Stayed here 12/9 until 19/9 on arrival i noticed the front of the hotel was nothing like portrayed in the hotel photos. My room was very dirty i bought cleaning products from the local shop to clean myself!! The air con didn't work neither did the fridge in the room. No bedding or towel changes the whole week I was there. The food was appalling and barely Luke warm and ended up eating out more than eating in the hotel. No entertainment at all anytime of the day or night. The pool area was filthy with broken sun loungers everywhere while the loungers cushions stunk of cat urine. Booked as all inclusive but if you want a decent drink you have to pay for it, no snacks available throughout the day. The area the hotel is set in was absolutely beautiful but the hotel itself needs a massive refurbishment and money poured into it. Not a 4* by any stretch of the imagination would rate it as a 2* at the most.

Overall with this stay you get what you pay for, its only a stone throw from the airport and 5 minutes from the town, surrounded in beautiful mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very basic, no main light in the bedroom, shower did not drain properly and the cleanliness was not up to par, there is a fridge which they leave water wich is great! There was one plug socket in wich was haging out of the wall - if you think of the room as just somewhere to sleep then its fine. The food was hit or miss, breakfast was not great unless you love eggs seems like thats the majority. Lunch seems to be on average nice, a special mention to the spicy cous cous 😍 dinners again we're okay- meat and vegetarian options available as are gluten free dishes, not all the food was labled so maybe tricky if you do have allergies however im sure if you asked they would tell you because the chef is always around topping up. - puddings were authentic Turkish dishes so if you are expecting a chocolate cake this is not the place for you. I will say there's not much food to offer during the day just an option of a small piece of cake at 5pm. At the bar you can enjoy beer, red or white wine ( can turn into spritz) local spirits and soft drinks i.e coke, sprite &fanta. Bottled water is not but there is a small water station just outside the restaurant and, The bar did stop serving the all inclusive aspect at 10.30 and from then you had to pay- i recommend if your going to party then head out to town as the drinks there are imported for the same price. We did notice that the music was very repetitive however when we asked for a request this was met. We have seen previous comments regarding chemicals in the pool and sharp edges we did not have any issues with this however it seems some of the steps as you walk in feel slightly rough. The waterslide is only on twice a day for 45 mins but overall the pool was lovely, plenty of sunbeds too! There was no evening entertainment other then the music from the bar but this wasn't what ide consider entertainment. The place is accessible with ramps everywhere and alot of space to menuvour and its also kid friendly too! The beach was lovely! I highly reccomend taking a trip, the bus shuttle is always on time and is provided free of charge from the hotel with great timings. On the beach there is a small bar wich serves Turkish flatbreads between 12-2 and soft drinks & coffee- this does not serve alchol though. The beach itself is very safe with attentive lifeguards, there are also some gentlemen who offer legitimate boat trips too ( they will approach but are not pushy). To conclude its a cheep and cheerful holiday, some reviews are very harsh but its really not as bad, just don't expect a 5* hotel!

Just got back from 10 days at the one club. Had to move apartments 4 times. Food was mainly awful and not edible and all inclusive drinks are a choice of 5 then the rest you have to pay for and only free until 10.30 then you have to pay for all drinks. Positives, pool was lovely with sun all day and staff were amazing but the place needs seriously upgrading and lots of repairs need doing. It is definitely not a 4* at the most I would say 2*. Had to spend money on food in the town to get a decent meal as had stomach bugs while there. Lots of the holiday makers we spoke to all said the same. Will never go there again.

Came and stayed at the one club on the 2/9-9/9. When we arrived the hotel was in complete darkness so the staff had to show us to our room with a torch on his phone. The room was dreadful the laminate all coming apart, the bath was peeling, a mouldy bathroom draw, leaky air con. The pool area was unstable and plenty of guests cutting their feet in the pool. Round near the slide the flooring was a mess and pool chemicals left out in the sun under the slide where anyone could get them. It’s an all inclusive hotel but you can only have white and red wine, vodka, gin, raki, efes and soft drinks everything else you have to pay for and after 10:30 you have to pay for everything. Majority of staff have limited English and aren’t too friendly. The food wasn’t great either ended up living off bread and butter, the rep was extremely rude. The are hornets nests everywhere. The hotel offered a shuttle to the private beach at specific times of the day. The nearest shop is around a 10 minute walk away. The cleaners didn’t change the bedding once and towels were hard to get changed. The emptied to bathroom bin if we were lucky and mopped the floors but that was it. There was no entertainment at all.

The One Club just outside Sarigerme town is in a great location situated not far from it's own private beach area that a free shuttle bus takes you to and from. The swimming pool is perfect to cool down from the hot Turkish sunshine. Water slide for the kids operates twice a day for 1 hour each time. The bar is open from 10am serving all drinks. The all inclusive food is OK but not to everyone tastes. Rooms are a bit boring but beds, air con, fridge and TV all OK. The people in Sarigerme and staff are very friendly and welcoming, be prepared to get haggled into the shops but always bargin with thier tourist prices. We would like to give a special mention to Maria at front desk, her English was impeccable and such a friendly, helpful lady who deserves credit where it is due. Thank you for a wonderful time. We enjoyed our holiday in your beautiful country.
