My partner and I had a wonderful 45-minute massage with Bee and Bow at Namm Spa in Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing receptionist, Rica. She was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful, making us feel at ease right away. She even called us beforehand to ensure we were able to make it to our appointment, which was a thoughtful touch and reflected the team's genuine care for their guests. Both Bee and Bow are highly skilled therapists who were incredibly attentive to our preferences and regularly checked that the pressure was just right, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the session. What truly impressed us was their genuine care. When my partner mentioned he was having sinus issues and requested mentholated oil, they happily accommodated him and even gave him a menthol inhaler from Thailand. It was such a thoughtful gesture that went above and beyond our expectations. The massage room was spotless, peaceful, and well-equipped with excellent amenities, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. After our treatment, we were served delicious ginger, lemon, and honey tea in a beautiful, tranquil lounge, which was the perfect way to end the experience. We both left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Bee and Bow provided outstanding service, and we sincerely hope they receive the recognition they deserve. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class spa experience in Abu Dhabi.

What made it even more special is that I stayed at the hotel on the exact same dates back in 2016, and returning after all these years brought back many wonderful memories. Had a beautiful spa experience in Dusit Thani. Staff were extremely courteous and the massage was so very rejuvenating. The space is spotless and very calm and soothing. The service deserves a 5 star. Piu my masseuse was polite and courteous. Her hands were like magic which helped relieve all the stress. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves and gift a beautiful experience. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This hotel is very well maintained and from every part it’s outstanding. The room is comfy, clean and have everything in it. The vexing is very comfortable. The restaurant serve diverse and really good cuisine that tastes and looks good. And most of all the staff are all very nice and friendly, always taking care of you and your needs. I have the pleasure to be served by Mehdi in the restaurant of the hotel and he really make sure I had everything I needed and being pregnant he also went to extra mile to ensure what I was getting was good during my pregnancy. Thank you everyone to have my stay here a delight.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we dined at Namak. What an incredible experience. The restaurant itself is visually stunning, the food is beyond first rate and the service matches the food. This is our second visit here in three weeks. It’s now my favorite restaurant in the Emirates and is on par with any Michelin starred restaurant in Europe and beyond. Our server Hazel (both times in fact) is kind, helpful and represents the pinnacle of professionalism. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Truly amazing.
