West-Bay Beach Club

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed while entering West-Bay. Bags will be checked at the entrance.

I had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Abu Dhabi. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, and the staff were always professional, friendly, and eager to help. I would especially like to thank Abdullah at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and genuine kindness made a great first impression and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I highly recommend Sheraton Abu Dhabi and look forward to staying here again.

Housekeeping did an outstanding job, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The service from all staff members was professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. All the amenities were well organized and added to the overall comfort of our stay. We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort. The hotel has direct access to an open beach which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The reception staff were very welcoming, polite, and cooperative throughout our visit. Even during our late check-out request, they handled everything professionally and with kindness. The room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with an excellent air conditioning system, which made our stay even more pleasant. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful, the facilities are well-maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We also loved the swimming pool area, the delicious food selections, and the warm hospitality of the staff. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Abu Dhabi.

Don't let the exterior fool you—the inside of the Sheraton is beautifully renovated! The rooms are modern, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pool and beach bring a resort lifestyle experience with an urban backdrop. The gym is also top-tier. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and the entire team was amazing, but beach lifeguard Laxman deserves a medal. I lost my wedding ring in the ocean, and just when I thought it was gone forever, Laxman jumped in to help. After 20 minutes of searching the seabed, he miraculously found it! Talk about going above and beyond. Thanks again to the team for making our stay a memorable one.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The location is convenient, with easy access to many attractions, and the dining options were outstanding with a great variety of delicious food. Overall, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi and would gladly stay here again.
