We had an amazing experience and cannot say enough about the wonderful housekeeping team. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall was exceptionally very clean , and it was clear that the team works with great dedication and pride. Our room was always spotless, cleaned very well and beautifully maintained. During an unexpected situation we encountered, the housekeeping staff reassured us and guided us on what we could do, which made us feel supported and cared for. Their kindness during that moment was truly touching. We would also like to recognize Benson for his thoughtful gesture of cleaning our eyeglasses. We have stayed in many hotels before, but we have never seen such a unique and considerate service. The cleanliness of the hotel was trully amazing and housekeeping make a huge difference and made our stay truly special.

First of all, a sincere thank you to the housekeeping team. They do a truly great job, especially this gentleman (Suraj Karki). What I find disappointing, given the category and price range, is the beach service. If you want to order drinks, need towels, or have the seats cleaned, you have to keep looking for staff. The service should be more proactive. Towels must be picked up from the cabin yourself, whereas at this price level you would normally expect staff to approach you, offer water or towels, and provide more personalized service. The excellent service in the room should also extend to the beach. You should also know that food is not served on the beach, only in the restaurants. That said, the beach itself is beautiful, with very clean water and open sea — definitely worth it. 🏖️✨

Excellent service and a gorgeous hotel! My husband and I stayed there for 7 nights and loved every minute of our vacation. From the moment we were greeted by Elizabeth from reception and until the end, the service we have received has been nothing short of exceptional. Congratulations to whoever hired and trained the staff, you did an amazing job! We had all inclusive and both the food and drinks were high quality. We also had access to the Hashi restaurant at the 38 floor which was an elevated culinary experience that we enjoyed very much. The room was perfect, we had a view to the Corniche/presidential palace side wich was breathtaking. Very confortable bed, we never slept better in any other hotel. We will come back!
