The food was good ngl, the noodles WAS A SCAM IT WAS WARM AND DRY, my sister tried to eat from the kids side in the buffet. The room were good, soundproof and yk what you expect from a normal hotel, but you get to control the lights and all which was cool, it is a nice hotel. THE WASHROOM IS LIKE HALF A BEDROOM!! LIKE IT WAS SO COOL AND LIKE WHAT!??! service was meh, we didnt even call them half the time, DO NOT USE THE PIANO GUYS PLS. Thank you. Bye guysss wnjoy your stay yalls!

I’m very grateful for our stay at this hotel — it has become one of my favorites. Especially to the staff and crew, who made our experience truly memorable. I would like to express my gratitude and highlight the high level of service. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. The attentive reception team upgraded our room, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful sea view. Special thanks to the concierge service, particularly Bikram. He was extremely attentive to my request and resolved everything in the best possible way. It’s because of employees like him that you truly want to return to the hotel. The cleanliness in the rooms and lobby was impeccable. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection. Thank you to the hotel for taking such great care of all guests. I highly recommend it, especially for a first visit to Abu Dhabi. It is also very convenient—just a 15-minute drive across the bridge to visit the three main museums.

I recently stayed for one night at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend. First of all, I would like to thank the Front Office team for the warm welcome during check-in. Their hospitality gave us a great first impression, and we truly appreciated it. Unfortunately, our experience after entering the room was disappointing. The first thing we noticed was the welcome letter on the table, which was addressed to another guest instead of us. I contacted Guest Services, and they explained that the room had originally been prepared for someone else. Although this was not ideal, I decided not to make an issue of it. The main problem was that the air conditioning was not working. I called Guest Services, and a staff member informed me that someone would come to assist us. After waiting about 15 minutes, no one arrived. I called again and was given the same assurance, but again no one came. After a third call and another wait, an Engineering staff finally arrived. He opened the ceiling to inspect the system and worked for around 15 minutes before asking us to wait another 20–30 minutes for the air conditioning to start working. Since we were only staying for one night to celebrate a special occasion, we tried to be patient and understanding. However, this issue significantly affected our stay. To make matters worse, the telephone in our room was not working properly, and we had to use the phone in the bathroom instead. When I accidentally reached one of the restaurants while trying to contact the hotel, the staff simply replied that I had called the wrong number. When I called again, I received the same response without any assistance in directing my call to the correct department. After returning from the swimming pool, we found that the room temperature had not improved. Fortunately, one staff member contacted us and offered to arrange a room change. He said he would first check the availability of another room and call us back. Unfortunately, we waited for over two hour and never received any follow-up. In the end, we gave up, took a shower, and left for dinner. I chose this hotel because I expected a memorable experience for such a special celebration. Instead, the room issues, lack of follow-up, and poor communication made our one-night stay unforgettable for the wrong reasons. Finally, even during check-out, I was disappointed by the lack of interest in our experience. The staff member simply completed the check-out process and said, “Done,” without asking how our stay was or whether we were satisfied. After everything that had happened, I expected at least a simple question about our experience or an apology for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, that did not happen, which left us with an even more disappointing final impression of the hotel. Unfortunately we will never comeback again. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your hospitality.

My honest review: this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. We’ve experienced many great hotels, but the level of attention to detail here is truly exceptional. It’s the small touches that make all the difference and create a perfect stay. Bravo to the team you’re outstanding!
