning is pathetic. They clean from 2-5 right when you like your "Susegad". They don't finish with one room and continue with the other. Later they disappear and you have to call for towels, tea kits and just everything. They make you sign 101 rules, however you see people in their night dress in the pool. The location is the only benefit, howeve best avoided.

Title: Very disappointing stay at Acacia Candolim vs Acacia Morjim We stayed at Acacia Morjim on 18-19th May and had a great experience, so we decided to shift to Acacia Candolim on 20th and booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the experience here was completely opposite. Issues faced: - *Hygiene*: There were lizards in and around the property which made it very uncomfortable - *Food*: Breakfast spread was poor in quality and very limited options - *Service*: Staff behavior was rude and unhelpful throughout our stay - *Spa*: Paid Rs.5600 for 2 pax at the in-house spa, but it was not worth it at all — complete waste of money After a wonderful stay at Acacia Morjim, we expected the same standards at Candolim. Really disappointed with the service, cleanliness, and overall value for money. Would not recommend Acacia Candolim. Rating: 1/5
