We had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Al Ain. The suite was nice and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The hotel is centrally located, which makes getting around easy, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and always helpful. Valet parking worked smoothly and added to the convenience of the stay. A big plus is the nearby mall within walking distance, offering many food outlets and restaurants, making dining options very easy and varied. There was some noise coming from the top floor in the evening, but apart from that, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. Overall, a very good stay in a convenient location — we would return.

We stayed at this hotel during the very first days of the bombings. Stress, uncertainty, chaos all around us. And that’s exactly when you see what people are really made of. The entire staff was outstanding, but I have to give a special mention to a young Moroccan gentleman at the front desk. When we arrived, there were absolutely no rooms left. Anyone else would have just said “sorry, we’re full.” Not him. He went out of his way, searched for solutions, and made sure we had a roof over our heads. And he didn’t stop there — he helped us, guided us, and reassured us throughout our entire stay. Always available, always calm, always genuinely caring. In moments when everyone is thinking about themselves, meeting someone who gives that much for others leaves a mark. We will never forget him. Thank you to the whole team, and a massive thank you to him personally. People like him define a hotel’s reputation far more than any star rating ever could.

The best hospitality and atmosphere. The rooms are amazing and super clean. The housekeepers are super polite and very professional. Big thank you to Emerald and Lloyd who helped me with a fast and smooth check in and made my experience very enjoyable. Overall amazing hotel!

We enjoyed our two night stay. Room was super big, modern and clean. We asked for quiet location for our room and reception was able to do that, a bit noise in first night from outside but it didnt bother too much. Breakfast was good, all basic selections available. Parking was good aswell. Room service food was tasty and priced well. Loved all christmas decoration!

Extremely poor reception service. The receptionist name is Anna and Mohammed both not cooperative and ignored our calls for 30 min. Basic requests like providing a plate were denied we were fasting with full hungry . This experience was very disappointing.please I’m requesting the management to teach them responsibility and respect may be they judge the people and treat please take some action as well if need any proof please contact me I’ll show the call records and all this bad reviews only for both receptionist
