Beautiful setting and resort, lovely staff who work very hard. Unfortunately the hotel is let down by minor details. In our room there was a broken wardrobe door, table leg and tiles coming off the wall, this was quickly resolved and repaired once mentioned to staff, which was impressive. The balcony was not child safe in my opinion, where the rails meet there is a gap big enough for a toddler to fit through so I didn't let little ones out there. The hotel lacks for children, there is no baby change facilities, the children's club room looked a bit desolate, but the lady who runs it is really nice, she also does the evening 'disco' the kids loved it but it starts at 9pm and runs for about 20mins. This is a shame because the only thing for kids here all day is the pool and playpark. The playpark is okay but right next to the swings is a manhole covered by a loose rubber tile. Very dangerous. I took a photo and showed staff who later covered it with large stones. The food had a big selection, the salads were the best thing about it,food each night was hit and miss, depends on your taste, same for breakfast! The hotel is clean and modern, staff all friendly and always willing to help. Hotel shop overpriced, paid £9 for baby bum cream but that expected in a resort shop. The private beach ok, a little dirty, and the staff there completely different, do not like you sitting on their decking area, got told to move, got told we couldn't sit there to eat, basically just told you where you could and couldnt be,I dont know if it was because we had kids as everyone with kids seemed banished to sit over on the beach area, they were very unwelcoming and I wouldnt return to it. Overall, I'd likely return to this hotel as a single person with no children.

First time going to turkey and we are glad we did. We went with friends and family and it’s the best holiday we have been. Tonnes for the kids to do and not far away from the main town either The food was great and a big variety of food for everyone. We went all inclusive and it was worth it. The cocktails were excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back

This is a nice hotel. But there’s one MAJOR drawback that made us realize we’d made the wrong choice in coming here..., since it possess itself as family-friendly. That’s true, but not entirely. In fact, I wouldn’t come here with an infant. The biggest problem is the lack of stroller-friendly infrastructure. The terrain involves a lot of uphill and downhill slopes, so it’s impossible to enjoy a walk around because you have to navigate up or down so many stairs. There are stairs absolutely everywhere, and there are absolutely no alternative routes. As a parent with a baby you simply don't have an easy access to the playground or tennis courts etc. Getting to restaurant on your own also takes a lot of effort. So, you can’t go to the restaurant, then head back to your room to change, then go lie by the pool, and then return to your room to take a comfortable shower or get some shade from the midday sun... Once you leave your room, you’re stuck hanging around the main building and the front desk. BTW there are only two elevators in the building where the restaurant is located. I won’t go into how much time we spent waiting.... On one of the days of our stay, only one elevator was working — and, ironically, we ended up getting stuck in it. People with disabilities and wheelchair users should not even consider this hotel for a vacation.

Genuinely horrible. The food from the main restaurant and snack bar was always cold even when it was freshly brought out. Even the eggs… 🤢. The pancakes in the morning were dry regardless if any topping were put on. The set up of the restaurant itself is senseless and not through out at all. Want eggs on toast for brekkie? Sorry you’ll have to go to the exact opposite sides of the place to get them… Asked for an early brekkie one morning and got refuse entry so we had to go to reception to sort it out. Very poor communication from staff to staff members. The entertainment team is very pushy and invasive even at the quiet pools. I was really looking forward to the mini golf and it was so disappointing. There wasn’t even balls or golf clubs out to use. So disappointing. I was really looking forward to trying a mocktail and they didn’t offer any! I asked for a virgin version of one of them and got given a glass of orange juice, they didn’t say that the mango and lemon was a liquor. The chicken was undercooked on multiple occasions. Very hilly resort so would not recommend for children, especially those in a buggy. Rooms were average. AC worked well but heard other things from other rooms. Would not recommend for picky eaters. While they had a kids section it was the exact same things every night. Pasta, sauce, chips. Very exciting. The hotel has a gift, bag and clothes shop. Bag and clothes are genuine fakes. Gift shop is mediocre. Also have a shoe shop. Nice but small. If you do come here, do not enter with high hopes. You will be disappointed.

As someone who has spent many years in hotel management, including roles at executive level and as a general manager, I tend to evaluate hospitality establishments not only as a guest but also from a professional operational perspective. With that background, I would like to share my feedback accordingly. First of all, I must sincerely acknowledge that the Food & Beverage operation stands out at a notably high standard. The coordination of the F&B team, the operational flow during peak hours, and the overall service discipline are all very well managed. The buffet layout, product variety, balance between hot and cold selections, presentation quality, and overall taste reflect a level that compares very favorably with many properties in the industry. The dedication of the kitchen team is clearly visible in the consistency of production and execution. Likewise, the service staff demonstrate a highly commendable attitude—consistently polite, solution-oriented, and able to maintain guest focus even under significant operational pressure. The coordination within the wider operations team and the interdepartmental alignment also reflect strong managerial oversight. The animation team also deserves recognition, particularly for their efforts with children’s activities. The program is well-structured, energetic, and thoughtfully designed to engage families, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests with children. That said, from a constructive standpoint, I believe there are areas for improvement within the accommodation and room division. In particular, enhancing housekeeping detail standards, strengthening room maintenance consistency, and updating certain physical elements in line with modern guest expectations would significantly elevate the overall guest experience. Given the strong performance in F&B and operational areas, aligning the accommodation standards with the same level of excellence would position the property much higher in overall quality perception. In conclusion, I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire F&B, kitchen, service, operations, and animation teams for their dedication and professionalism. It is clear that a significant amount of effort is invested in delivering a positive guest experience, and this commitment is clearly felt throughout the stay.
