I recently visited Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche and had a very positive impression of the property. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked elegant and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and beautiful interior design. The lobby and common areas were clean, spacious, and reflected the luxury standard that Sofitel is known for. One of the highlights was the location, which offers great views of the Corniche and easy access to many parts of Abu Dhabi. The staff members I interacted with were polite, professional, and attentive, making the visit pleasant and comfortable. Although I did not stay overnight, I was impressed by the overall ambiance, cleanliness, and level of service. The hotel creates a strong first impression and appears to be a great choice for both tourists and business travelers. Based on my visit, I would definitely consider staying here in the future and would recommend others to check it out when visiting Abu Dhabi.

Paid for a Prestige Suite. Basic services not delivered. We stayed in Prestige Suite, 27–29 May. For the price paid, the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, the reception was chaotic and poorly managed — multiple guests were waiting with issues and there was no effort to manage the queue or acknowledge waiting guests professionally. Housekeeping was the bigger failure. Room was not cleaned on Day 2 despite the service sign being displayed all day. Called 8–9 times — someone finally came at 11:15 PM when my child was already asleep. Day 3, called in the morning before leaving, explained the situation, was assured it would be done. Returned in the evening to the same uncleaned room again. Had to go to reception three times and wait there before anyone came up — two hours later — while my hungry child waited with us. The Duty Manager was informed and promised a full investigation. We are still awaiting a response. At checkout we were told it is hotel policy not to clean rooms mid-stay due to “sustainability.” This was never communicated at booking or check-in. That is not sustainability — that is a basic service failure dressed up as a policy. Formal complaint has been raised with the Duty Manager. Awaiting response. Will update this review accordingly

I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and truly reflected the high standards of the Sofitel brand. I would especially like to highlight Nessrine, the manager at the reception , who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a real difference. She handled everything with such care and genuine hospitality that I felt truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. But what really made my stay stand out was the outstanding customer service, especially from Nessrine. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

Please be aware - if booking full board, all inclusive deal, this means you can only have a drink at meal times in the restaurant which is ground floor and far away from the pool etc, which is very different to what we have experienced in the past with full board package. Therefore, if you want to enjoy a drink included in your package beside the pool, I would advise elsewhere, as we were so sad about this, particularly as we have an active little boy who doesnt want to spend long sitting in the restaurant! Other than this the hotel is nice, staff very pleasant, and food tasty (though could be hotter). No beach and pool quite small but half in the shade which is good with a child.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche during the Eid holidays, and it was a truly premium luxury experience. As a long-time loyalist of the Accor Group, I always have high expectations, and this stay certainly lived up to them. ​Booking & Value: While it is a high-end property, I managed to get a great deal by transferring my Axis Bank credit card reward miles to Accor, meaning I only had to pay a small fraction of the actual cost. It’s a great tip for anyone looking to enjoy luxury on a budget! ​The Room & View: We stayed in a Sea View room on one of the higher floors, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself felt incredibly luxurious and spacious. A special mention must go to the bed—it was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. ​Dining: Our stay included breakfast, and it was one of the highlights. There were so many options to choose from, and the quality of the food was top-notch. ​Overall Experience: Even though I am a bit late in posting this review, the memories of the hospitality and the 'luxury feeling' remain fresh. From the ambiance to the service, everything was 'adipoli' (excellent). If you are looking for a sophisticated stay with a great view in Abu Dhabi, I highly recommend Sofitel!"
