Our stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island was a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The hospitality started right at the entrance, with the staff being warm, welcoming and genuinely courteous throughout our stay. Everyone was attentive and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The dinner buffet was another highlight. The selection was not overly large, but the dishes available were delicious and full of flavour. I actually appreciated having fewer options with great taste rather than a huge buffet with average food. The staff deserve special mention for their amazing courtesy and service. Their friendly attitude and attention to guests made the overall experience even more enjoyable. For breakfast, I would have appreciated a little more variety. The quality was good, but adding a few more options in would make the breakfast experience even better. Overall, we had a lovely stay and are checking out with a really good feeling and wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and welcoming.
