I rarely leave reviews, but this time I felt it was important to share my experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel offers plenty of attractions for children, making it a great choice for families. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall impression. Although the food was tasty, the menu was very repetitive, with almost the same dishes being served every day. In addition, finding a free table at dinner time was extremely difficult and often felt almost impossible, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. The biggest disappointment, however, was the situation with our lost snorkeling mask. After reporting it missing, a member of the staff informed us that it had been found during the evening pool cleaning and taken to the reception desk. When we went to collect it, we were told that it could not be found. I spoke with the Duty Manager, who told me that the CCTV footage would be reviewed and the matter investigated. Unfortunately, we never received any update or explanation about what had happened to our belongings. I fully understand that guests are responsible for their personal belongings. However, once the hotel confirmed that the mask had been found and handed over to the reception, I believe it should have been kept safely until its owner collected it. What disappointed me the most was not only the loss of the mask itself, but also the lack of follow-up and communication after the investigation was promised. The hotel has many positive aspects and a lot of potential, but I hope improvements will be made to the dinner service, especially regarding seating capacity, as well as to the procedures for handling lost property and communicating with guests.

I stayed at this hotel last year, and this year I found myself missing it so much that I wanted to share my experience. Overall, everything was very good. The reception team kindly accommodated our request and provided us with a room that had a beautiful view. The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s activities and competitions. They organized group games and tournaments such as volleyball, swimming, table tennis, archery, and many other fun activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was average, but the overall experience was excellent and memorable. I truly miss this beautiful hotel and hope to visit again in the future. Looking forward to seeing you again!😍😍

Lovely hotel. Rooms are big and spacious (we booked a room with a side sea view for a few pounds more). Cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Food is good and the all inc drinks are OK. 20 min walk into the center, or there is always a taxi out the front that'll take you there for 300 Turkish Lira. Corridors can be a tad noisy at night but that soon quietens down. Shops are available in the foyer and also on the lower level. There are multiple pools, one with water slides to keep the kids happy for the families and there's a quieter over 18 pool at the side where no kids are allowed. The staff are pleasant enough and are always happy to help. Buffet food is available pretty much 24/7 as is the bar that is on the foyer level. There's a coffee shop that serves cakes and ice cream with waffles too that's hidden round the corner on the foyer level. Would I come back here? Absolutely - we've already booked for next year.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ramada Resort & Golf Club, and it’s definitely a place we’ll remember very fondly. At the beginning, there was a small mix-up with our room, but I have to say the management handled it brilliantly. They were professional, approachable, and resolved the situation quickly by offering us a room change without any hassle. From that point on, everything was smooth — and the rest of our stay was simply epic. The food in the hotel was excellent. A great variety of Turkish cuisine, with some dishes having a nice European twist, which made it even more enjoyable. There was also plenty of choice for children — and I have to mention the afternoon waffles, which my son absolutely loved and looked forward to every day. The spa was another highlight. The staff were extremely professional, and the massage experience was incredibly relaxing — exactly what you want on a holiday. The pool area is spacious and very well designed, with plenty of room for everyone. The slides were great fun, and it’s a big plus that there is also a dedicated adults-only pool, where you can truly relax without any noise from kids. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, which really made a difference. All in all, I would confidently rate this stay 5 stars. A fantastic place for both families and couples — we would definitely come back!

On arrival and on the way to the room there was skirting boards and door architraves hanging off and left loose. In the bedroom there was a curtain missing and sheets on one of the beds wasn't clean. The food in the buffet is of very poor quality and most of it looks like it gets brought out and back everyday. The only food decent was the pizza at the poolside bar. There is cats everywhere in the restaurants wandering around and on seats and tables. The swimming pools were stone cold at 17 degrees which is far too cold for anybody to swim in and enjoy. Safe to say it's not a real 5 star hotel by European standards and probably 3 at best. Without a doubt I won't be back
