Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, calm, and very well maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Beyond the facilities, the service we received was exceptional. The staff were attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Ada and Salah for their outstanding support, kindness, and personal attention throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable for us and that every request was handled quickly and professionally. I recently stayed at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Corniche, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambience of the hotel is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to relax whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Dinner was a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, well-presented, and served in a setting that felt both elegant and comfortable. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. A special mention goes to Aung and Shiva, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely cared for. They are a credit to the hotel.

Very hit and miss experience at this hotel. Negatives- Dealing with emergency back home on the first day of a week long stay and staff were extremely unhelpful, showing a complete lack of empathy. Bugs in bed discovered on 2nd day, bedding changed, room fumigated at midnight. Not even a hint of apology for a major disruption when we should have been sleeping, or even a check to ensure the situation hadn't recurred on following days. Suite room was extremely clinical in the way it was furrnished, could be fantastic with space available, but was badly utilised. Not enough sunbeds, if not reserved by 10.30am, you're on the poor, man-made 'beach'. Breakfast was chaotic. Executive lounge was strangely laid out and it felt like you were sat in a corridor. While bizarrely there were 3 massive underused smoking rooms, which were perfect for an executive lounge experience. Strange. Positives - Decent comfortable beds. Nice shower. Executive lounge offerings very good with plentiful supply of snacks and alcohol during evening cocktail hours (even during Ramadan). The main positive of the entire hotel were the staff in this lounge. Nishadi and Karen were very good but Suci was outstanding, very attentive, friendly and helpful. In fact on our final day when Suci was not on duty in the lounge, the speed of serving and availability of staff dipped massively. Suci deserves a managerial title in the lounge as she alone, enables it to run smoothly.
