I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable I would like to thank HK for hard work ( Pabitra / Shirantha / Ranes ) I hope I CATCH THE NAME CORRECTLY……and also the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend! ❤️

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I left my car with the valet parking, and when it was returned to me, there was a nail in the tire. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any help, Younes at the reception was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize. For a hotel that claims to offer good service, this was unacceptable. I expected professionalism, responsibility and at least a basic level of respect. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

The DJ was incredible! 🎶 She had amazing energy and knew exactly how to keep the vibe going all night. The music was perfectly balanced — fun, lively, and matched the crowd’s mood. She really made our stay even better. Loved every set she played! 👏🔥

Nice size rooms and good location with a great access to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms has what you need to sleep, clean and aligned with Aloft standards. The registration was fast easy and valet parking is available. The service is available as needed

My stay in this hotel is very very very bad. Iam very disappointed. The room service attitude is not professional the people working there they don’t know how to talk to their guests in a professional way. Plus we ordered breakfast and it was literally not clean we found died mosquitoes in the food and the table carpet was full of chocolate spots and other dirty things. I rate this hotel 0 from 5. I don’t recommend people to book in this hotel.
