My partner and I had a wonderful 45-minute massage with Bee and Bow at Namm Spa in Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing receptionist, Rica. She was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful, making us feel at ease right away. She even called us beforehand to ensure we were able to make it to our appointment, which was a thoughtful touch and reflected the team's genuine care for their guests. Both Bee and Bow are highly skilled therapists who were incredibly attentive to our preferences and regularly checked that the pressure was just right, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the session. What truly impressed us was their genuine care. When my partner mentioned he was having sinus issues and requested mentholated oil, they happily accommodated him and even gave him a menthol inhaler from Thailand. It was such a thoughtful gesture that went above and beyond our expectations. The massage room was spotless, peaceful, and well-equipped with excellent amenities, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. After our treatment, we were served delicious ginger, lemon, and honey tea in a beautiful, tranquil lounge, which was the perfect way to end the experience. We both left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Bee and Bow provided outstanding service, and we sincerely hope they receive the recognition they deserve. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class spa experience in Abu Dhabi.

An incredible experience for the whole family – a solid 10/10! 🌟 We had the opportunity to visit the hotel this weekend and attend their themed brunch inspired by the Minions, and to say we were thrilled is an understatement! Our son had an absolutely fantastic time, and the organization was top-notch. What really won us over was the incredible variety of food. The menu was so rich and diverse – whatever you could possibly think of, you could find it on the table. Special praise goes to the perfect Minion-shaped desserts, as well as the chocolate fountain which was a huge hit with the kids. While there was a full alcoholic drink menu available, we opted for their fantastic mocktails, which were an absolute delight. The program was packed down to the last detail: two rooms were transformed into fantastic playrooms, they had a magician, and even a Minion costume contest with prizes. What added a special charm to the whole event was that the staff were dressed as Minions, and some even had their faces painted right alongside the kids! We must give a special shout-out to the staff, especially our waiter Neo – a wonderful, pleasant, and exceptionally polite young man with whom we even sat and chatted a bit near the end of the event. Also, the valet and car parking organization was fast and efficient, without any of that exhausting waiting we've unfortunately experienced at other hotels. Heartfelt recommendations to everyone! We had a really lovely experience at the restaurant. The food and ambience were great, but what made it even better was the excellent service by Jyoti. She was very polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. She paid great attention to every little detail and made us feel really well taken care of. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely love to visit again! ❤️

This hotel is very well maintained and from every part it’s outstanding. The room is comfy, clean and have everything in it. The vexing is very comfortable. The restaurant serve diverse and really good cuisine that tastes and looks good. And most of all the staff are all very nice and friendly, always taking care of you and your needs. I have the pleasure to be served by Mehdi in the restaurant of the hotel and he really make sure I had everything I needed and being pregnant he also went to extra mile to ensure what I was getting was good during my pregnancy. Thank you everyone to have my stay here a delight.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A special mention to Mehdi at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, who has genuinely made our breakfasts so much more enjoyable. My wife and I see him almost every morning, and he is consistently one of the friendliest, warmest and most attentive people we’ve met during our stay. He always greets us with a smile, remembers us, checks that we have everything we need, and somehow manages to be attentive without ever being intrusive. Beyond simply providing great service, Mehdi has such a naturally kind and positive personality that we actually look forward to seeing him in the morning. It’s people like him who make a hotel stay memorable and make guests feel genuinely welcome. Mehdi is a real credit to the Dusit Thani team and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he looks after his guests. Thank you, Mehdi, for taking such good care of us every morning!
