We were genuinely excited for our stay in Goa until we arrived at this so-called four-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not come close to the standards advertised online. The photos and descriptions provided are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property. We had booked a double suite, but upon arrival the room had not even been cleaned after the previous guests. The bed sheets were in disarray, visibly dirty, and the room was unhygienic. In a rushed attempt to fix the situation, the cleaning staff did only a superficial clean, during which large amounts of dirt and trash were discovered. The room remained unacceptable, so we requested to be moved. We were then given two separate rooms, which were in equally poor condition. Both rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The bathrooms had strange stains, and the beds had clearly used sheets with visible marks and residue, showing they had not been replaced or properly cleaned. The floors were sticky and grimy, and despite multiple requests for cleaning, we observed that the same dirty, blackened mop water was being reused across multiple rooms. Due to the filthy conditions, I could not sleep that night. The bedding had crusty residue and felt extremely unhygienic. The following day, we discovered worms and termites under one of the beds. When we asked to be moved again, we encountered additional problems showers were not working properly and water leaked everywhere. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, with very limited options and watered-down milk. Overall, this stay was a nightmare. The poor hygiene, lack of maintenance, and misleading advertising ruined what was meant to be a relaxing trip. This hotel does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, let alone four-star expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were not properly clean. the wash rooms were very dirty they were not properly clean the toilet seat was still unclean and used. It was like they did not clean around the curtains this is not covered behind the door or besides it under the bed or anywhere that is even remotely easy to reach. The only clean with a broom the room was not properly maintained and the room was all damp I stay in room 401 I came from 4th Jan to 7th Jan. The food was also very repetitive and boring it was mainly South Indian. This swimming pool looked like it was not clean for at least a week Oh there was a bad crowd they were smoking and drinking and they took over the entire swimming pool. The staff was very rude and some look like they had been drinking a lot in their shift. Also don't get me started on the food prices we ask for a small glass of milk for a little child birthday was charging 130 rupees for it. A single Manchow soup was so expensive that it cost it nearly 600 the food was also very bland and did not taste good. The washroom lack basic amenities like a toothbrush kit a shaving kit and even conditioner. The extra bed was just a uncomfortable mattress laid on the ground not even a bed frame. The peep hole in the door was locked with a peice of wood. And the quality of soap and shampoo was bad. The staff was very rude and inexperienced. Overall unlike they said the Wi-Fi on internet speed for also not good it was not very child friendly and about definitely recommend anyone to not come here many of the five star reviews are also bought by someone named aman Khan my advice to anyone is to not come here ever. The food refills in the breakfast which lasted till 10:30 would not very good and they were very reluctant to do so. We had to shout and ask them several times.

We recently stayed for two nights with our family and were extremely disappointed. The food quality was very poor, the bathroom was not properly maintained, and the washroom doors were not working. This property is definitely not a 4-star hotel as claimed. Breakfast was of low quality and not worth the money at all. The freezer was empty, and basic amenities such as a toothbrush kit, shaving kit, and ironing board were missing. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. The swimming pool was also not clean, and the kitchen staff’s behavior was very rude, making us feel unwelcome. They kept highlighting menu prices for food and water as if it were a 7-star property. I strongly recommend not staying here, as it does not meet even basic hospitality standards.

DL Turas Hotel was truly wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The room service by Aman Khan was especially impressive — always quick, polite, and very professional. The staff overall was very helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the location was peaceful yet close to everything. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at resort de Altura in goa and had a wonderful experience. the hotel offers a peaceful and spacious retreat, The property is vast and beautifully maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing family stay or hosting events and parties. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. What truly stands out is the high quality of service – the staff is one girl she from sales department name is Aman Kahn she is very intelligent with humble heart pure nature to providing good service all the guest courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Whether you’re planning a family getaway or looking for a venue for a celebration, resort de Alturas is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!
