A Wonderful Stay at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa
Our experience at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their attentiveness and dedication to maintaining the rooms, grounds, beach, and amenities in pristine condition.
The lifeguards at both the swimming pool and sea area were exceptionally vigilant. When my wife had a minor accident and cut her foot, a lifeguard responded within a minute, promptly disinfecting the wound and applying a plaster. This first-class service, especially from Kris and the rest of the lifeguard team, gave us great peace of mind.
Dining at the self-service International Buffet was a highlight. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff ensured our plates were cleared and drinks delivered promptly. While some menu items were a bit repetitive, it never detracted from our overall dining experience. Special thanks to Joyce and Jefrey for their exceptional and friendly service, which made our meals even more enjoyable.
One of the standout features of this resort is the abundance of sunbeds—no need to worry about the usual ‘sunbed wars’! Vishram deserves a special mention for keeping us refreshed on the beach with his attentive and polite service.
Our room was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping was outstanding. Gukan Ilaiya, our housekeeper, often surprised us with creative towel figurines on our freshly made bed, adding a delightful personal touch to our stay.
Our recommendation is to stay on an ‘all inclusive’ basis, as the drinks are expensive.
Overall, we loved our time at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa and in Abu Dhabi. We look forward to returning for another wonderful stay.

What made the experience truly wonderful was Alua’s genuinely friendly and charming approach. They have a consistently warm and welcoming presence that instantly makes guests feel valued and comfortable. Their positive energy significantly enhances the hotel's inviting atmosphere. The hotel is very nice and the food is excellent.
Akhilesh and Krishna did a splendid job with the cleaning. The room was very clean and our child loved the towel-animals - a new and very advanced one every day.
The life guards are attentive and very nice to the children. It is safe and fun!

The Al Raha Beach hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. One minor point in our room I would add is that they could benefit from extra lighting as in the evening we struggled to see what we were doing! Also an extra plug socket with USBs would be useful. I think I’d recommend bringing a small extension lead would solve the problem.
When it comes to Service though this was second to none. Our 2 room attendants Prasada and Krishna could not have done more. The rooms were left immaculate with beautiful touches like scattered rose petals and exquisite towel decor. This attention to detail made us feel very special and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We celebrated our birthday with an afternoon tea at Emirates Palace, I have to say after we finished this blew my mind as it’s a very different concept to what afternoon tea usually is, the big difference was that the offerings were not all served together but there are several rounds of food/deserts being served.
The ambience is nice and relaxing with live music in the background, the setup and Chinaware exquisite as you would expect. The taste of what’s offered was absolutely amazing and very delicious and ample.
However the service was what complimented the whole experience, Aliya and Keziah were amazing, very professional and friendly, however the star of the day was Dino, talkative, informative and very bubbly and funny 😄, he was amazing not just with us but all the tables around us too.
Definitely worth trying, the whole experience for us took 2 hours and we enjoyed every single minute.

We just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, and we can’t recommend it enough! The entire experience was absolutely top-notch, and we want to share our heartfelt appreciation.
First and foremost, a huge thank you to Yasmine at the reception. She not only honored our Hilton Diamond status but went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful King Suite. She even called us personally to make sure we were happy with the room, which made our anniversary feel truly special. The WhatsApp communication with the concierge and front desk was incredibly convenient and responsive whenever we needed anything.
The breakfast buffet team—Ashish, Ratheesh and Shune—was fantastic. They checked in with us each morning to ensure we had everything we needed and made every breakfast a delight. Likewise, the executive lounge staff, Yvonne, Mannan and Layla, were equally attentive and kind.
We also want to highlight how wonderful the pool staff was with our kids. They were super friendly and made sure the little ones felt welcome and entertained. The Kids Club was a huge hit—our children absolutely loved it and kept wanting to go back. From games and coloring to painting and cookie decoration, everything was amazing for them. It really made their stay memorable and gave us some relaxing moments knowing they were having a great time.
Overall, the resort was spotless, professional, and truly a delight. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

We had a fab stay at the Hilton Yas Island. The staff were excellent, room super clean and the shuttle bus to the parks were a great perk. It was my husband's birthday while we were out there and the staff made such a fuss, which was unexpected. The hotel has a great pool, good selection of restaurants and a lovely view over the sea. I'd recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

We are staying currently in this beautiful hotel and I can say that the service is very good from the moment we checked in and all the services. The room are nicely decorated and kept well and the house keeping is very efficient and to high standards. Our room is taken care by the lovely Ruby who she pays attention to details when tidying and cleaning. Follows instructions and tries very hard to make the room look lovely during our stay . The restaurant where we have breakfast is clean and the variety of food is very very good . Member of staff are very professional and very efficient. I definitely recommend this place for a holiday break as it has a very nice pool and a very lovely spa . There is also a hairdresser which I have found very handy and a nail bar . The gym is quite good , it has a good range of machines and strength training equipments . Highly recommend this place. Thank you to all members of staff for making our current stay so memorable.

A special mention goes to Nahom, the bartender—he truly made the stay unforgettable. His warm personality, professionalism, and incredible mixology skills added so much to the experience. Every drink he prepared was perfectly crafted, and he always made sure guests felt welcome and taken care of.

Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this resort! The rooms were incredibly spacious, which was a huge plus for us. The room service was prompt and the food was always delicious. What really stood out was the staff; they were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help with any questions or issues we had. It’s a very family and kid-friendly place, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The variety of restaurants and food choices was excellent, and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. Plus, there’s so much to do just outside the hotel, with great shopping, museums, excursions, and even theme parks nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

My partner and I stayed for 8 nights in November for the first time. I’ll start with the positives we experienced during our stay.
Firstly the location is perfect, you are equally close to Yas Island or the city and can enjoy exploring both, you’re also very close to the new cultural district which has museums to explore. The beach is stunning along with the sunsets you can view.
Next the service, every staff member there is incredibly kind and helpful, from the pool to each restaurant, they can’t do enough to help.
Finally the common areas are stunning, the decor is extravagant and clearly a lot of thought has been put into it.
Now onto the negatives, if you are not a family this is not the hotel for you. It is a predominantly family friendly hotel with only one main pool.
There is a huge kids pool with slides and a wave pool that was empty during our stay, we were told by staff that this was because alcohol is not served in these areas so the parents prefer the main pool. An easy fix would be to change this rule or something more permanent would be to build an Adults only pool. There were some areas of sun loungers that were adult only but they were not poolside and they also had children there with staff not enforcing the rule.
Onto the food, we were really disappointed in the quality of food at the resort, even in the al a carte restaurants, it was fine but not in standing with the cost of the stay. The drinks on offer were generally really good, except the wine, of which there were only two option of both red and white - both of which weren’t great.
The rooms themselves looked tired, I don’t think there has been any work done to maintain the standard since opening and it showed. Paint peeling and chipped, and general wear and tear on the furniture. We stayed in the fourth floor overlooking the pool in a sea view room, at multiple points during our stay there was a smell of sewage in the hallway. One evening we returned to our room and the smell was incredibly strong inside, I called reception immediately to report it, they called back after 20 minutes to offer us a new room on the ground floor, but at this point is was 11pm and we were tired. My parents were staying two doors down and had the same issue and the same solution was offered however again not appropriate at the time, after a while the smell started to dissipate so we were able to get to sleep. The following day management followed up with my mum (not me) and offered the same room again, however we had selected the sea view rooms for exactly that so it wasn’t an appropriate compensation, they also offered my parents a discount upon their next stay.
I work in hospitality and this was shocking to me, you should not have to pay extra in order to solve a solution that has happened during this stay. The hotel could have easily offered a complimentary gesture such as resort credit and it would have been a welcomed, particularly given the cost of the stay.
Upon checkout nothing was mentioned to me at all, no apology or acknowledgment of the issue, so I asked to speak with a Manager. I explained the problem and advised how I was really disappointed with the communication and management of the whole issue, she had no idea about it and also no idea who had been communicating with my parents, but reassured me she would fix it as they had two more days left of their stay.
Unfortunately no one reached out to them at all, and upon checking out they were informed that a ‘free’ bottle of prosecco had been placed in their room - this was incorrect, so potentially was left in the wrong room - and again this is the same prosecco that is complimentary across the resort so no real effort.
It was an incredibly disappointing end to a mostly positive stay at the Rixos, I would encourage some Incident resolution training for their management along with taking the above feedback on board.

The staff were so friendly and smiling all the time no request was too much for them. To name some of many at the resturant: Firoj, Jim Kelly, Mige, Hussain, Tho Ta and Resty the door man.
We had a great time and will be back next year.

So far so good! Great location just 25 mins for the airport (no aircraft noise), great beach and the hotel covers a vast area so no feeling of being crammed in at all.
This is our third a la carte restaurant during our stay and once again the food and service has been first class.

Just two days left for us in the Middle Eastern gem of a short stay!

Half the villas have direct access to the ocean, the other half is facing the bay - no swimming there, but views, birds and animals watching is great. All villas except 21 where we stayed have fence and very private. Villa 21 has an opening in the side fence where other people are walking by and can see you. Each villa has a private pool - can be made either hot or cold (by request), some villas have infinity pool. Beautiful pretty big infinity pool in the common area at the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach front, right by the water and plenty of sitting accommodations at the villa itself. Peacocks roaming around and small gazelles. The villas are perfect for watching sunrises. Pretty good restaurant with extensive menu. We enjoyed daily breakfast. Full bar and happy hour ( drinks discounted) from 5-7pm. The listing mentions outdoor shower in villas, but there wasn’t one - just a placeholder for it without hookups, not sure if that’s coming some time in the future. Currently (November 2025) there are renovations and construction going on by the bike path, so we had noise at night from construction vehicles which is unfortunate and we were not given any heads up from hotel about this. Otherwise this is a wonderful property, great for night photography and moon photography-especially the side of the hotel where no bike path as it has lighting all night.

We stayed a night here in the savannah villa. It looks amazing and faces the forest and you can always see deer and birds and peacocks nearby the pool and villa. There is a private pool as well. Service and everything is top notch.
You have to get down and park your car at the sir baniyas ferry station, there will be a ferry to the island.

I stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel during my recent conference at the Conrad, and the location was definitely a big advantage—just a few minutes away.
I tried their in-room dining and ordered a burger. The flavor was good, but the meat tasted more like meatballs, which brought back an old childhood memory I didn’t enjoy much.
My only real issue was during check-in. The staff allowed other guests to pass ahead of me without explanation, then gave me the wrong room card twice, which delayed my check-in. The manager later tried to fix the situation with a complimentary dessert in the room, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was very good, not excellent, but definitely enjoyable.
Overall, the stay was very good but not perfect. Good location, decent food, and effort from management—but the check-in delay affected the first impression.

This past weekend, I spent my honeymoon at the Desert Safari Anantara is Sir Bani Yas. Overall my experience was okay, although not for the price that was paid.
1. I requested an upgrade, with of course the willingness to pay more. Although, the reservation staff gave one price then another. They were late with their response to my emails and because if their tardiness, I choose not to upgrade.
2. Once we arrived, we were requested to spend more money for a transportation fee. The expensiviness of the fee was not the point, it was the lack of courtesy and hospitality to wave the fee for the trouble and lack of promptness of our request via email. (We still had to pay)
3. The staff were all nice and helpful. Although, they were over worked and short-handed in the restaurant areas. Often times we were left waiting and sometimes forgotten about. This made it difficult to enjoy the ambiance with the consistent looking around for our server, food or drinks.
4. The safari, beach and pool we the highlight of our trip. Night life....well, there wasn't any. They didn't even have a shisha or evening entertainment.
I really wanted to us to enjoy our stay, especially because it was meant to be one of our most memorable times together as husband and wife, but for the cost of money that was paid, we expected better.

1 advice, note that it's a remote island. Ensure all essentials (and non essentials as well) are packed before arriving at the resort. There are no shops inside to buy stuff.
If you are a vegetarian, opt for dine in which allows you to order dishes like dal and paneer that are not on the menu.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and truly appreciated the effort of the staff in making it special. From the warm welcome at the port to the smooth check-in, everything was handled with care. A special thanks to Retno and the reception team, who were always ready to assist us, as well as the activity guides who made our experiences memorable. the place is a must to visit. there are lots of activities to do. we did the Nature and wildlife drive, the drive takes place in 4x4 shared vehicles. participants may witness scène of playful behavior of animals and Nature. and at early 6:30am we did the advanced mountain biking where you can explorer the wildlife park, off road tails. we enjoyed the beach which is 3min. walk from our hôtel and dont forget to bring your snorkling gear with you, the beach is a perfect for snorkling😃😃. a lot of fun .

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl! The moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and took care of every detail. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a gorgeous view of the city.
The food was outstanding—breakfast was varied and fresh, and the restaurants offered a fantastic selection of international dishes. The pool, fitness center, and spa were perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers!

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi was very good. The rooms were huge and extremely well equipped, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was perfect: there was something for everyone, and the selection was enormous. The gym is very well equipped and air-conditioned, and the concierge service was very helpful.
The pool service, however, was not as good. We ordered drinks and food, and it took a very long time to arrive. The staff member there was also not very friendly and seemed unmotivated. Aside from that, our stay was truly lovely.

Very attentive and caring staff. Suci at reception desk was very helpful, our check in and check out were a smooth process. She explained what facilities and services available in details. She patiently answered all of our concerns. Karan was very helpful with our bags, very polite, would always answer with a smile, was very kind helping my grandmother with wheel chair and helping with our concerns in hotel throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was nicely organized, have alot of jain and vegan option. Swimming pool and beach were clean, water was surprisingly warm, not too cold. Rooms were nice, had a good view, room service was great but some of our plugs werent working, even when we turned on the plug switch so make sure to test out your plugs.

Our first time staying at this fabulous hotel and certainly not our last. From the start we were warmly welcomed into the hotel, the front desk staff were also very helpful informing us about the Grand Hyatt app and opportunity to receive discounts at any restaurants etc at the hotel. Immaculate rooms with stunning views, excellent choice of food for breakfast especially as we were vegetarian, nothing was too much for the staff, they really went out of there way to make our stay special.
We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Verso, unfortunately most of the pastas contained egg, so I asked if they could mix the pasta with the sauce I wanted, they simply just reinvented a new dish for me which was so tasty I came back for more.
However what truly made this hotel stand out was their service, especially the concierge team. Bikram is such an asset to your team. Whenever asking for what to do and where to go even for food nothing was too much for him. He even went as far as to book the tickets on our behalf for an attraction. Always a smiling face and this accompanied with an iPad that had such a wealth of information was a real breathe of fresh air for us, such good service is rare, so please extend our sincere thanks to him.
Overall a beautiful hotel with world class service. We will be back again!

honestly this hotel deserves every bit of 10/10.
The rooms were extremely spacious, very clean and so comfortable. We had such a beautiful view from our balcony , waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the sand is so soft. The pool area is fantastic especially for kids, lots of space for them to play, plus the kids club was amazing.
From arrival to leaving everything was smooth, warm and genuinely 5 star hospitality. Breakfast and food overall was exceptional ,high quality, huge variety and very well presented. Every single person who works there is so kind and so welcoming , it really stands out compared to many other hotels this level.
We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman on reception (I’m really sorry I can’t remember the name exactly but I think it was Boba).
Special thanks to Chandi, Sabik and Ravi — they were so attentive and truly made our stay memorable.

Average, at best. Definitely not value for money. And you’re paying for the location, not the service.
We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite. The room was well designed and decently cleaned in arrival. Over the five days, the room was serviced once as the timings never aligned, even though we were out for hours at a time.
The room service took on average 45mins which meant the fries were cold by time of arrival. It took just as much time to get an ice bucket, so come prepared to wait.
The breakfast is weak with no a la carte offerings and lacks daily rotation.
Also a heads up, the property offers a babysitting service… it’s an opportunity for staff to pick up extra shifts at 80/hr - and the lack of training is not disclosed when booking.
The average room rate rivals that of the Four Seasons in the Seychelles, and by comparison is a 3 star trying to be a 5 star.

The whole experience felt calm and grounding. The moment I arrived I noticed how quiet the place is no chaos, no loud crowds, just the sound of the sea and birds. It gave me this weird mix of peace and nostalgia.
The beach is unreal the water is so clear it doesn’t even look real. I spent a lot of time just walking barefoot on the sand and somehow it felt almost therapeutic. It’s the kind of place where you suddenly slow down without trying.
The hotel itself is beautiful without being “too much.” Natural tones, clean design, lots of space and light. I loved the small details cold towels, the scent in the lobby, and how everyone speaks softly like they know you came here to reset.
The staff were kind. They check on you but never in a way that interrupts your quiet moment.

Awesome hotel and overall experience. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. The food was amazing. We tried Mare Mare, Tean and White and everything was delicious. The beach is the best in Abu Dhabi. I love the no plastic policy of the hotel.

Pros: position is beautiful, private beach is rare and gorgeous, staff there - particularly Arshad - are always ready to help and seem happy about it. Rooms are spacious and from a standard you have a majestic view over the presidential palace. Cleanliness is a major plus in here, room service is excellent.
The Kamoon a lá carte restaurant is truly a 5-star and prices are not high.
Cons: details are sometimes not 5-star worthy. Some examples are food variety (you don’t get crepes at breakfast and only get one at a time between pancakes and waffles, sweet brioches are always empty and most of the times you have to ask the chef for Nutella, you can’t get it by yourself. Moreover, we found a couple of broken elevator lights, staff at the reception was not very welcoming nor smiling, and overall English level is not great.
The room is rather classic, some modernitazion could work well.
Overall good hotel, would be a 4-star worthy without such location and beach in my opinion. Would still recommend.

The hotel is in perhaps the best location in the city, close to the Mandarin.
The standard room is very large and perfectly clean. Cleaning staff works effortlessly and does a great job. Pools and the private beach are perfect. The staff, particularly Shiksha and Hajjala, are smiley and welcoming. The reception staff instead could be more empathic and their English level could be slighly better.
Another special mention goes to Borhan at the grill, the meat he cooked was special.

We recently spent a wonderful week at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional service we received—particularly at the Horizon Restaurant.
The food was consistently excellent, and the service truly stood out. Regina, the Head of Front Desk, deserves special recognition for her warm demeanor and unwavering commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, and her efforts were greatly appreciated. Martha, who assisted her, was equally helpful and attentive.
In the restaurant, Shaleh, Moosa, and Faruk were outstanding. They were incredibly hardworking, responsive to every request, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed.
We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the chefs for the delicious meals, especially for accommodating our special requests for aloo paratha and masala dosa. Every dish was prepared with care and skill.
The entire team at Horizon Restaurant is a credit to the hotel. Their friendliness and attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere that made our experience truly memorable. They should be highly commended for their excellent service.

Absolutely wonderful. The architecture inside the room was strange though. The washroom and the shower room cannot be locked from inside so there's no complete, 100% privacy. Never saw this anywhere else in the world.
The housekeeping was top-notch. Thanks to Mukesh and Anjanette. Very prompt. Very professional.
Aarya at front desk was awesome too. Very cooperative. Very accommodating. Very respectful.
Tifany, Ikra and Rudrakshi in the breakfast room were very charming, very professional, and very welcoming. Everyone in the breakfast room was easily approachable, unlike other hotels where they avoid looking at you, lest you call them and ask for something.
Overall, a great experience at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island. First time here, but definitely not the last time.

Excellent experience with check-in and room view, amenities and kudos to the housekeeping team (Mukesh and Anjanette) for making the stay perfect. Breakfast buffet had varied options, including made-to-order items that you can let the helpful waitstaff know to bring to your table. Something unique that I've not seen elsewhere is the option to order special pillows (image of options attached) for extra comfortable sleep. And besides luggage storage, Park Hyatt offers shower facilities in their Spa till 10pm, which is a life saver if you want to do a tour or something else before a late flight. ~ 30 mins to Abu Dhabi airport from hotel.

It was a very good experience with the hotel staff. Peter at the entrance, welcomed us with a big smile on his face. He remembered us from the last year, as well as we did him. Puja at the restaurant and some of her colleagues greeted us with overwhelmingly positive highlighting exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. Jean Paul at the beach is one of the most friendliest beach attendant we have ever seen. Our chamberservice let by Duminda made our room very clean and comfortable every day. Overall we would like to express our joy and gratitude for their proactive service and attentiveness and hope to come back as soon as possible. The hole stuff made our holiday unforgettable.

We were in Abu Dhabi for the first time and in the park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Saadiyat. In summary, we were able to experience a very nice stay and luxury in perfection.
From check-in to check-out, the stay was perfect and the service was at the highest level. Again and again we were asked whether everything went to our complete satisfaction.
The entire staff is very accommodating, friendly and service-oriented and you feel completely valued as a guest.
Our room was stylish, elegant and spotlessly clean - room service morning and evening. Bed was also comfortable.
The hotel complex itself is a green oasis. Water, palm trees and enough sunbeds everywhere. This also applies to the beach section.
Yesterday, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, exclusive and luxurious.
A wide selection of fresh and high-quality food is available for breakfast. This also applies to dinner in the various restaurants. We would like to express our special thanks to Mr. Sriraj and the whole team for their excellent care and service. We felt completely comfortable.

We held our baby shower there, and took one of the suites.
Right from the start, from the valet, its a breeze, welcoming and well organized
Staff is so well trained and managed. Their hospitality training reflects, it shows they know what they re doing. Good communication skills.
They were so clear in what they could offer and not and also think solutions with the guest.
It was a group of 12 guests we had come over for the baby shower, lots of stress and organizing but with the Park Hyatt staff behind you it was much easier, This was so valuable
We had a butler Manish who attended and with his team they supported us through the day and evening. Well well done guys.

We booked a private early-morning desert drive, and our guide, Shehzad, made it one of the best experiences of our lives. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the region, but also shared fascinating stories and behind-the-scenes. His passion, kindness, and storytelling turned the whole trip into something magical.
Every activity we tried, sunrise drives, photography spots, desert walks, and more, was organized perfectly. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everything felt personal and memorable.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel on the Abu Dhabi Corniche and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right across from the beautiful Corniche with easy access to the beach, walking areas, and nearby attractions.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the sea. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay.
The hotel facilities were impressive. The pool area is relaxing and well-designed, perfect for unwinding in the afternoon. The gym offers good equipment and plenty of space. I also tried the restaurants, and the food quality was excellent—especially the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options.
Overall, Radisson Blu exceeded my expectations. Whether for business or leisure, it’s an ideal place to stay in Abu Dhabi. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. A big thank-you to Hope, Asha, Christian, Divine, Sabrat, Richard and especially Monica, who welcomed us warmly every morning and evening. We also enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and friendly service in the café.
We did have one small issue in the Westpol Lounge: a waiter sent us away due to a supposed minimum consumption, without checking that we were hotel guests. Later we learned that guests are allowed to sit there even just for a coffee. Luckily, a very kind lady at the entrance took great care of us and made the experience positive again.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily return.

Our third stay here as my husband loves the waterspouts on offer at the beach. He had great fun on the wave machine and paddleboarding. Our room was spacious with a nice seaview but the refit/update in the bathroom had been done in a shoddy way. The buffet breakfast was good but wait at the egg station was very long as only 1 chef to make fried eggs/omletttes etc. I did notice by pastries there was another egg station but not always available. In the evening the buffet had a large selection but sometimes was only lukewarm. Special thanks to Furqan at the concierge desk who helped us confirm our taxi pick up when we did not have confirmation. He went the extra mile and we were very grateful. A lovely man.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Corniche with my friends, and it was truly one of the best experiences we've had. The highlight of our trip was the Westbay Beach Club it offers so many fun activities like surfing, the wave pool, and a relaxing swimming pool. We had such a great time!
What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff throughout the resort. From security to reception, and especially the lifeguard attendants, everyone was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Pretty average hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking is complimentary for guests, which is super convenient. The rooftop pool is good to cool off, but nothing to write home about.
Spacious room that unfortunately was air conditioned too cold. It was impossible to have any temperature above 18 C, not even after changing the settings on the A/C control panel.

We stayed at Ramada for 3 days, and our experience was truly delightful. The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness and provides a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The room views were absolutely amazing, making our stay even more memorable.

We recently stayed at this hotel last minute as our travel plans to another country had changed. We stayed in the resort view one bedroom suite.
We had an excellent experience. The rooms were beautiful and the service was excellent.
We had a half board package. The buffet restaurant (Sim Sim) had extremely high quality food. The Si Italian restaurant was also incredible and we were able to choose a 3-course meal from a very wide range of options included in our package. We also went to the Hamilton’s Gastro Pub but didn’t like this restaurant very much and the quality of food didn’t quite match the rest of the resort.
Overall, I will definitely return to this hotel and would certainly recommend it.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Saadiyat Rotana for about five months straight due to work, and it truly feels like a comforting second home. One of the standout aspects is definitely the people. Every interaction, whether with Hom Yaovi, Brent, or Saad from the valet, is always filled with positivity. They greet you with a smile, remember details about your life, and make you feel genuinely valued. Alizon at the reception always makes sure I’m comfortable and gives me the best rooms, while the staff at the gym is so sweet.
Beyond the amazing staff, the resort itself is stunning. The rooms are so beautifully designed, it doesn’t have the usual hotel room interior decor. It’s unique and the overall ambiance is unmatched. I’ve stayed at practically every hotel in Abu Dhabi, but nothing compares to the vibe at Saadiyat Rotana. The resort has a wonderful scent, and I love unwinding at the beach after work or taking strolls at night after the beautiful resort. The breakfast is another highlight, my favourite amongst all hotels in AD. It’s so diverse and delicious, even for vegetarians.

I would like to say a few words about the hotel. I will start with the first thing that impressed me—the beautiful lobby and the incredibly polite staff. They did everything quickly and checked us into a wonderful room with a view. My wife was also delighted. I enjoyed spending my evenings at the Hammelton pub; I love watching football. It’s also cool that there is a pool table. We played with the girls from the animation team. My wife remembered the yoga. The sunset, the tranquility. It looks amazing. Thank you to Elizabeth and Anna for such an experience!

This hotel is amazing! The resort is fabulous, a really good 5star. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, the food in all the restaurants is really good, fresh ingredients, very tasty and plenty of choice. My favorite spot was the Nasma bar & restaurant. The best feature of this property is the service, all the staff are fantastic. Henry the manager is so lovely he is such a positive happy person. Lahiru in Nasma bar is just amazing, I never had to ask for anything he was so attentive and such a lovely man to chat with. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Hotel is Wonderfully located, Saadiyat island nature beautiful place, better than any place I have been in Dubai.
Staff is warm and helpful. From main entrance porter Mr Yaove was excellent. Lounge service at the 4th floor, Mr Saw was amazing serving people with passion and energy.
Pastry at the main lobby was delicious, I suggest to try mini brownie and Nutella Crostini.
It was an excellent time here. Definitely come back.

Our experience at this hotel was truly outstanding—far above anything we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded every expectation. The team at the restaurants delivered an unforgettable level of hospitality. They even prepared special dishes for our son, and every single meal was fantastic. Located near the Great Mosque lies this amazing hotel. The hotel convinced with its well maintained facilities as well as with its exceptional service. The variety and quality of food options were outstanding. The hotel features several pools, one being a beautiful infinity pool with a pool restaurant. Worth mentioning is the very detailed pool service (i.e. water bottles in a small cool box). Last but not least: The hotel even features a small gondola ride through the adjacent properties which is highly recommended during sunset hours. All major Abu Dhabi attractions are well reachable by taxi. All in all one of the best hotel experience ever. Special thanks to Ola and Heeler of the Guest Service Team who made our stay really unique and unforgettable.

We stayed here for 7 days, and it was the first holiday in a long time where I didn't want to go back home.
The hotel was phenomenal, both in staff and amenities. My previous experience in the UAE was Jumeriah Al Qasr Dubai, and this was even better. Lovely pools, amazing private beach, and wonderful interiors.
The staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay, going out of their way especially for our 1-year-old daughter. On one occasion a cleaner passed us in the hallway, asked for our room number, and then returned 10 minutes later with a toy for our baby. Such thoughtfulness means a lot when travelling with a family. Special mention to doorman Siju who helped us out repeatedly with our pram and car seat.
Food wise, I was absolutely blown away by the daily buffet. I am not normally a fan of this, but I have NEVER been to a buffet of such consistently high quality and variety. Unfortunately, I did eat too much and now need to diet. There was too much food to try and all of it was excellent.
This was such a great trip for our family, and my daughter also learned to walk in the long carpeted corridors outside the rooms.
In terms of location, it's ideally situated with a Souk on one side and a pier full of restaurants (and the aquarium) on the other. It's also a short Careem/Uber ride to the malls, which were also brilliant. There is a gym next to the Souk which does the job for anyone looking to burn some calories (machines for every body part, a smith machine, a trap bar, and some heavyish dumbells).
I will certainly be returning - much calmer than Dubai and far fewer influencers.

Attended a conference this weekend. Valet parking was available not only for hotel guests and the staff taking the cars were really nice and welcoming and had very good customer service skills.
Catering was really good at the meeting venue staff were really nice and at the main restaurant. Thank you to all the staff who had excellent hospitality and were very organized in handling the huge number of attendees at the restaurant. Special thanx to Hajar, Ranju, Wael and fidan for the great customer service.
Went to their spa very welcoming friendly staff. Thanx to Pim from Uganda for the great massage.
Just one comment about the bathrooms on the different floors P1, P3 and P7 are not consistently cleaned. There were times when the bathrooms were dirty, and the soap and tissues were not filled. It would be better for a busy hotel to have a cleaner maintaining the bathrooms all the time.
Overall one of the best hotels to attend conferences.

Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool. Golf course, spa, gym and all the other usual amenities.
Great products used in the bathroom. Room service simple and easy where you order via QR code. The beach is really amazing .

The hotel exceeded my expectations — it is clean, quiet, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet at Olea featured an impressive selection of options. The food was delicious. Fresh bakery items were prepared every hour, ensuring everything was served hot and perfectly fresh.

The hotel was the most relaxing and welcoming holiday experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the amazing staff made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was perfect for a large family. The pool and kids’ area were also fantastic — everything was just right.
However, the main reason we truly fell in love with this place was because of two incredible chefs, Lalit and Hasan. They absolutely made our stay unforgettable. Every evening, our dinners were exceptional, and the care they showed — even offering to prepare special dishes for us — was beyond anything we expected. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made each meal a highlight of our trip.

I had the immense pleasure of spending two nights at the St. Regis The Corniche in Abu Dhabi with my wife, our 29 year old son, our 33 year old daughter and our 3 year old granddaughter and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience we have ever had as a family.
From the perfectly smooth check in to the impeccable check out, every moment was pure excellence. We were delighted to receive one suite upgrade and to have all three beautiful rooms located on the same floor, which made our family stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
The hotel facilities are exceptional. The beach club features swimming pools, beach access, a kids club, bars and restaurants. The dining experience was outstanding, especially the breakfast with an extensive selection and personalized à la carte dishes prepared to perfection. Every detail in the hotel reflects luxury, quality and care.
But above all, it is the people who made the real difference. The entire staff made us feel truly special throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vincent at the Cabana restaurant and to all the wonderful team members whose smiles and professionalism made us feel not just welcomed but genuinely cared for.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my friend Karim Gharbi, the General Manager, for his personal attention, warm greetings and outstanding hospitality. You and your team have created a place that feels more than a home and truly like family.

We had a wonderful family stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The location on the Corniche is beautiful and convenient - close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and right by the beach. Check-in was seamless, and Ms. Daria and the butler team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Nation Riviera Beach Club is excellent, with a lovely beach, a kids’ pool, and a cozy kids’ club that our children loved. The rooms were elegant with stunning sea views, though the suite could be more spacious. Breakfast and dinner were great, and overall service throughout the hotel was warm and professional. A fantastic choice for families visiting Abu Dhabi - we’ll definitely be back!

Our recent stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived in the early morning, the staff went above and beyond by having a room ready for us—a gesture that was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The service throughout was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The concierge team also deserves special mention, as their recommendations were excellent and really enhanced our experience of Abu Dhabi.
We opted for the half board package, which worked very well for us. It also offers flexibility, as you can choose between either lunch or dinner, and we found the food consistently high-quality, varied, and beautifully presented.
The private beach was another highlight—well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. Combined with the pool and spa facilities, it created a perfectly balanced stay between leisure and luxury.
Overall, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations in every way. With exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and world-class facilities, it’s a hotel we can’t wait to return to.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and I can confirm it was the best stay we have ever had. The staff have been amazing and gone above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. We have truly been looked after so well. The facilities this hotel offers is fantastic. There is endless food options for breakfast and dinner, being a vegetarian the chef catered for my needs. There are a few people who really made our trip special . We would like to give a shout out to Abin george who really made our stay by giving us the full st regis experience and going out of his way to organise many things for us , also his team Charlene and Taufan . We Would like to thank Viola who looked after us at breakfast and dinner . The night manager Moustafa looked after us very well from check in to anything we required. Finally woule like to thank Gabrielle who we initially spoke to when booking this holiday , she make sure our stay was perfect for us .We also dined at Catch, which is one of there on site restarant. It was truly an amazing experience and would like to thank sharu shubham salmon they made our anniversary very special by putting on a show at the restaurant also the chefs and vishnu. Hotel is great. I took a promotional upgrade to suite and it was a great deal. The staff arranged treats my child to make the experience memorable. The view from the room and balcony is amazing , overlooking the f1 race course.
The breakfast was amazing spread , indian , continental,chinese etc. The options for kids are great.
We also had a private beach entry , a well maintained and cozy space limited to guests only.
All in all a great place to stay if you are visiting Yas island for theme parks. The hotel provides a very convenient shuttle service every 15 mins to various theme parks and malls nearby.

I stayed at the W Abu Dhabi hotel for one night with family and was very interested to see the F1 racing track that ran below and around the hotel. The check in was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided a good overview of all the hotel amenities which were quite inviting and extensive. I wished my stay could have been longer.
Upon being shown to my room I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had been upgraded to a suite. The room was exceptionally beautiful with the full marina view and part of the racing track which was exciting to see and hear as the cars sped across.
We ate dinner at the hotel’s Brooklyn Chophouse Restaurant. The food was sumptuous.
A fabulous hotel indeed that I recommend is a must to experience!

W Abu Dhabi Yas Island used to be one of our favorite hotels whenever we came to Abu Dhabi. We always made a stop here for a few days and truly enjoyed our stays in the past. Unfortunately, this time was completely different.
As a Bonvoy Ambassador, I was neither recognized nor greeted accordingly upon arrival. The lady at check in was an intern and clearly overwhelmed. She had to call for assistance several times. I asked for a nice upgrade, as we always received one before. She assured me everything was fine, so we went for lunch. Later, she came by the restaurant smiling and handed us the room key, saying she had given us a great upgrade. In reality, it was exactly the same room category I had booked. Quite disappointing, but fine for one night, as the rooms are still spacious and modern.
The next issue came later that night. We had taken a short nap in the afternoon, used the shower and bathroom, and left the Make Up Room light on before heading to Yas Mall. When we returned around 9 PM, nothing had been done, no evening service, no cleaning, nothing at all. At this level of hotel, that is simply unacceptable.
I will mention this again during check out tomorrow, but it is unfortunate to see how much the quality has declined compared to previous years. This review is meant as constructive feedback, and I truly hope the management takes it seriously and restores the level of service that once made this property special.

We stayed at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island on the 7th October to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish!
A heartfelt thank you to Grace at the front desk for the warm welcome and smooth check-in, and to Nette, Ashwini, and Bhaven for arranging such a beautiful surprise in our room — complete with a delicious cake, fresh flowers, and lovely birthday decorations that made my son’s day extra special.
Dinner at Garage Restaurant was the highlight of our stay! The team surprised my son with a handwritten card, and everyone came singing and dancing with a cake — it was such a fun and emotional moment for all of us. Huge appreciation to JJ, Ann, Shila, Nanth, Baba, Sandeepa, Saiful, Rabindra, Jabid, and Shisla for making the evening so full of joy and warmth.
Shout out to all chefs, for the amazing breakfast selections that suits for all. Especially lots of Indian choices.
Apart from all these wonderful gestures, the rooms and the hotel itself are absolutely gorgeous — stylish, vibrant, and full of character. Every detail feels thoughtful and luxurious. The entire team, from valet to kitchen to housekeeping, deserves praise for being incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile.
Thank you, W Yas Island, for making our family celebration so magical. My son was beyond happy, and we left with hearts full of gratitude and memories we’ll cherish forever. 💫🎂💐
