Your place is nice and very much comfortable and in the budget also. I stay in your hotel and I feel like home. Your service is too good and liable. I meet with one guy whose name is Ashok, he guided me like a big brother and so helpful and kind hearted person. I am thinking next time when I will come definitely in your hotel. Thanks for everything. Good service and hygienic hotel you have. Keep doing.

Had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The entire place has a lovely, relaxed vibe, and the rooms are spacious, sparkling clean, and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying in one of the cottages, they’re amazing! Spacious, beautifully done, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, situated conveniently between Morjim Beach and Ashwem Beach. It also offers walkable access to local stores, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and the service is prompt throughout. Everything The food is also good and the breakfast is pretty decent with enough options to start the day well. Overall, a lovely property with great hospitality, clean and spacious rooms, a convenient location, good food and excellent service. Highly recommendable!

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The rooms had a noticeable sewage smell, which we reported to reception. They arranged for a service to address the issue, and this did help reduce the smell in our room. However, there was still a general sewage odour throughout the hotel. There was also renovation and painting work taking place around reception, resulting in strong chemical fumes. On the positive side, the reception and housekeeping staff were courteous and friendly. We also had a banquet room booked for a group event, but unfortunately, the hotel was not very accommodating with the audio-visual equipment requirements. This meant we had to shorten our programme, which was disappointing. Overall, while the staff were pleasant and made efforts to assist, the odour, renovation fumes and lack of flexibility with the event facilities affected our overall experience.

Rooms hygiene is pathetic and you will get much better hotels at this price in candolim for sure. Our room was smelling of the cockroach pest control badly which hotel didn’t had an answer to. One lift wasn’t working for which hotel was OK about it. Short of staff and really cutting corners to run the hotel.
