I had a very pleasant stay at Aloft. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. Their warm hospitality and great attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a great hotel with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

My name is Yousif Alansaari, and I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for the past 15 years. Unfortunately, the way loyal customers have been treated recently has fallen far below expectations. The current level of service does not meet even the basic standards of guest hospitality, nor does it reflect the hotel’s star rating. I booked rooms 914, 934, and 936 for more than 10 days to accommodate my family during the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition. The hotel’s original rate was considerably more expensive than Booking.com, even though Booking.com included both breakfast and dinner. Only after lengthy discussions and price comparisons did the hotel agree to offer a similar rate. I was clearly informed that breakfast was included. However, when my family and I arrived at the restaurant, we were told—in front of other guests—that our rooms did not include breakfast. This was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable, particularly after the hotel had already confirmed otherwise. This experience demonstrates a serious lack of communication, professionalism, and commitment to promises made to guests. After 15 years of loyalty, I expected respect and proper hospitality—not embarrassment in front of my family and other guests. I request an immediate investigation, a clear explanation, and appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience. If the matter is not resolved properly, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism and provide all booking details and supporting evidence. We recently stayed at Aloft Abu Dhabi and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Khin at the front desk, who made our stay even more memorable with her warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was cozy, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with a delicious variety of options and something to suit every taste. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, comfortable accommodations, and an excellent breakfast in Abu Dhabi.

The view was absolutely stunning, and everything felt elegant. The staff were very attentive and always willing to accommodate any requests. If I visit Abu Dhabi again, I will definitely choose Aloft without hesitation.The only funny thing was that I'm quite short, so I almost ended up falling into the swimming pool🐹

We booked the Aloft Abu Dhabi through YasIsland.com, and the package included unlimited access to all Yas Island theme parks, which was a great bonus. The hotel room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. However, one downside was the translucent glass panel in the shower area located right next to the bed, which can reduce privacy if you’re sharing the room. Overall, a great value stay with excellent park access. 4 Stars
