I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The highlight of my experience was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Everything was well-presented and regularly replenished. What truly made the stay exceptional was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The Assistant Manager “Sidney Alfanso” was attentive and ensured that guests were well taken care of. The reception team provided a warm welcome and efficient service throughout my stay. The room service staff were prompt, courteous, and always willing to help. I would also like to thank the Valet Attendants for their assistance and excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations, outstanding breakfast buffet, and exceptional hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza Hotel. The ambience was peaceful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service provided by the team was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Thulasi and the reception team for their warm hospitality and support throughout the stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The greenery surrounding the property created a relaxing atmosphere, and the shuttle bus service to the theme parks was very convenient and easily accessible. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable staycation. Highly recommended!
