Fantastic hotel with great service, delicious food, and clean facilities. The spa staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and ensured a relaxing experience. The animation team maintained a consistently high level of energy and engagement, providing varied entertainment throughout the day and evening. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, particularly the Turkish and fish options, both offering high-quality dishes and attentive service. The meals were well-prepared, and the presentation and portion sizes met a high standard. Overall, the Ramada Resort provides a well-organized and enjoyable environment suitable for both families and couples. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Turkey.

Unfortunately, the service in the main restaurant was extremely disappointing. Staff seemed disorganised and inattentive, and overall the experience did not meet the standard expected from a 4-star all-inclusive resort. The water in the drinks and bathroom became very salty for around 3-4 days out of my stay and was undrinkable, the restaurant realised this and switched to bottles but only after a few days. In addition, I had a particularly unpleasant experience when trying to book the à la carte restaurant. The lady from the public relations team was very rude and dismissive. She told me reservations must be made “a few days in advance” and that the restaurant was fully booked. However, the hotel information clearly states that bookings can be made one day before. After being refused a reservation, I contacted Jet2 directly, and suddenly there was availability—something that should not have required their intervention. Later, I personally checked the restaurant and noticed that many tables were empty, with visible availability over the next few days. This inconsistency was frustrating and left me feeling misled and disrespected. That said, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of our stay. The kids’ club, mini disco, and playground area were excellent and very much enjoyed by my children. The staff in those areas were friendly, engaging, and created a fun environment for families.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. My wife and I needed a rest, the location was perfect for us as it suited our needs (no excessive sounds), at our age we just wanted to chill out and enjoy the scenery. The food selection is great and would suit anyone. We spent a lot of time in the patisserie bar enjoying hot and cold drinks. The bus and Taxi into the Harbour is in expensive and left plenty of money for my dear wife to spend on items she fancied. Would recommend this hidden jem for couples and families who enjoy a holiday without the madness of night club music. Just one fly in the ointment, yes that's the flies, please get some equipment to stop them from ruining the relaxation that we know that you want us to have. I had a superior room, with just a few minor issues, which customer relations were happy to help with. In all I would certainly recommend this hotel. Five stars from us.

Positives- all the staff on resort was extremely polite and was always there to answer questions and provide support. Nice and spacious room with good view. Food and drinks were great. Beautiful pools and very comfortable sun beds and plenty of space for everyone. Great air conditioning Criticism- water pressure in the room was very poor and mixer valve on the shower was not in great working order. Bathroom was nice but tiles had stains on them the shower screen leaked and was holes behind the hand rails. Had a light that didn’t work in the room. The hand rails for the stairs were very flimsy, I would not put trust in holding on to them. The vast majority of towels that were replaced in the room had holes in them. Only 2 hangers in the closet The door for the balcony didn’t close properly and let air pass through it so was very noisy on a night And it would have been nice to have a tv with some English channels. (mostly German) Overall we had a great stay and although there’s some criticism I would come here again but I like to leave honest reviews and that is what I’ve done. If this had been a 4 star resort I would have not been so critical out some of the things but as a 5 star resort I would have expected more. Thank you - room 2612

Amazing 7 night stay. The food was a pleasant selection of Turkish food, extensive salads, fish and some English classics (chicken nuggets and pizza!). The hotel was clean and had plenty of room for all with sunbeds, a variety of bars and eateries outside. The location was perfect. A short bus into kusadasi that departed from right outside the hotel. It was also a nice run down to the harbour and back for a 5k!
