I had a wonderful dining experience at Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and excellent presentation. Every meal was flavorful and prepared to a high standard. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. The combination of excellent food, outstanding hospitality, and a beautiful atmosphere makes this hotel a place I would highly recommend. I look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was great - the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the service was consistently friendly and professional. A big thanks to Somaya,who was helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and support. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add more family-oriented options, such as a kids’ play area or some evening/night activities. This would make the experience even better, especially for families with children. Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Royal M Hotel for the weekend and booked 5 rooms for our family. From check-in, the entire process was very smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, before check-out, my daughter slipped in the shower and hit her head on the floor, which caused bleeding. The hotel staff responded immediately after we informed them and handled the situation very professionally. A special thank you to Ms. Somaya, Mr. Rawad, and their team, who arrived quickly, performed first aid, and made sure everything was under control and safe. Their care, professionalism, and fast response were truly appreciated during a stressful moment. Highly recommended for both the excellent hospitality and the outstanding customer care. We will definitely visit again.

Our December stay at the Royal M Hotel by Gewan Abu Dhabi was a true pleasure. We were very impressed by the hotel. It's a luxurious property offering a high standard of service and comfort. We had a very large, spacious suite, elegantly furnished and offering everything you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The hotel service deserves special mention. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. We also rated the food very highly. The food was delicious, fresh, and very well prepared, and the selection of dishes was truly impressive. The peaceful atmosphere in the hotel restaurant was an added bonus – even during meals, you could comfortably eat and relax without excessive noise. We were also impressed by the spacious pool and beautiful views, which underline the unique character of this place. Unfortunately, we only spent one night there, but we would happily return for a longer stay.

Not at all what they are selling. The hotel was nice from the pictures but when checked in….. Everything is quite old. Water pressure very low, the drainage struggles, mattress seen better times. I payed special for sea view. I had a view to pool, restaurant and the canal. The window in the room was blocked closed but it doesn’t close well and all the smoke from barbecue and noise was inside the room. Wake in the morning with lower back pains. So.. it is not worth the money. Tried to eat but all restaurants were closed except the main which was ok for breakfast but for dinner you should pay 185 AED each person for buffet style. Now , for the good thing. Internet was enough and coverage ok. They had a mesh system with AP’s in every room. Service was as it supposed to be. Excellent.
