The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast at Turquoise (7am to 11am)
  • Buffet lunch at Turquoise (12.30pm to 3:30pm)
  • Buffet dinner at Turquoise (7pm to 10pm) or a la carte dinner at Orient, Aja, L’Olivo and Mermaid (additional charges apply for the live teppanyaki show at Aja (Under 4s are free) and table reservation at a la carte restaurants, with the exception of People’s)

We stayed for several nights. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly and supportive. RESTY was very supportive and helped us and he took care of all the check-in procedures for us. the room was clean and we had good views and good facilities, Hotel facilities were very nice and valuable, beautiful and lovely Hotel has a beautiful and clean beach with high quality facilities, and all staffs in the beach and beach’s BAR were friendly and supportive. The buffet restaurant for dinner, lunch, and breakfast, most of the items were repetitive and varied by maybe 10-20% from day to day. However, we expected that the buffet food variety would change more, because we had tested the food at other branches of Rixos hotels, and there was more variety, and the variety of food was different for each meal and each day. And a good option that the hotel offered was the possibility of using the available a la carte restaurants, which was a good experience. Hotel had a good entertainment like DJ on the beach and live music at the evening time which was great experience All staff in the entrance, reception, cleaning, bars, beach, restaurants were friendly and kind and respectful and supportive. And for drinks, they served good quality brands.

He was always present, attentive, and proactive in ensuring that every detail was taken care of. What stood out most was his genuine care for guests and his willingness to go the extra mile whenever needed. Our experience was simply wonderful. One of our party is a double, below knee, amputee - a great walker, but needs a little extra 'thoughtfulness' at times. The staff at Rixos, Saadiyat Island could not have tried harder to make our stay and experience more fantastic. Room location was designed to reduce our walking time. There was extra help with loungers around the pool so that we could more easily enjoy the facility. Everybody was so helpful!! Some of the best service we have received anywhere in the world. Thanks Rixos, you were great.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive — every waiter and team member sincerely tried to help and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their warmth and willingness to assist really stood out and made the stay feel special. Food was really good: tasty, well-prepared, with nice variety across meals. Dinner was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also impressive and truly diverse — soft drinks, fresh juices, coffee, tea and a good range of alcoholic beverages, all included in the price. Clean rooms, relaxing atmosphere overall. We would happily come back. Recommended.
