We had a great experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. Prem at reception was very polite, welcoming, and spoke English very well, and we were very happy to be able to check in a little earlier than planned. Abjul was also very friendly and helped us with our bags, which made the arrival very easy. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, the staff are welcoming and speak English well, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower area is also very nice, with a great view, and the beach is only a short walk away. Overall, a very pleasant stay. In a hotel with proper service quality. Free access to theme parks is also a great feature!

Overall, a very great experience! The valet & check-in process ran smoothly and efficiently with my bags arriving quickly to my room. I used valet daily and the entire team was great and quick. The amenities were amazing but I enjoyed the pool and breakfast as daily favorites. My room was very comfortable and Sajini was the best housekeeper I have had the privilege of meeting in 13 years of traveling for my profession. My schedule varied and she always strived to minimize interruptions but yet ensured my room was perfectly clean & comfortable and my laundry was accepted. Her bubbly and respectful personality was always a great start to the day. Overall, 15/10. A great vacation destination that I’m sure to visit again.
