First, the private road leading to Qasr Al Sarab is absolutely magnificent. The ochre dunes are majestic and there was even a trio of gazelles running at full speed which felt like being immersed in a National Geographic episode. Our Royal Pavilion Pool Villa was stunning. It was very clean, spacious and once again the view unbeatable. Birds were chirping all day and you can even spot gazelles and oryxes in the mornings. All the Arabic food we had was delicious. Arun assisted us throughout our stay and he was very kind and helpful. Thank you A&P

Had an amazing weekend in Qasr al Sarab. From the moment we entered the gate, the experience was superb. The desert was pristine with some beautiful sand dunes. Once we arrived by the lobby, they welcomed us personally and had a convenient check-in process. The facility and room were clean and well-organized. Loved the traditional vibe with modern approach around the resort. The pools were great, lots of restaurant options as well. They also offered lots of outdoor paid activities and some complimentary daily activities that was posted on the website and in front of breakfast reception. The gym was great, with sauna and steam rooms on the toilet. Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to try the spa and wellness experience, but they also had reformer pilates which only available on weekday when I was there. We did sunrise horseback riding as well, and it was unforgettable. I got a chance to ride with Oreo, and he’s really lovely and obedient. Would love to come back again to have a nice sunset ride.

Exceptional. In Every Sense! Qasr Al Sarab is not simply a hotel, it is an experience that stays with you long after you leave the desert behind. My brother and I visited needing rest, and what we found was something far beyond that. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff treated us with genuine warmth and quiet attentiveness that felt effortless rather than rehearsed. We were welcomed by senior management, upgraded without asking, and sent on our way with thoughtful gifts. You can have the most beautiful hotel in the world, but it is the staff who make the experience, and here they are truly exceptional. In nearly four decades of travelling and working in luxury hospitality, I know the difference between trained courtesy and authentic care. This was the latter. The stillness of the desert, combined with the most genuinely kind service I have experienced in years, made this a trip we will carry with us always. We will return

Sultan assisted us throughout our stay in the best way possible, making sure everything was perfect. He did an incredible job. Where do I even start, we are so happy to have finally found somewhere we can holiday with our furry babies. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely have zero complaints, everything exceeded our expectations. You definitely will not regret booking here.
