Travelled for a family vacation with a 4 & 9yr old. This was our first time to Abu Dhabi and had the best experience/ weather during our stay. Hilton is a great hotel with amazing staff. They welcomed us from valet service to check in, escorted our luggage to our room and arranged a surprise for my son 9th birthday. Their buffet restaurant is family friendly and offers a variety of food daily (speacial thanks to the chef’s) they have live singers who are so talented and willing to take requests. Amazing Mimi, check her out. We were staying on the executive floor which gave us access to their lounge. I highly recommend it, just wow the views the atmosphere the staff absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Lydia, lina and the team at the Executive lounge who always go above and beyond to personally remember the guests, their preferences and much more. Pools are heated for comfort and life guards are vigilant for our children safety. There are lots to do both in and around Hilton as they include a free shuttle to local theme parks every 15min and are situated in Yas Bay where there are many bars, restaurants and cafe for a calm evening walk. Abu Dhabi is extremely safe, we truly enjoyed our overall experience and will be visiting again soon.

I am currently staying at Hilton Abu Dhabi and felt compelled to share my experience while it is still ongoing. The property is elegant, beautifully maintained, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed with great attention to comfort. Housekeeping and room service have been impeccable so far. Every request has been handled with efficiency and quiet professionalism, making the stay feel effortless and refined. It is the kind of hospitality that naturally makes one want to return again and again. Most members of the staff have been warm, gracious, and attentive. Their approach to service reflects the standard of excellence one expects from Hilton. There was, however, one interaction that felt somewhat inconsistent with the otherwise polished experience. At the theme park counter, the staff member named Lance appeared noticeably warmer and more accommodating toward certain guests than others. It may not have been intentional, but the difference in attitude was quite perceptible and felt slightly out of place within such an otherwise welcoming environment. I am sharing this feedback while my stay is still continuing so that the management is aware. Aside from this brief moment, everything about the experience has been excellent. Hilton Abu Dhabi remains a property I would gladly return to and recommend without hesitation.

We are currently here on a 9 night stay and we are having the best time!! We are a group of 4, 2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 15. From the moment we pulled up in the taxi the service has been second to none. Lovely, smiley, helpful staff. Smooth check in. Wonderful room, we are in the two bedroom suite and it's perfect for our family. The housekeeping staff have kept the rooms sparkling everyday. We are half board and the meals have been outstanding. I'd definitely recommend the upgrade. The buffet is huge and the choices change each day!! Nice pool area, lovely views, 10/10 experience!! We will recommend and we will be back! Park tickets were included with our room and as we booked a suite we also have entrance to the lounge, which we have used a couple of times. Thank you Hilton 😊

We had a family vacation and stayed at the Hilton in Yas Island. - the rooms were nice and had a good layout. The sofa bed in our room helped our family be more comfortable. - service was great. The staff was very friendly and met our requests with a smile. - the pool was great and our kiddos enjoyed it. - plenty of food and restaurant options - the location is great as you are close to all major attractions and a very short drive to the airport Highly recommend if you are staying to visit Abu Dhabi

Well situated, expansive, warm and welcoming lobby. Plenty of underground parking. Osmo Lounge is wonderful for a catch-up with friends or for business. Delightful menu with great food options or some freshly brewed coffee. The outer area overlooks the pool, and is a great place to chill as well. Don't miss out on the avocado, toast and poached eggs - awesome!
