    A brilliant luxe hotel to stay in at Abu Dhabi. Close to all the major attractions like Ferrari World, Sea World, Warner Bros, etc. There are a set of around five Yas hotels in the vicinity and we had reached another one initially, Crowne Plaza. Our friend had done our bookings. However, the reception there kind to inform us after checking their centralised database of the right hotel just by seeing our passports. On arrival we were served watermelon juice. The Check-in was smooth and quick. We were a family of 4 including 2 teenage kids and we had booked 2 rooms for one night including Breakfast and dinner package. The view from our room was also wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and modern with hot kettle, mini fridge, Sofa and the bathrooms are equipped with toiletries. There’s a pool and gym as well. The breakfast & dinner spread was huge, with Middle eastern, Indian and Continental fares. And everything was super delicious!!! My teenage kids also enjoyed our stay.

    We had a great stay at Jas Plaza Marina. Excellent food with a very good buffet, spacious and very comfortable rooms, and an amazing staff — always helpful, kind, and smiling, from reception to restaurant service and management. Special thanks to the concierge Asgar for outstanding help and organization. The location is fantastic, perfect for visiting theme parks and attractions. The pool is small but pleasantly warm. Honestly, nothing to complain about — highly recommended!

    The service is far below the expectations of 5star hotel. We went to the hotel to visit the yas theme parks in the morning, understandable that the room were not available yet for us to check in physically, however, when we came back at night (around 9pm), the luggage was not even in the room and we waited for an hour for them to bring up but no one came up until we brought it by ourself. I visited the spa (for sauna and jacuzzi) but when I asked for a towel, no towel available inside the spa and you have to bring it yourself from the pool and when I want to went upstairs my card has been locked (it was 11.30 and the checked out time was at 12noon) and I had to go to the receptionist to unlocked it. So if its not because of the bundling with the yas theme parks, no it is totally not a happy experience at the hotel

    I had stay at Yas plaza marina at 29th to 30th may 2026.the experience was veri nice, location of the hotel, rooms and staffs were also very supportive except one lady who was there on buffet counter. I felt like since we were Indian, she thinks its ok to not serve properly to us. Her tone of speaking was not to the point of good service and she must be resist i think as our skin is brown and her was is fair. I specifically needs to mention house keeping staff as they were very nice. And i cant forget to mentione staff who were serving breakfast fast on 30th may in wedding hall as there were too crowded in buffet are. All of them werw keen to serve as nicest as they can including manager, staff on live counter and serving and cleaning staff. Apart from one lady staff, all of them were very nice.

    Very good hotel, such good service, food, rooms, staff. Concierge guy Asgar ali was so helpful, special thank to him. Even the lady at reception who sort out theme park tickets was so helpful. Everything went perfect. 100% recommended for families as it is so comfortable. Kids loved the play and pool time. The only bad experience was Daisy in breakfast was a bit rude. We ask to take 2 pancakes in plate for kids who were running around outside hotel and she took the plate from my husband hand whereas there were other families who were taking food in their kids tiffin. Very unprofessional and weird attitude. Needs more training.
