We had such a beautiful experience at the Ramadan tent. The vibes were absolutely amazing — warm, elegant, and so well organized. The atmosphere truly captured the spirit of Ramadan. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who was a wonderful waiter. He was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. His service really made our evening even more special. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

Our recent stay was an absolute dream! From the smooth check-in with the helpful Filipina receptionist to the breathtaking sea view from our huge, clean room with its Arabic charm, every detail was perfect. I appreciate that they also offered us extra pillows and blanket for our nanny and the housekeeping keep on offering us refills! Breakfast at Artisan was a delight, especially thanks to the warm and friendly Farhana. We loved the thoughtful beach access for PODs and prams, and the breastfeeding station in the changing room was a brilliant touch. Swimming with schools of fish at the beach was unforgettable, and even though the pool wasn't huge, it didn't detract from our enjoyment. Checkout was swift, complete with complimentary sweets, and our porter Joaquim even helped us capture some great family photos. Actually we didnt encounter any bad experience with all of the staff. All are professional and kind. Overall, a truly pleasant and memorable holiday! 🤩
