This hotel is not only beautiful and elegant, but it also stands out for its remarkable service. The staff are incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The level of hospitality we received is beyond words—every interaction felt warm and sincere. The food was absolutely amazing, with a rich variety and excellent quality that made every meal a pleasure. We want to extend our gratitude to every person working at this wonderful place. We came as a family, and the hotel’s location made our stay even better. It is very close to a wide range of activities for children and families, making it extremely convenient. Although the hotel offers buses to get around, everything is so accessible that having a car is almost unnecessary. A very special thank-you goes to Asad, the housekeeping staff member who took exceptional care of our room. His dedication and professionalism truly made a difference.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was pleasant overall, with several positives worth mentioning. The property is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and aesthetically appealing. The staff is helpful. As vegetarians, we truly appreciated that the menu clearly mentioned vegetarian and eggless options — a thoughtful detail that reflects genuine consideration for diverse guests. The location and view is amazing, offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The shuttle service to Yas Island was convenient and well-organized. Loved the rooms a lot!! However, a few aspects could be improved to match the expectations of a five-star experience. The bathroom lacked a lock, and the transparent glass window near the bathtub, along with adjustable shades from the outside, compromised privacy and comfort. Could have been designed better for the privacy of the users. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and enjoyed our stay here. Thank You.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Yas Island, and I have travelled and stayed at different similar hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service as exceptional as that provided by Concierge Team Leader Binod From the moment I arrived, Binod went above and beyond in every possible way. He helped me plan my events, organise day tours, and choose the best times to visit the major theme parks in Abu Dhabi. His knowledge of the hotel and the local area was outstanding — he knew every detail, every benefit, and every insider tip. He assisted with my laundry, advised me on the most efficient transport options, and even personally secured bookings for me outside the hotel. What truly stood out was how committed he was to ensuring I was safe, comfortable, and happy at all times. His communication was proactive, reassuring, and incredibly professional. Binod is the true definition of world-class hospitality. His dedication, warmth, and exceptional service made my trip unforgettable. Crowne Plaza Yas Island is fortunate to have such a brilliant leader representing their concierge team. Highly recommended — 20/10 service. I will absolutely return because of the experience he provided. The rooms were very clean comfortable and quite The F1 teams are in for a hospitality treat next week!

Hello, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Yas Island was wonderful, and I hope to repeat it. I stayed for three nights. I would like to give special thanks to the staff member Bhola. When I lost the bag containing our passports in the taxi, he helped us a lot and never left us alone. He contacted the taxi company, checked the cameras to track the taxi, spoke to the driver, and asked him to return the passports. He made sure we were okay until the passports were safely returned. He truly helped us so much. I know I am very late in writing this review, but thank you so much, Bhola. You are amazing, and I will never forget your kindness. Crowne Plaza hotels have the best service and best staff. The Crowne Plaza in Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE is amazing. Theymake sure that every aspect of your stay is perfect. The desk staff are outstanding. The room service staff are the same. The concierge are also superb. Everyone goes out of their way to make your day and stay better. The sea view is spectacular. I watched the sun set into the water from my room balcony in one of the most mesmerizing views I could hope for. The hotel marketing team should use this point to advertise for these rooms. People would pay for it. The hotel offers tickets to theme parks and you should call and check with them for special offers. Also they have free shuttles to the theme parks and back. One of the best hotel stays I've had in years
