I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sofitel Abu Dhabi! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. A special mention must go to the Hospitality Manager, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests really stood out. Their attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything was perfect made such a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in creating an exceptional guest experience. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and prepared to a very high standard. Every meal was a pleasure, and the quality and variety were impressive. You can truly see the passion and care that goes into the dining experience. Overall, Sofitel Abu Dhabi exceeded my expectations. Excellent food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely makes you feel valued and welcomed. I recently visited Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche and had a very positive impression of the property. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked elegant and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and beautiful interior design. The lobby and common areas were clean, spacious, and reflected the luxury standard that Sofitel is known for. One of the highlights was the location, which offers great views of the Corniche and easy access to many parts of Abu Dhabi. The staff members I interacted with were polite, professional, and attentive, making the visit pleasant and comfortable. Although I did not stay overnight, I was impressed by the overall ambiance, cleanliness, and level of service. The hotel creates a strong first impression and appears to be a great choice for both tourists and business travelers. Based on my visit, I would definitely consider staying here in the future and would recommend others to check it out when visiting Abu Dhabi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On Sunday, 28 June 2026, I had a wonderful evening enjoying the open buffet with my colleagues from work. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. The elegant décor, beautiful lighting, and the piano displayed in the hall created a relaxing and sophisticated ambiance. A special thank you to Ms. Hajar for her warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. She made every guest feel genuinely welcome and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. The entire team provided attentive and professional service, regularly checking on guests to ensure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their dining experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly had a memorable evening with my colleagues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I would especially like to highlight Nessrine, the manager at the reception , who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a real difference. She handled everything with such care and genuine hospitality that I felt truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. But what really made my stay stand out was the outstanding customer service, especially from Nessrine. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

What truly made the experience special was the impeccable and attentive service. A special thanks to Restaurant Manager Dinesh for leading such an amazing team. Zendu and Lin were warm, professional, and always attentive, while Marah at the reception welcomed every guest with a genuine smile and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
