A great hotel with lovely scenic rooms little outdated. The food was excellent, lots of brilliant vegetarian options too. Facilities were great also. Staff were fantastic and on days where breakfast areas were packed they opened up other areas which was great so it didn’t feel too congested. Location is good but not near much. A few restaurants here or there, yas marina circuit is a 20 mins walk so most things are shuttle or car which then becomes a 5-10 mins drive but that’s the case pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately our experience was let down with the concierge service. When asking about the free shuttles and how they work or yas islands theme park ticket entry we were effectively told to look online. In fact one of your staff informed us the theme parks is nothing to do with us so it’s best to ask them. Whilst I appreciate this given you are a hotel where the main attractions is the yas island theme parks you need a provide a better service here and understanding of this. We stayed in another hotel in mainland and when asking about an attraction they didn’t say this in fact they went as far as to book the tickets for us, that’s what you call service. Even the directions to the bus stop were awful we had to ask the workman outside to direct us. Working on this area will significantly improve the experience, so many opportunities to offer good helpful advice here. On a positive note the contact via email prior to checking in was brilliant and the team went as far as to make an eggless chocolate cake to make our anniversary truly special. Overall a fantastic hotel with improvements to create a 5 star service.

Loved the hotel. Room was spacious and well-equipped. The view from our room was spectacular.. an unobstructed view of the sunset with backdrop of mangroves. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of south Indian cuisines. The hotel is situated in Yas Plaza.. 15min to Yas Bay Waterfront by walk . The hotel also provides free shuttle service (which runs every 15min) to the parks. The only downside of the location is the unavailability of grocery or supermarket stores .. with the nearest being inside Yas Mall. Highly recommended, if you ever plan a visit to the Yas Island..

Breakfast was excellent and special mention goes to Rohit who looked after us and nothing was too much effort. He is a credit to the hotel. We had a specific dietary requirement and he made sure we were catered for and always with a smile. Location of hotel is good with easy access to the theme parks using the yas express buses. Check in staff can do with being a bit more friendly and have a smile, they are the first people you interact with and they create a lasting impression. Rooms were very clean. Couldn’t fault the, cleaning staff do an excellent job. Daily clean is good too. It was a shame we didn’t get enough bath towels but a call to guest services and that was sorted. Pool is good size and heated. It is open late so nice for a swim in the dark!

I visited Abu Dhabi on September 21 and stayed at Radisson Blu which has become a favourite whenever I am traveling with my family. I loved my stay there. It was so convenient to travel to Yas World from Radisson. The view from my hotel window, the breakfast, the pool , everything was perfect. Would like to mention the helpful reception staff, the polite and courteous valet Babul who made our stay memorable. Thankyou.
