West-Bay Beach Club

  • Kindly dress decently while accessing the beach facilities and crossing the underpass. Please refrain from using the underpass in swimwear.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed while entering West-Bay. Bags will be checked at the entrance.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, calm, and very well maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Beyond the facilities, the service we received was exceptional. The staff were attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Ada and Salah for their outstanding support, kindness, and personal attention throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable for us and that every request was handled quickly and professionally. We truly appreciate their help and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort. The hotel has direct access to an open beach which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The reception staff were very welcoming, polite, and cooperative throughout our visit. Even during our late check-out request, they handled everything professionally and with kindness. The room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with an excellent air conditioning system, which made our stay even more pleasant. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful, the facilities are well-maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We also loved the swimming pool area, the delicious food selections, and the warm hospitality of the staff. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Abu Dhabi.

I had a very enjoyable 4-night stay at this hotel. The décor and interiors are elegant, and the location is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The gym is excellent, with modern, well-maintained equipment, a great way to start the morning. Special thanks to Ada at the front desk, and Shiva and Khim at the breakfast buffet, for their kind and professional service throughout my stay. The rooms feel slightly dated in some areas, and while the breakfast buffet is good, it could use some refinement to better match the hotel’s overall standard. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Had an incredible stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi — easily one of the most well-rounded hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. The staff go above and beyond, especially Ilham and Ada, always attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely focused on making your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with great views and all the amenities you need. The facilities are top-tier — especially the pool and private beach area, which create the perfect balance between relaxation and luxury. Dining options are excellent, with a wide variety of quality food and great service across the restaurants. Whether it’s breakfast or dinner, everything is consistently on point. What really stands out is the overall experience — it feels premium yet comfortable, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. Definitely a place I’d return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.
