We had an excellent stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. The hospitality and service were truly outstanding. The Front Office team – Deeksha ( Perfect Leader to lead team ) , Chitrgupt, Ranjan, Abhirami, Veda, Aakarsh, Abeer , Sakshi , Manisha and Sanika were warm, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the F&B team – Manager Glen & Cullen, Ritika, Ritesh, Divesh, and Swapnil for their attentive service and great dining experience. We were travelling with our baby, and the team went out of their way to ensure that my wife and our baby were made extremely comfortable, which we truly appreciated. The way the staff made our stay so comfortable genuinely makes us want to come back again. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Truly the Best – Hotel & Services We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with family here in January, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Everything was amazing—from the beautiful location to the crazy outside view from the room, which was simply breathtaking. The food was excellent, and a special mention goes to Chef Ravindra, who personally met us during breakfast and took complete responsibility for my kids and parents. He constantly checked in with us, took feedback on the food and service, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. His care and attention truly made our stay memorable. Heartfelt thanks to Chef Ravindra, Chef Melroy, Mr. Glen, Pratham, and Bhanu for their valuable service and warm hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again this summer.

I have stayed in approx15 Taj group hotels in India including Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Srinagar, Tirupati, Varanasi and more…. But my stay at Taj Cidade Horizon Goa was beyond all. I really appreciate the proactive approach of all individual staff members. They are always on Toes. We love to stay again in future. My special thanks to Chef Mr. Tajuddin- who provided me special prepared Jain meals during my stay. Food was very tasteful and met our requirements.

The hotel location is beautiful… the view from room 1547 was too good. The food was amazing. Service top notch. The only complaint was that the AC in the hallways felt toooo cold. The room AC is also too cold. Which is a BIG problem for elderly people who can’t sleep in cold rooms. Rooftop pool is good with nice views of the ocean but a little bit on the smaller side.

We had a wonderful experience in Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. The check-in process was handled very smoothly, and Hashashri who assisted us was truly excellent. She made sure we were comfortable throughout and went the extra mile to make our stay special, especially since we were celebrating my dad’s birthday. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a big difference to our visit and she was excellent throughout the entire process.
