We just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, and we can’t recommend it enough! The entire experience was absolutely top-notch, and we want to share our heartfelt appreciation. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Yasmine at the reception. She not only honored our Hilton Diamond status but went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful King Suite. She even called us personally to make sure we were happy with the room, which made our anniversary feel truly special. The WhatsApp communication with the concierge and front desk was incredibly convenient and responsive whenever we needed anything. The breakfast buffet team—Ashish, Ratheesh and Shune—was fantastic. They checked in with us each morning to ensure we had everything we needed and made every breakfast a delight. Likewise, the executive lounge staff, Yvonne, Mannan and Layla, were equally attentive and kind. We also want to highlight how wonderful the pool staff was with our kids. They were super friendly and made sure the little ones felt welcome and entertained. The Kids Club was a huge hit—our children absolutely loved it and kept wanting to go back. From games and coloring to painting and cookie decoration, everything was amazing for them. It really made their stay memorable and gave us some relaxing moments knowing they were having a great time. Overall, the resort was spotless, professional, and truly a delight. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

We had a fab stay at the Hilton Yas Island. The staff were excellent, room super clean and the shuttle bus to the parks were a great perk. It was my husband's birthday while we were out there and the staff made such a fuss, which was unexpected. The hotel has a great pool, good selection of restaurants and a lovely view over the sea. I'd recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

We are staying currently in this beautiful hotel and I can say that the service is very good from the moment we checked in and all the services. The room are nicely decorated and kept well and the house keeping is very efficient and to high standards. Our room is taken care by the lovely Ruby who she pays attention to details when tidying and cleaning. Follows instructions and tries very hard to make the room look lovely during our stay . The restaurant where we have breakfast is clean and the variety of food is very very good . Member of staff are very professional and very efficient. I definitely recommend this place for a holiday break as it has a very nice pool and a very lovely spa . There is also a hairdresser which I have found very handy and a nail bar . The gym is quite good , it has a good range of machines and strength training equipments . Highly recommend this place. Thank you to all members of staff for making our current stay so memorable.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Nahom, the bartender—he truly made the stay unforgettable. His warm personality, professionalism, and incredible mixology skills added so much to the experience. Every drink he prepared was perfectly crafted, and he always made sure guests felt welcome and taken care of. If you're visiting Abu Dhabi, especially Yas Island, I highly recommend staying at this Hilton and stopping by the bar to see Nahom. He’s a true star of the hotel and elevates the entire guest experience

This hotel is not only beautiful and elegant, but it also stands out for its remarkable service. The staff are incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The level of hospitality we received is beyond words—every interaction felt warm and sincere. The food was absolutely amazing, with a rich variety and excellent quality that made every meal a pleasure. We want to extend our gratitude to every person working at this wonderful place. We came as a family, and the hotel’s location made our stay even better. It is very close to a wide range of activities for children and families, making it extremely convenient. Although the hotel offers buses to get around, everything is so accessible that having a car is almost unnecessary. A very special thank-you goes to Asad, the housekeeping staff member who took exceptional care of our room. His dedication and professionalism truly made a difference.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was pleasant overall, with several positives worth mentioning. The property is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and aesthetically appealing. The staff is helpful. As vegetarians, we truly appreciated that the menu clearly mentioned vegetarian and eggless options — a thoughtful detail that reflects genuine consideration for diverse guests. The location and view is amazing, offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The shuttle service to Yas Island was convenient and well-organized. Loved the rooms a lot!! However, a few aspects could be improved to match the expectations of a five-star experience. The bathroom lacked a lock, and the transparent glass window near the bathtub, along with adjustable shades from the outside, compromised privacy and comfort. Could have been designed better for the privacy of the users. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and enjoyed our stay here. Thank You.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Yas Island, and I have travelled and stayed at different similar hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service as exceptional as that provided by Concierge Team Leader Binod From the moment I arrived, Binod went above and beyond in every possible way. He helped me plan my events, organise day tours, and choose the best times to visit the major theme parks in Abu Dhabi. His knowledge of the hotel and the local area was outstanding — he knew every detail, every benefit, and every insider tip. He assisted with my laundry, advised me on the most efficient transport options, and even personally secured bookings for me outside the hotel. What truly stood out was how committed he was to ensuring I was safe, comfortable, and happy at all times. His communication was proactive, reassuring, and incredibly professional. Binod is the true definition of world-class hospitality. His dedication, warmth, and exceptional service made my trip unforgettable. Crowne Plaza Yas Island is fortunate to have such a brilliant leader representing their concierge team. Highly recommended — 20/10 service. Hello, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Yas Island was wonderful, and I hope to repeat it. I stayed for three nights. I would like to give special thanks to the staff member Bhola. When I lost the bag containing our passports in the taxi, he helped us a lot and never left us alone. He contacted the taxi company, checked the cameras to track the taxi, spoke to the driver, and asked him to return the passports. He made sure we were okay until the passports were safely returned. He truly helped us so much. I know I am very late in writing this review, but thank you so much, Bhola. You are amazing, and I will never forget your kindness. Crowne Plaza hotels have the best service and best staff. The Crowne Plaza in Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE is amazing. Theymake sure that every aspect of your stay is perfect. The desk staff are outstanding. The room service staff are the same. The concierge are also superb. Everyone goes out of their way to make your day and stay better. The sea view is spectacular. I watched the sun set into the water from my room balcony in one of the most mesmerizing views I could hope for. The hotel marketing team should use this point to advertise for these rooms. People would pay for it. The hotel offers tickets to theme parks and you should call and check with them for special offers. Also they have free shuttles to the theme parks and back. One of the best hotel stays I've had in years

Stayed here to take my mom to Ferrari World. Service was unbelievably good. Shout out to Chan and Diego at the front desk. The staff at breakfast was also so helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is a must, wish there were gluten free breads, but I had plenty to eat! Pool was heated and had an 18+ area, which was nice since it’s a big family hotel. The spa was also great to have and one of the main reasons I booked here. My mother is 78 and has never had such a nice hotel experience, thank you!

Good location. Very near all the 4 parks in yas island. You can take this hotel along with the 3 day park access. You might get a good deal like that. There is also a free shuttle service which takes you at those parks and drops you back which comes every 10 mins. We got an upgrade to a room with balcony which was very good. Boyz was the guy who gave us the upgrade. Services here are a bit slow . Need to prepare yourselves for that. In room dining is minimum 30 mins. Breakfast spread was amazing . Very well . This property has 4 restaurants too. Recommended if you’re staying in Abu Dhabi. Cyan beach access is also there via buggy from Crown Plaza hotel. Private beach for only people who are staying. Belgian cafe is a must try for snacks and beer. Very good experience at this property.

I stayed at Radisson Yas Island for about a month, and it was a great experience overall. The rooms are a bit old but clean, comfortable, and well-kept. What really made the stay special was the amazing staff — everyone was kind, friendly, and always helpful. A big shoutout to Rohit Singh for taking care of everything I needed (and for those perfect cups of chai after long workdays 🙏). Thanks also to Chef Tony and Mr. Mylvahanam for making breakfast enjoyable every morning with delicious dishes and cheerful conversations. And special mention to Amal from housekeeping, who kept my room spotless and fresh every single day. Even though the rooms could use an upgrade, the warmth and care from the team truly made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommend staying here! 🌿✨

Long stay in the hotel Upgraded to a room with great views of the golf course and the sea due to a technical hiccup with the original room The staff were all very accommodating, friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highly appreciate the surprise too!! Rooms are spacious and neatly designed. My favourite part were the calming colours used. Common facilities are adequate and in good conditions. Convenient location with frequent shuttle buses to Yas Mall and public buses to downtown Abu Dhabi Overall, a highly satisfying stay

I was especially impressed with the separate Indian breakfast, which was truly amazing and made me feel right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Overall, our experience was enjoyable and fun, especially the activities, the hotel’s cleanliness, and the movie night. The hotel itself was lovely and comfortable. However, what negatively affected our stay from the moment we arrived was the attitude of the receptionist, specifically the staff member who handled our check-in. By mistake, I had made the reservation for one adult instead of two adults and our two children. Yet, he only provided us with two tickets and told us to purchase the remaining ones. I checked the hotel rate for the same day for two adults and two children (7 years old), and it was actually cheaper. However, he insisted that these were the rules and that he could not modify the reservation or provide more than two tickets. Regardless of the rules, even if the mistake was on our side, it does not justify the lack of a smile, friendliness, or flexibility. His attitude was inappropriate and lacked the basic courtesy expected from a front desk employee welcoming guests, especially those traveling with children or from other emirates. We hope he receives further customer service training, especially considering that the hotel is full of families and children. A welcoming and polite attitude is the least we expect. What made the situation even more stressful is that no one informed us that the checkout time was at 11 AM. As a result, we had to rush to pack and prepare the kids under unnecessary pressure. This information should have been clearly communicated at check-in. Additionally, we received a call from a staff member asking, “How many more minutes do you need to leave?” in a way that made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Since we were not informed of the checkout time beforehand, this approach added stress instead of offering support.

We had an amazing experience at The WB Hotel Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel itself is stunning — full of creative Warner Bros. touches that make it fun and unique for both adults and children. Everything feels fresh, modern, and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with fantastic attention to detail and a great view of Yas Island. The facilities are excellent — from the relaxing pool area to the convenient access to Warner Bros. World next door. A special mention goes to The Director’s Club restaurant, which was a real highlight of our stay. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and impeccable presentation. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, The WB Abu Dhabi exceeded all our expectations. It’s the ideal place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at The WB Abu Dhabi for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is not only beautifully themed but also perfectly located. It’s just a short walk to Warner Bros. World, which was ideal for us since our child is a big fan of the characters. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a Yas Island shuttle, which made it easy to get around to other nearby attractions. What really stood out was the movie-themed décor throughout the hotel. My child loved spotting all the movie posters and props, especially the Wizard of Oz one, which is his favorite. He was over the moon getting to meet Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Robin during the character meetups at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There were so many great options to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was fun, family-friendly, and packed with little details that made our stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Fabulous stay. Fabulous stay. Right from check in to check out it was a seamless experience. Neat and clean spacious rooms with all amenities. A lavish Breakfast spread and the people at the breakfast room are very friendly and helpful. Mr Sami Arafat the manager is a person who leads his team by example. He is hands on, and is not shy to clear the table and ensure every guests are satisfied and their requirements are taken care off. He ensured my 22 month old grandson got his meal to his liking 😍Rarely one gets to see a restaurant manager like him. I must also mention Aarati and Abdot Mohamed were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and a child friendly hotel. For sure when my grandson is older to visit the parks once again, our stay is going to be WB hotel once again. Right from concierge to front desk, everyone are happy.

Mohamed greeted us with a warm smile, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and kept the coffee coming without missing a beat. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and professionalism made our morning truly enjoyable. The food was excellent, and Mohamed’s recommendations for the best dishes were spot on. Hotel is great. I took a promotional upgrade to suite and it was a great deal. The staff arranged treats my child to make the experience memorable. The view from the room and balcony is amazing , overlooking the f1 race course. The breakfast was amazing spread , indian , continental,chinese etc. The options for kids are great. We also had a private beach entry , a well maintained and cozy space limited to guests only. All in all a great place to stay if you are visiting Yas island for theme parks. The hotel provides a very convenient shuttle service every 15 mins to various theme parks and malls nearby.

I stayed at the W Abu Dhabi hotel for one night with family and was very interested to see the F1 racing track that ran below and around the hotel. The check in was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided a good overview of all the hotel amenities which were quite inviting and extensive. I wished my stay could have been longer. Upon being shown to my room I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had been upgraded to a suite. The room was exceptionally beautiful with the full marina view and part of the racing track which was exciting to see and hear as the cars sped across. We ate dinner at the hotel’s Brooklyn Chophouse Restaurant. The food was sumptuous. A fabulous hotel indeed that I recommend is a must to experience!

W Abu Dhabi Yas Island used to be one of our favorite hotels whenever we came to Abu Dhabi. We always made a stop here for a few days and truly enjoyed our stays in the past. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. As a Bonvoy Ambassador, I was neither recognized nor greeted accordingly upon arrival. The lady at check in was an intern and clearly overwhelmed. She had to call for assistance several times. I asked for a nice upgrade, as we always received one before. She assured me everything was fine, so we went for lunch. Later, she came by the restaurant smiling and handed us the room key, saying she had given us a great upgrade. In reality, it was exactly the same room category I had booked. Quite disappointing, but fine for one night, as the rooms are still spacious and modern. The next issue came later that night. We had taken a short nap in the afternoon, used the shower and bathroom, and left the Make Up Room light on before heading to Yas Mall. When we returned around 9 PM, nothing had been done, no evening service, no cleaning, nothing at all. At this level of hotel, that is simply unacceptable. I will mention this again during check out tomorrow, but it is unfortunate to see how much the quality has declined compared to previous years. This review is meant as constructive feedback, and I truly hope the management takes it seriously and restores the level of service that once made this property special.

We stayed at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island on the 7th October to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish! A heartfelt thank you to Grace at the front desk for the warm welcome and smooth check-in, and to Nette, Ashwini, and Bhaven for arranging such a beautiful surprise in our room — complete with a delicious cake, fresh flowers, and lovely birthday decorations that made my son’s day extra special. Dinner at Garage Restaurant was the highlight of our stay! The team surprised my son with a handwritten card, and everyone came singing and dancing with a cake — it was such a fun and emotional moment for all of us. Huge appreciation to JJ, Ann, Shila, Nanth, Baba, Sandeepa, Saiful, Rabindra, Jabid, and Shisla for making the evening so full of joy and warmth. Shout out to all chefs, for the amazing breakfast selections that suits for all. Especially lots of Indian choices. Apart from all these wonderful gestures, the rooms and the hotel itself are absolutely gorgeous — stylish, vibrant, and full of character. Every detail feels thoughtful and luxurious. The entire team, from valet to kitchen to housekeeping, deserves praise for being incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile. Thank you, W Yas Island, for making our family celebration so magical. My son was beyond happy, and we left with hearts full of gratitude and memories we’ll cherish forever. 💫🎂💐

it was excellent stay.. person named PARISHA at reception has helped a lot to get quick check in and gave us best available room with upgrade. Kids loved it and overall Room was very clean and spacious with all facilities. This is excellent hotel to stay. uploading notes my kid has written candidly , I just took a photo. Would like to appreciate efforts of Parisha towards comfort of guest. best hospitality. Would like to visit Abudhabi again to explore more places and stay in Yas plaza marina.

Hospitality was magnificent.. provide me bigger room while i booked other one.. location, food and cant imagine more better service from any hotel.. it was the greatest hotel ever than i stayed!! I stayed at the hotel for a week or two as a couple with 2 small children. The hotel is very attractive on Yas Island. The hotel has an outdoor pool, an outdoor jacuzzi for everyone and a children's pool. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. I would like to thank Mohd Zaid from the reception in particular, he helped us a lot. We had a problem with the room, which meant we had to move to another room, so that we would be satisfied, Zaid upgraded our room so that we would be satisfied and it was really excellent. Beyond that, he was very nice and helped us with everything we wanted I also want to give a special mention to the nighttime housekeeping man, Muhammad, who was really nice and brought us everything we needed.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was a wonderful experience in every way. Although it is rated as a four-star hotel, in my opinion it truly deserves five stars. The facilities are clean, the room sizes are excellent, and the children’s play area makes it an ideal choice for families. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and I can’t forget Mr. Dave’s great coffee. The staff were very helpful in solving any issues, especially Mr. Mirza, who always does his best to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. A wonderful stay that I would definitely love to repeat again very soon . 🙏🏻
