Guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30 as part of the all-inclusive package, which also includes lunch and dinner. However, these meals are only served in specific bars or restaurants. Children are catered to with specially designed menus for younger guests. Refreshing drinks are available at certain times, such as soft drinks offered around the clock, coffee and tea between 16:00 and 22:00, beer, wine, cocktails, and national alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 06:00. In addition to the main meals, guests can grab small snacks from 12:00 to 17:00 or indulge in late-night snacks from 22:30 to 01:00. For those who like to stay in bed, a late riser's breakfast is offered between 10:30 and 11:00. As a special treat, guests can enjoy one meal at the a la carte restaurant. Complimentary amenities include a welcome drink, free internet, a limited minibar in the room, and the option to use a safe with a deposit. For even greater convenience, the hotel offers early check-in and late check-out, based on occupancy and availability.

We stayed here with a friend and were absolutely delighted with our experience! Everything was wonderful, from the rooms to the service. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food deserves a special mention. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were all excellent, with a huge variety of dishes and plenty of food. Everything was fresh, tasty, and there was always something for everyone. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and very pleasant to walk around. And the views are simply amazing! A huge thank you to the animation team, especially Eva ❤️ She was always available, kept in touch with us, supported us, and helped with anything we needed. We even went outside the hotel with her and had such a great time and made some wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Another, great stay at this wonderful hotel. Attention to detail is next to none. On our arrival the manager Mr Younis noticed myself, Claire and Joy and welcomed us with hugs and kisses. The hotel is clean, and the staff amazing and nothing is never too much trouble. The food is outstanding and so much choice both at the buffet and restaurants. We had lovely adjoining rooms and a lovely sea view. Special mention to the following staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Fadel Mr Hamdy our waiter, for taking care of us at breakfast Ibrahim Bestem Josephine in the spa Amman in the spa Mohammed Ali Acmed Ali our cleaner Mr Spicy from the entertainment team for the aqua aerobics Waleed the bus driver Lastly a special mention to my "bad boy" Badea the concierge for making our holiday special and for our little trips in the golf buggy to take us to our room safely. You are so lovely bubbly. Finally Mr Younis for being you and for being the best hotel manager ensuring our stay was outstanding. We stayed at the hotel as three friends and had a really great time! We especially enjoyed the evening parties and the overall atmosphere. A special mention to the animation team, especially Eva — she was very active, positive and always knew how to create a great mood. The food was delicious with a good variety. Our room was clean and cozy, and the view was amazing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and all three of us really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back!

We have just returned from an amazing stay and I can honestly say this is one of the best resorts we’ve been to. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained and very family friendly. We are so pleased we chose to stay here. We booked a swim-up room along with a deluxe room for the children and the hotel kindly allocated the deluxe room directly above our swim-up room in the same block. It meant we were all close together, which worked perfectly for our family. One of the biggest highlights was the dining. We loved that we could book an a la carte restaurant every evening of our stay, which made the holiday feel extra special. At other resorts we’ve visited, you’re usually limited to just one or two bookings. I managed to reserve a different restaurant every night and we really enjoyed the different cuisines. The buffet lunch was also very good, with plenty of choice for everyone. The pools were fantastic and both the adult and children’s entertainment programmes were enjoyable. There was always something going on without it feeling too busy. The resort has so many thoughtful touches. Having a machine that exchanges bank notes into Egyptian pounds on site was incredibly convenient. There is also a pharmacy and a doctor at the resort, which gives extra peace of mind if you ever need them. The shuttle bus around the resort was another great feature. With 11 bus stops, it made getting around really easy. On the evenings when we returned after the bus service had finished, the staff were always happy to take us back to our room in a buggy, which we really appreciated. Every single member of staff was wonderful. From reception, the restaurant and bar staff, to housekeeping, the spa team and everyone else we met, the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The spa deserves a special mention too. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend using the resort spa rather than travelling elsewhere. The beach was right next to our room and is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. We genuinely loved everything about this resort and were so sad to leave. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday.

We stayed here with a friend and had a wonderful, relaxing holiday, mostly enjoying the pool and taking it easy. The animation team, especially Eva, always lifted our mood and made our stay more fun. We also went on trips outside the hotel with her and had a great time. There were amazing parties at the hotel, and there was always something to do. I especially want to highlight the service — honestly, it is the best we have experienced in Egypt. Thank you for such a lovely holiday, we will definitely come back! ❤️
