We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Abu Dhabi – Yas Island (Yas Plaza). Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and feels like a home away from home. The location is excellent, especially for tourists, as it is very close to the theme parks and major Yas Island attractions, which made getting around extremely easy and convenient. Our room was always well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. The staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Mohibul, who provided outstanding service. He was kind, attentive, and made sure our room was always spotless and perfectly taken care of. His dedication truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Our family stayed at the Staybridge Suites hotel for four weeks, and by the end of our stay it truly felt like a second home — largely thanks to the incredible staff. The teams at reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping were absolutely outstanding. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. What really stood out was their overall way of being. This wasn’t just great service — it was a group of people operating as a true team, clearly enjoying what they do and supporting one another. That positive energy was felt every single day. As parents, we were especially touched by how genuinely everyone connected with our 2-year-old son. The warmth and attention he received were real — not forced or polite pretending — and that meant the world to us. He felt happy and at ease around the staff, and that says everything. It’s rare to find a hotel where professionalism and genuine human connection coexist so effortlessly. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Yas Island. From the moment we checked in, everything about our experience was pleasant and welcoming. The reception team always greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional courtesy. They were attentive to even the smallest discomforts and always offered thoughtful solutions. We had requested an early check-in, and not only did they accommodate us, they even upgraded our room — such a kind gesture that truly set the tone for our stay. It was also my birthday, and the team surprised me with a delicious cake, which made the day extra special. A big shout-out to Chef Hassan Khan, who prepared delicious food during both breakfast and dinner. Every meal felt homely and made with care. Manager Waquas is like the captain of the ship — taking ownership, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and doing it all with a genuine smile. But my absolute favorite was Suman. He is the sweetest waiter I’ve ever met — always cheerful, engaging with guests, and incredibly friendly with kids. I even saw little ones telling him he’s the best, and honestly, his smile can brighten anyone’s day. And finally, Blessing at the reception truly lives up to her name — the perfect, warm, welcoming face to greet guests. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we’ve had. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable.
