We had such a beautiful experience at the Ramadan tent. The vibes were absolutely amazing — warm, elegant, and so well organized. The atmosphere truly captured the spirit of Ramadan. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who was a wonderful waiter. He was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. His service really made our evening even more special. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful experience at the open buffet in Bab Al Qasr Hotel. I would especially like to thank Eslam Ahmed from the food service team for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely polite, attentive, and always served with a genuine smile. His positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience and made us feel very welcomed and valued. I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. I was given a very comfortable and beautiful room, which made my stay even more pleasant. This is already my second time coming back here, and that says a lot — I genuinely managed to relax and fully disconnect. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to details. I especially loved the restaurant Rosemary — great food, wonderful flavors, and a very cozy vibe. Overall, everything was just excellent. I will definitely return again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to relax.

We stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. We arrived in Abu Dhabi after a very long night journey, and our baby was extremely exhausted and distressed after hours of travel. Although early check-in was not initially available, the hotel team showed remarkable understanding once they became aware of our situation. We would especially like to thank Louis from the front desk, who showed genuine care and empathy. He personally took the time to understand what we were going through and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks to his support, we were able to rest properly, and our baby settled and slept peacefully right away - something that meant everything to us as parents. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding quality were exceptional - something we personally value a lot. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the linens were fresh, soft, and of very high quality, which made a huge difference after such a tiring journey. The beach and facilities were excellent, but what truly made our stay special was the human touch and professionalism of the staff. We are very grateful for the kindness we experienced and would gladly return. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, and the pool bar was a major highlight. The prices were reasonable for the quality of drinks and service provided. I want to highlight the bar man Santosh as well, he is a true assest to the team. He was knowledgeable about the drinks, provided excellent service, and created a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Pool area was windy even the bar staff arrange us heater for comfortable stay. We would definitely return. Thank you for your service.
