A special thank you to Mohamed ElSayed at Reception for his professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. He was extremely helpful and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Many thanks to Mohamed Nasser, the golf car driver, for always being friendly, helpful, and making our transportation around the resort comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to thank Ahmed ElSayed, the Restaurant Manager, for his excellent hospitality and for making sure that everything at the restaurant was running perfectly. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. And finally, a big thank you to Moaz from the restaurant staff for his kindness, great service, and positive attitude. He was always attentive and made us feel very welcome. It is people like these who truly make a difference in the guest experience. We genuinely appreciate all their efforts and would be happy to come back again. They are a great asset to the resort! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very nice and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s also a very family- and kids-friendly resort, with a great entertainment team that keeps the atmosphere fun and enjoyable for both children and adults. The entertainment activities were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A few points that could be improved: The food was good, but having more variety would make the experience even better, especially for longer stays. The resort is quite large, with some differences in levels between the rooms, pools, and beach. It can mean a bit more walking during the day, but the large space also gives the resort a nice atmosphere. The snorkeling was enjoyable, although there are other resorts that may offer a better snorkeling experience. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel, especially for families with children. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent entertainment team made our stay very pleasant.

A great and fantastic resort. Having arrived from the UK late on the Tuesday 25th August, we had a full week at this resort. From start to finish, Mr Hady Ragab the manager was amazing. He would message each day to make sure of any needs we require. The room was pleasant opposite a quiet pool with beautiful scenery and good for the kids. The waterpark was nice, the animation was good and the beach nice too. The food was hit and miss but didn't ruin the overall experience. We enjoyed the spa facilities and the kids had their hair braided. The quad biking on offer is a must for all to try guys. Thank you again and to Mr Hady. P.S. yes there is 14 swimming pools to try out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Ahmed, who cleaned our room every day. He was always friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job. Thanks to him, our room was spotless throughout the entire stay. The staff was very helpful and professional. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would gladly come back again.
