We were really disappointed with our stay and unfortunately wouldn’t return. The food was one of the biggest let-downs. It was consistently cold, even when it had just been brought out, and there was very little variety from day to day. Mealtimes became something we ended up dreading rather than looking forward to. If you’re travelling with children, be aware that there is virtually no entertainment for them. There was very little to keep them occupied, which made the evenings especially difficult. Another major issue was the ant infestation. Ants were everywhere throughout the hotel – around the pool, in communal areas, and generally wherever you went. It was unhygienic and made the whole place feel poorly maintained. The pool area also raised serious safety concerns. There were broken tiles in and around the pool that should have been repaired long ago. On top of that, the lifeguard spent most of the time sitting on his phone instead of supervising the pool properly. It wasn’t until two children were seriously injured on the slides that the lifeguard finally started paying attention - after a young child has also drowned the day before. This was extremely worrying to witness and completely unacceptable. The only real highlight of our stay was the barman, Martin. He was an absolute legend from start to finish—friendly, welcoming, hardworking, and always went above and beyond to make guests smile. He was genuinely the one person who made our holiday more enjoyable and is a real credit to the hotel. Overall, this hotel fell well below our expectations. Between the cold food, lack of variety, no children’s entertainment, ant infestation, poor maintenance, and serious safety concerns around the pool, we left feeling extremely disappointed. The only reason this wasn’t a completely negative experience was thanks to Martin, whose outstanding customer service deserves recognition.

Very good hotel, receptionist Yusuf was amazing and soo friendly and got us everything we needed including the fact that we asked him for food on the first day we got there at like 4am and he provided us a really nice meal. Very lovely hotel and clean. Would recommend

Terrible holiday at one club. Turkey. Food minimal no description given. Food brought out from other sittings. Room were you eat dismal. Fly's all the time . Table cloths dirty. Room were we stayed poor . Leaking shower . Sink under cupboard leaked. Broken bed . Food terrible for all inclusive ate out . An unkepted resort . My oppion make it an adult only.nothing for children no entertainment. Avoid this place very dissatisfied definitely not a 4 star hotel with a push a 2 . Balcony not swepted once on a 10 stay holiday .

I read the reviews before me and my partner came to the hotel. We was not expecting too much, however they took care of us as their own, excellent hospitality and staff, especially Martin the bartender, he was very easy to speak to and his service was amazing, me and my partner will miss him

Stayed here 12/9 until 19/9 on arrival i noticed the front of the hotel was nothing like portrayed in the hotel photos. My room was very dirty i bought cleaning products from the local shop to clean myself!! The air con didn't work neither did the fridge in the room. No bedding or towel changes the whole week I was there. The food was appalling and barely Luke warm and ended up eating out more than eating in the hotel. No entertainment at all anytime of the day or night. The pool area was filthy with broken sun loungers everywhere while the loungers cushions stunk of cat urine. Booked as all inclusive but if you want a decent drink you have to pay for it, no snacks available throughout the day. The area the hotel is set in was absolutely beautiful but the hotel itself needs a massive refurbishment and money poured into it. Not a 4* by any stretch of the imagination would rate it as a 2* at the most.
