I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast had great options. A special thanks to Bhola and Yoon at the reception for their outstanding service. They were friendly, professional, and made the check-in process quick and effortless. We had a really comfortable and fun stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. The hotel is very family-friendly, and the kids absolutely loved it. There’s a nice kids play area with a caretaker, which made it easier for us to relax knowing they were well looked after. The rooms were comfortable, the overall vibe was great, and the food was really good. We enjoyed the coffee and especially loved Stills Café — perfect for chilling. In the evening, they also offer sheesha from 6 pm, which was a great option to unwind. Overall, a lovely stay with good food, great facilities for kids, and a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Yas Island.

I had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi. The hotel is well-maintained, rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is professional and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Bhola, one of the staff members, who was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist and made the experience even better. Great hospitality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at the Crowne Plaza during what should have been a very special weekend — our wedding night. Prior to arrival, I informed the hotel that we would be staying to celebrate our wedding and was assured we were a priority. On arrival, we were told we had been upgraded to a suite at a nearby location, requiring a second check-in. There was confusion about our two-night booking, followed by another “upgrade.” The suite itself was large but dated and did not have the beach/golf view we had originally booked. After requesting to move back to the main hotel, we experienced further delays, multiple phone calls, and a third check-in process. When we finally received keys to what was meant to be our original room, we entered to find other guests already inside — we had both been issued keys to the same room. By this point, over two hours had passed since our arrival, and our wedding night felt completely overshadowed by stress and inconvenience. While the manager eventually offered an upgraded room and complimentary dinner, the evening had already been disrupted. The following morning, breakfast was average and not at the standard expected for the price point. Decorative touches arrived late, after the moment had passed. To add to the confusion, after our stay we received a call about laundry that wasn’t ours and an email addressed to a different guest asking for a review. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt disorganised and disappointing, especially given the significance of the occasion and the cost of the stay.
