We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara on Sir Bani Yas Island, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort is so calm, peaceful, and beautifully maintained..It’s perfect place for a romantic getaway. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety that made our celebration even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Sahan, David and Thilina for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Their warm service made us feel valued and truly cared for during our special occasion. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary so memorable. We will definitely visit again! ❤️

Had a wonderful stay at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery, making it a perfect place to relax and disconnect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the facilities were well maintained. What made the experience truly special was the staff — everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. Their hospitality made a real difference. A memorable experience overall, and I would happily visit again. Highly recommended.

This is the third Anantara resort I have stayed at. Breakfast was OK, just limited on choice and lack of indoor seating. Lunch and dinner was fine too but a little on the pricey side. There was a lack of staff during our stay so the service was a little delayed. There was some confusion with the Kids Club and Mini/Junior Ranger activities where the front desk staff had very little detail. What made up for it though was the pool, beach and safari. The safari was definitely the highlight of the entire trip and well worth it.

We had a great stay at Anantara Desert Resort in Sir Bani Yas. We got upgraded room and we had a beautiful sea view, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The only small downside was the AC being a bit loud. Activities and food are quite expensive, but we understand it reflects the cost of maintaining the island and its wildlife. The spa was the highlight. It’s on the expensive side, but extremely clean and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable, which really helps you relax during the treatment. The massage was excellent, so good that we went two days in a row. The therapists were confident with pressure and clearly knew exactly which muscles to target to release tension and stiffness. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Special thanks to Sonali and Desak in spa (hope we got the names right!), they were fantastic.
