Overall with this stay you get what you pay for, its only a stone throw from the airport and 5 minutes from the town, surrounded in beautiful mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very basic, no main light in the bedroom, shower did not drain properly and the cleanliness was not up to par, there is a fridge which they leave water wich is great! There was one plug socket in wich was haging out of the wall - if you think of the room as just somewhere to sleep then its fine. The food was hit or miss, breakfast was not great unless you love eggs seems like thats the majority. Lunch seems to be on average nice, a special mention to the spicy cous cous 😍 dinners again we're okay- meat and vegetarian options available as are gluten free dishes, not all the food was labled so maybe tricky if you do have allergies however im sure if you asked they would tell you because the chef is always around topping up. - puddings were authentic Turkish dishes so if you are expecting a chocolate cake this is not the place for you. I will say there's not much food to offer during the day just an option of a small piece of cake at 5pm. At the bar you can enjoy beer, red or white wine ( can turn into spritz) local spirits and soft drinks i.e coke, sprite &fanta. Bottled water is not but there is a small water station just outside the restaurant and, The bar did stop serving the all inclusive aspect at 10.30 and from then you had to pay- i recommend if your going to party then head out to town as the drinks there are imported for the same price. We did notice that the music was very repetitive however when we asked for a request this was met. We have seen previous comments regarding chemicals in the pool and sharp edges we did not have any issues with this however it seems some of the steps as you walk in feel slightly rough. The waterslide is only on twice a day for 45 mins but overall the pool was lovely, plenty of sunbeds too! There was no evening entertainment other then the music from the bar but this wasn't what ide consider entertainment. The place is accessible with ramps everywhere and alot of space to menuvour and its also kid friendly too! The beach was lovely! I highly reccomend taking a trip, the bus shuttle is always on time and is provided free of charge from the hotel with great timings. On the beach there is a small bar wich serves Turkish flatbreads between 12-2 and soft drinks & coffee- this does not serve alchol though. The beach itself is very safe with attentive lifeguards, there are also some gentlemen who offer legitimate boat trips too ( they will approach but are not pushy). To conclude its a cheep and cheerful holiday, some reviews are very harsh but its really not as bad, just don't expect a 5* hotel!

Just got back from 10 days at the one club. Had to move apartments 4 times. Food was mainly awful and not edible and all inclusive drinks are a choice of 5 then the rest you have to pay for and only free until 10.30 then you have to pay for all drinks. Positives, pool was lovely with sun all day and staff were amazing but the place needs seriously upgrading and lots of repairs need doing. It is definitely not a 4* at the most I would say 2*. Had to spend money on food in the town to get a decent meal as had stomach bugs while there. Lots of the holiday makers we spoke to all said the same. Will never go there again.

Certainly. Here is a sharper, more natural version in everyday English, optimised for platforms like TripAdvisor or Google Reviews, without artificial phrasing or overused structures: Dangerous, Dirty, and Dishonest – Avoid This Hotel This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The place is badly maintained, unsafe, and run by staff who clearly do not care. Serious safety issues: Exposed electrical wiring in the bathroom. Completely unacceptable. Broken tiles with sharp edges along walkways. Trip hazards everywhere. Pool slide is peeling fibreglass. Decking around the pool is broken and unstable. A lifeguard was present but focused on people’s footwear instead of obvious safety risks. Food hygiene is poor: Food was always lukewarm – both the hot food and food that should have been cold. Flies were everywhere, especially around the buffet. Very limited food choice, the same basic selection every day. Food is only available for short periods and if you arrive after 1000 there will be nothing for you on arrival (not really all inclusive, more a 3 meals provided). Staff behaviour was appalling: Reception staff were rude and dismissive. They lied about our room booking and tried to get more money out of us by claiming we needed to upgrade. There is a rubbish tip behind the hotel where we saw a maintenance worker welding and grinding on the apartment steps without any protective gear – no mask, no warning signs. This was while kids were walking past to get to their rooms. This hotel is not safe, not clean, and not honest. Avoid it completely. I would never come back, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here 12/9 until 19/9 on arrival i noticed the front of the hotel was nothing like portrayed in the hotel photos. My room was very dirty i bought cleaning products from the local shop to clean myself!! The air con didn't work neither did the fridge in the room. No bedding or towel changes the whole week I was there. The food was appalling and barely Luke warm and ended up eating out more than eating in the hotel. No entertainment at all anytime of the day or night. The pool area was filthy with broken sun loungers everywhere while the loungers cushions stunk of cat urine. Booked as all inclusive but if you want a decent drink you have to pay for it, no snacks available throughout the day. The area the hotel is set in was absolutely beautiful but the hotel itself needs a massive refurbishment and money poured into it. Not a 4* by any stretch of the imagination would rate it as a 2* at the most.

ARRIVAL- arrived around midnight and greeted by a lovely blonde lady. Now normally any hotel i have gone to this late usually provide a little snack plate and drinks but here they do not which was not great with 4 hungry tired thirsty kids.we where advised we could get coffee or tea from the machines in the restaurant but they where not on. We where able to get a cold drink at the bar but they had to be paid for as all inclusive ends at 10.30. The room- clean and air conditioned and netted doors was nice. However, each bed only had one top sheet and 1 pillow. We did request extra the next day and they were swiftly brought to us to be fair however the 2 quilts brought had no sheets on them. But they kept us warm and that's the main thing. In the 7 days we where there our room was swept once and clean towels left. No beds changed or bins emptied other than that. But overall the room was good. THE OUTDOORS - The pools were lovely temperature and there were plenty of sunbeds. The trees and greenery surrounding were all well kept. The park however is in disrepair. And 9 separate guests there had ear infections and my son has come home with one which I'm advised is more than likely caused by pool water if that many people had the same thing. The bar and outdoor seating area was fine and had netted canopy above it for some shelter out of the sun. All inclusive - Food was decent and was always something to eat but was very samey most days with a few variations, the deserts where literally the same every day a few cakes some what i would call flavoured blomounge and same 3 fruits every day apple' watermelon and orange and none of the dishes where labelled so you didn't know what any of it was. Overall though food was fine. The all inclusive drinks options where in all honestly the worst I've had in any other hotel. Your only alcohol option's are lager, vodka, whiskey, red and white wine which weren't great and the tiniest amount of alcohol is put in everyone was commenting on it you'd have to drink a 100 to even feel tipsy. All other drinks have to be paid far and not particularly cheap either. However, the barman was always friendly and spoke English. Entertainment- we where shocked that peak season there was 0 and I mean 0 Entertainment nothing in the day near the pools. No day activities no night time Entertainment just music played by rhe barman and usually same music every evening. Which in my opinion is losing them money because people went to the town to drink instead and to watch Entertainment. Location - great location not far from the beach and shuttle provided which was great. Private beach area was a good size and all beds were free all with parasols. And a little hut were you could get cold softdrinks as part of your all inclusive. Places near beach where you could purchase food and ice cream and reasonable price too. Also 2 minutes in a taxi to the town whixh in 200lira each way which isn't bad and plenty of shops and lovely bars and restaurants. Found everyone very friendly try ro get you to buy but unlike some other places they are not too pushy and very polite and can find some good bargains. Entertainment in all the bara' belly dancers, karaoke and more. Lots of the restaurants are reasonable and food is lovely. In conclusion for location its excellent. If your using it mainly for a base and a dip in a pool before you go on excursions and to the towns its perfect. If your looking to keep kids happy and entertained then id say this one isn't for you. The rooms are decent food is decent, lady on reception was lovely and the surroundings and private beach is lovely. But place needa work and some Entertainment some general updating and some more English sp3akers in the dinner hall would be great as we would ask questions about food and no one could understand us. We had a good week spent in the pools' but the holiday was made by the lovely little town bars and shops rather than the holiday whixh meant we spent alot morw money going out than we should have when qe had an qll inclusive.
