We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was absolutely lovely, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the aqua park — the Monkey Wave was our favourite. We also visited the Anjana Spa, which had the most beautiful and calming ambience. My massage therapist Than was amazing, and I only wish I had booked more sessions because it was far better than I expected. The Veranda restaurant was conveniently close to our room, and we loved both the food and the attentive service. We also want to give a special mention to Esraa, who greeted us every day with a warm smile — such a lovely presence! Another standout was Kaream from the Lagoon Bar, who was always so kind and even went out of his way to bring our food directly to our table. If I were to mention anything that could be improved, it would be just two small things. Firstly, it would have been helpful to receive a bit more information about the resort itself — things like where everything is located, how to get around, and a schedule of any events or activities. Secondly, the music at the Lagoon Bar could be more upbeat. The instrumental tracks sometimes felt a little too mellow and even a bit depressing, so a livelier playlist would create a much better atmosphere. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would happily return. Highly recommended

Rixos Premium Seagate: A Masterclass in Luxury and Service Our stay at Rixos Premium Seagate was an amazing and truly luxurious experience, earning our 100% recommendation. The resort is stunning, featuring gorgeous Christmas decorations, and the food was brilliant—honestly the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive. However, the dedication and warmth of the staff truly elevated this trip. We extend a huge thank you to Ahmed Turky at the main reception, whose kindness secured us an upgrade, setting the tone for a perfect holiday. We also appreciated the timely help from Mohammed and Mahmood at the Aqua park reception. The service at the Veranda restaurant was exceptional. Special recognition goes to Mohammed and Ahmed (who works on the left side from the entrance); they were incredibly attentive and welcoming, consistently ensuring our apple juice, chamomile tea, water, and Coke Zero were ready. Chefs Moamen and Mohammed (tall) made breakfast memorable, keeping us entertained with friendly conversation while crafting perfect scrambled eggs. Our housekeeper, Ahmed Mansy, was lovely, putting extra detail into making our suite a tidy home. We were also grateful for the kind and welcoming security workers who always checked in to ensure our safety. Finally, a massive shout-out to Sarwaat, our amazing buggy driver and best friend! He was always there when we needed him, taking the extra steps to get us where we needed to go, always with a funny and entertaining spirit. The staff's willingness to go the extra mile truly sets Rixos Premium Seagate apart.

Me and my family stayed for 6 nights. We were originally given rooms in the aqua park area, but after enquiring at reception, we were given rooms in the seaview resort. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food was consistently good (especially the Brazilian restaurant). I would also like to thank the cleaner for my room, Moataz for doing such a great job and always working around my schedule. Would happily stay for longer and come again.

Our room number was 5218. We would like to give special thanks to our room attendant Qhairah (Kaira), who was extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is genuinely helpful. The food in the à la carte restaurants is delicious, and the buffet restaurant also offers a wide variety of choices — everything was very tasty. The transportation drivers who shuttle guests around the resort are friendly and very service-minded. The only downside is that the rooms would benefit from renovation.

Edit: The room situation was resolved following guest relations becoming involved. Our new room was much more suitable and more to what we thought we had booked. Thanks to Maria and Rita we were able to enjoy our food at the a la carte restaurants rather than the buffet restaurants which was much more to our liking. Natalia in the entertainment team was really lovely and made sure we enjoyed the numerous games on offer. On the whole, the resort is very well maintained and the staff are very attentive and do their best to assist you and make your stay enjoyable. There are three resorts available which we utilised extensively :-) Original review:- Rooms are not great. Seen much better 5 star rooms (most without damaged furniture like ours has) but we were told ours was the best room!!!! Def not as luxurious as they claim. The buffet restaurant food is questionable but the a la carte restaurants do seem ok although booking them is frankly painful. The only saving grace is the lovely Maria that has been very kind to us. She is an absolute asset to the Rixos team.
