Excellent Experience highly recommended five star resort west pay I had an amazing experience at Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi. The hotel is luxurious, beautiful, and very well maintained. The swimming pool was excellent, the showers were great, the bathrooms were spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning. Parking was convenient, and the entire property was clean and comfortable. They have 3 pool family pool kids pool bar pool Also they have wave pool and lazy river actually i was amazing and we enjoyed there The staff were outstanding, very welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. Another great advantage was that the resort was not crowded, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable experience. Overall, everything was excellent, and I highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi, to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I would definitely love to visit again!

I had a great stay at the Radisson in Abu Dhabi. Everything went smoothly, but what really stood out was the staff - everyone was so helpful, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A special thanks to Rozene at check-in. She was lovely, very approachable, and genuinely did her best to help. Her warm and sincere attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I’d also like to thank Nisrina Amalia, Front Office Supervisor, who replied to my email promptly and was very accommodating. I really appreciated how quickly she responded and her willingness to help find a solution. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience - I’d happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel with my friends. We had a really nice time, and the staff and facilities were excellent.the service was very good, and the West Bay valet parking team was especially helpful and friendly. The resort swimming pool and health club were also very nice and enjoyable. The manager and supervisor were kind, professional, and very helpful. They provided us with lots of useful information and made our stay even more comfortable.overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family❤️👍

My stay at reddison Blu Abu Dhabi was truly exceptional From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and highly professional. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured every detail was perfect. The rooms are nice, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning views that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere The service was outstanding—fast, efficient, and always delivered with genuine care. The overall ambiance reflects elegance, and making it a perfect destination for relaxation or a special getaway in Abu Dhabi. Overall, the stay was good, and I had a comfortable experience. However, I’m reducing my rating by one star mainly because of the breakfast, service, and the fact that some of the complimentary facilities were unavailable. The breakfast was just okay, and the service was decent but could have been better. Unfortunately, the freshness of some of the food was a concern. I stayed for 5 days, and almost every day there was one food item or another that didn’t seem fresh and had an unpleasant smell. Also, the lazy river and adventure ride, which were complimentary with the stay, were not operational during my visit as they were under maintenance. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance, especially since these facilities were part of the overall stay experience. Apart from these issues, the overall stay was good. With better attention to food freshness, breakfast quality, and timely maintenance of the complimentary facilities, the experience could be significantly improved.
