We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, everything was fantastic. We received such a warm welcome from our butler, who made us feel immediately at home, and being invited to the champagne sabering ceremony was a lovely touch and a memorable way to begin our stay. Dinner at Sontaya was excellent, breakfast the following morning was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the adults-only pool. Every part of our stay felt special, with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and genuinely attentive service. What really stood out was the hospitality. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and welcoming, making the whole experience feel effortless. A truly fantastic stay and one we would happily repeat. Thank you to the entire St. Regis team for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

Manhattan Lounge at St. Regis Saadiyat Island And Resort! Excellent service from the team! The staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They made sure everything was taken care of and created a comfortable dining experience. ( Kudos to Mr. Pasindu) Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference. Great teamwork and hospitality. I would definitely come back! Highly Recommended ♥️

What a beautiful hotel! We had the best staycation we ever had in the UAE ! Truly exceptional. I dont know where to start from, from the booking on the phone to the arrival, to the cafe,play area, pool staff, dinner chefs!! Everywhere across the whole hotel, were so professional, friendly and accommodating. I havent seen a customer experience like this in years! Truly, all the staff had a similar friendly attitude. Well done to the hotel management to keeping the staff motivated and well trained across all areas in the hotel. Every interaction weve had with them was beyond amazing. It was my daughter’s first birthday and all of them went put of there way to make it truly special and memorable for her and us. This has to be one of the best staycations weve ever had and we will definitely make it a family ritual ♥️ If anyone is interested to know more about our stay I will be posting a reel on my instagram soon♥️ once i am able to edit the reel the hotel deserves

Lovely time at the St Regis celebrating our anniversary and our 2nd time visiting. All staff were friendly and attentive. Valet, butler, security etc all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Everyone made a good effort for our anniversary as well. Very kind of them.

Had an amazing time at St. Regis Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi's pool and beach area. We called around to a few different beach clubs beforehand, and this one stood out as the best value - great pricing, excellent facilities, and lots of nice extras. The property is beautifully maintained, the pool is spacious, and the beach access is super convenient with clean sand and comfortable loungers. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, water was offered constantly, and fresh towels were always available. Special thanks to Mr. Saw, one of the waiters at the pool and beach area - his service was outstanding. He was polite, attentive, and even proactively asked about allergies and food preferences, which really showed how much he cared about the guest experience. We also dined at Catch restaurant on the St. Regis property a week earlier and had a wonderful time there too. Between the beach club experience and the excellent service, we ended up coming back to the same beach for a second day in a row - and honestly, it's made us seriously consider staying at the hotel itself next time, not just visiting for the day.
