My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with every staff member showing genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food was another highlight—delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal exceeded expectations. The facilities were also top-notch, offering everything needed for both relaxation and entertainment. A special mention goes to the team and specialy mr reda for making us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. Their warm hospitality and constant willingness to help made this experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and exceptional stay. We stayed for 8 days with our family, and we were absolutely thrilled with the hotel. The entire property feels modern, elegant, and luxurious. The service is excellent, you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. One of the biggest highlights for us was the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms, common areas, restaurants, everything is spotless, perfectly maintained, and always fresh and fragrant. It really adds to the comfort of the stay. Compliments to all the resort staff, especially to MOHAMED KARAM and Mohamed Ahmed. 🏆🥇👌 The animation team is fantastic as well—friendly, energetic, and always creating a fun atmosphere without being intrusive. Our family enjoyed their activities every day. The food selection is also good, there are plenty of pools, and the whole resort is beautifully designed and very family-friendly. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend Pickalbatros Palace Sharm to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. We will definitely be returning!

Honestly, my stay at the hotel was outstanding. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff are professional, polite, and incredibly quick-witted in dealing with guests. A special thank you to Chef Mohamed for the delicious baklava. I’ve stayed in many hotels before (without mentioning names), and I usually leave small comments that unfortunately no one responds to. But at Albatros, their response was impressively fast and efficient — something that truly makes a difference. A wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back again.

Stayed at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm for a relaxing week focused on diving and snorkeling — and it really delivered. The resort is huge and spotless, with several pools, restaurants and a long pontoon giving direct access to a beautiful coral reef. Fresh fruit was offered every day, and the housekeeping team surprised us with creative towel animals on the bed. There are at least five themed restaurants, all good and well organized, although the drink selection could be wider for an all-inclusive. There are so many pools that everyone finds their own quiet spot — even families with kids. Staff offering spa treatments or photo sessions were polite — once you said no, they didn’t insist, which was appreciated. Clientele is mainly from Eastern Europe and the Middle East, giving the place a calm, international atmosphere. Overall, a clean, well-run resort, perfect for anyone who wants comfort, coral reef access and quiet surroundings. 📍 Visited June 2023 — still performing strongly and worth recommending.

Exceptional service – The standout part of our stay. All the staff were incredibly attentive, professional and helpful throughout. Special mentions to Moustafa (manager), Mahmoud Syed (cleaner), Mohammed (gym trainer) and Fawzy (golf cart driver) for making our experience even better. Rooms – Spacious with good amenities. Entertainment & activities – There’s lots to do: tennis, paddle, mini golf, table tennis, water sports, plus daily entertainment both in the evenings and often around the pools during the day. Aqua park – Great fun for both adults and kids. Facilities – Well-equipped gym, a spa, shopping centre, and plenty of places to get food and drinks with good opening hours. Lots of pools spread around the resort too. Areas for improvement Food – The restaurants felt quite similar, and the flavours could be improved with more variety and better quality.
