Excellent hotel with beautiful grounds, clean rooms, and delicious food. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. A special thanks to the animation team. They are energetic, cheerful, and truly passionate about what they do. Every day they organize fun games, sports activities, and entertaining evening shows that make guests want to join in. They create a wonderful atmosphere, make everyone feel included, and are never pushy. Thanks to them, our holiday was even more enjoyable, memorable, and full of positive emotions. The resort is very beautiful and well-maintained. This is evident from the ongoing renovations and garden maintenance. The room we stayed in was very spacious, but I think it's time for the rooms to be renovated and refurbished. The food served at the resort is of reasonable quality, but not exceptional. The Italian restaurant, Limoni, was excellent. The staff at the spa are professional.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices every day. The beach and pools were beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax. The best part of our vacation was definitely the animation team. They were energetic, funny, and always made everyone smile. Every day there were exciting games, sports activities, dancing, and evening shows that were professionally organized. The animators created an amazing atmosphere and made our holiday unforgettable.
