Lovely hotel. Rooms are big and spacious (we booked a room with a side sea view for a few pounds more). Cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Food is good and the all inc drinks are OK. 20 min walk into the center, or there is always a taxi out the front that'll take you there for 300 Turkish Lira. Corridors can be a tad noisy at night but that soon quietens down. Shops are available in the foyer and also on the lower level. There are multiple pools, one with water slides to keep the kids happy for the families and there's a quieter over 18 pool at the side where no kids are allowed. The staff are pleasant enough and are always happy to help. Buffet food is available pretty much 24/7 as is the bar that is on the foyer level. There's a coffee shop that serves cakes and ice cream with waffles too that's hidden round the corner on the foyer level. Would I come back here? Absolutely - we've already booked for next year.

On arrival and on the way to the room there was skirting boards and door architraves hanging off and left loose. In the bedroom there was a curtain missing and sheets on one of the beds wasn't clean. The food in the buffet is of very poor quality and most of it looks like it gets brought out and back everyday. The only food decent was the pizza at the poolside bar. There is cats everywhere in the restaurants wandering around and on seats and tables. The swimming pools were stone cold at 17 degrees which is far too cold for anybody to swim in and enjoy. Safe to say it's not a real 5 star hotel by European standards and probably 3 at best. Without a doubt I won't be back

Stayed at the hotel from 29.12.25 to 02.01.26. Good location and a really nice view. The hotel is positioned in such a way that almost every single balcony has a nice view, which is great and all, however, the overall experience was not nice. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. There were complimentary drinks in the minibar. We were greeted by a bowl of sweets and fruit. A great gesture. This is where the good part ends and why I am giving 2 stars overall. The food was not of high quality, it tasted old. Most of the cheese that was presented was with visible signs of too much refrigerator exposure and tasted like that. Upon arrival the hotel was cold as it literally opened the same day (but they work all year round?) The staff spoke little to no english or russian, it was very hard to ask for something and actually receive it. We were with our 3-year old son. There was no towel for him upon arrival. There was no animators and we were denied access to the children's club. Spa center was a joke. One small semi-warm pool and 1 small sauna. The steam bath was out of order. The fitness was small but had good and well-kept machines. Housekeeping came everyday, but they never cleaned the floor. Never going back there.

Nowhere near 5 stars – save your money. Our stay here with our 1.5-year-old was a complete disappointment. The property is a 2-star place masquerading as a 5-star. Facilities: The pool is an 18°C—totally unsafe for a baby. Navigating the resort is impossible due to inaccurate signage. Dining: The food is tasteless and often served undercooked. To make matters worse, the snack bar closes long before the posted times. Service: The staff is indifferent. They offer endless "sorries" but zero solutions to any problem. Don't expect them to address these concerns; I’ve seen them reply to other negative reviews with empty, fancy words while nothing actually changes. We will not be returning, and I strongly advise other families to look elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel with great service, delicious food, and clean facilities. The spa staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and ensured a relaxing experience. The animation team maintained a consistently high level of energy and engagement, providing varied entertainment throughout the day and evening. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, particularly the Turkish and fish options, both offering high-quality dishes and attentive service. The meals were well-prepared, and the presentation and portion sizes met a high standard. Overall, the Ramada Resort provides a well-organized and enjoyable environment suitable for both families and couples. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Turkey.
