Recently, we vacationed at the Rixos Premium Seagate Hotel and were absolutely delighted. It's really one of the best hotels we've ever been to. The area is huge, very beautiful and well-kept, there are a lot of greenery, flowers and swimming pools. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The cleanup was done daily, everything was always top-notch. The hotel staff is very polite, friendly, and accommodating toward guests. Any requests were resolved quickly and with a smile. The hotel meals are just great. A large selection of restaurants, diverse and delicious food for every taste. I especially liked the a la carte themed restaurants and fresh seafood. Separately, I want to note the beach and the sea. The beach is clean, convenient access to the water, and there is a long pontoon with access to a beautiful coral reef – a perfect spot for snorkeling. Animation and entertainment are also at their best: interesting shows, live music, many activities for children and adults. The hotel is great for both family holidays and couples. We got a lot of positive emotions and would love to be back here again. I recommend Rixos Premium Seagate to anyone who wants to spend their vacation comfortably and at a high level!

We’ve spent Xmas here and had a wonderful time. The staff can’t do enough for you, they’re so attentive. Everyone from the pool attendants (so lovely), room cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff are all amazing and make the place what it is. Food and drinks have all been fantastic, no complaints at all. The reception team and the team in the lounge bar on Aqua side are amazing-great cocktails. Great week in the beautiful sunshine, we’ve already booked for next year! Absolutely recommend this fabulous hotel 5*****

We had a great stay at Rixos Premium Seagate and travelled with a toddler (1 year and 10 months old). Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and well-organised for families. We did not try all of the restaurants, but the ones we visited were excellent. We especially loved the Brazilian restaurant (La Churrascaria), the beach barbecue restaurant, and the Greek restaurant Mykonos. We would like to give special praise to the staff. The tennis coach Omar was perfect – very professional, friendly, and supportive. A special thank you also goes to the lifeguard Abdelghafar, who was always attentive, kind, and made us feel very safe at the pool, especially while travelling with a small child. There are a few small areas for improvement. Room cleaning could be more thorough, and some rooms may benefit from light renovation. The Kids Club would really benefit from newer toys and more options for very young children, as there were very limited toys suitable for toddlers. We also had a minor issue with a reservation at the Salt restaurant. We were told we could arrive earlier, but when we arrived, this was not possible. As we did not want to wait with a small child, we decided to go to the buffet restaurant instead. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for families travelling with young children.

Me and my family had an amazing time here! The service, shows, staff, food and general hospitality were outstanding. Amazing choices are available of restaurants, dining halls, pools and activities. Always helpful and looking for ways to make our stay better. What topped this off was the ability to visit other Rixos hotels in the Sharm area. Cannot recommend this place enough. We will be coming back next year!

The Turkish restaurant, Lelazar is incredible at Rixos. We were unsure of the starters and the attentive waiter Ali and his team made recommendations that were brilliant and delicious. It has been our favourite meal of our stay. The waiters didn’t rush us, they kept an eye on the table and refilled drinks when needed. Would highly recommend eating here. You can also view the hard work and dedication that all the staff have with a full wall window looking into the kitchen
