I had a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend it. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. Service was always fast and efficient, and every request was handled promptly and professionally. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the excellent value for money. It offers a high-quality experience at an affordable price, making it a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, service, and great facilities without overspending. The beach was stunning, and the lazy river was a fantastic addition, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. A special thank you to Edmund, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. His professionalism and genuine hospitality truly made a difference and helped make this visit memorable. I look forward to visit again in the future!

I had much higher expectations for my stay at Radisson Blu, especially given the premium price I paid. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel of this category. The biggest disappointment was the food. The quality of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner was consistently poor, and I ended up relying on Talabat and Noon Food throughout my stay just to have decent meals. This is something I never expected to do while staying at a hotel of this level. The facilities were also disappointing. The swimming pool is not located within the hotel itself. Instead, guests have to leave the hotel, cross the road, and access it through a separate lounge. This was inconvenient and took away from the overall hotel experience. Another downside was the lack of complimentary amenities. There were no complimentary drinks or refreshments by the pool, and even the bakery inside the hotel did not offer any complimentary items. It felt like every service came with an extra charge, which was disappointing considering the room rate. Overall, I don’t mind paying a premium price when the quality and experience justify it. However, in this case, I felt the value for money was simply not there. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the dining experience, guest amenities, and facilities, as it has the potential to provide a much better stay.

I stayed in Room 902 on 8th July at Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi. The breakfast was delicious, and I would like to sincerely thank Chef Pardeep for his hospitality and guidance. Special thanks to Ahmad, the Front Office Manager, for providing us with a beautiful suite room. I visited mainly for my daughter, as she loves swimming. The kids’ water park and swimming pool were excellent. Everything was superb. Thanks Ahmad Chatha.

Our stay at Radisson Blu was truly amazing and very family-friendly from start to finish. From the valet parking staff welcoming us with genuine smiles, to the warm reception upon entering the hotel, everything felt so inviting and comfortable. The room was very clean, modern, and had such a relaxing ambiance. But the main highlight of our stay was definitely the food at La Terrazza for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The dishes were incredibly tasty, rich in flavor, well-presented, and the restaurant itself was very clean and organized. The servers were attentive and professional, making us feel completely comfortable throughout our dining experience. I want to mention something special — my husband and toddler are both very picky eaters, so it’s extremely unusual for them to finish everything on their plates. But here, they did! That alone won our hearts. As someone who comes from a hotelier background and whose family usually stays in Palm hotels, I honestly have to say that the food here at Radisson Blu is one of the best we’ve experienced. You really need to dine and stay here to understand what I mean. Another big plus for families: they have a shaded kids’ pool, which we absolutely loved. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!
