Let’s just say that my stay in Alila Jabal Akdhar will be unforgettable. First I would like to give special thanks to Putri, I communicated with her first and she helped ensure I chose the right room and was very insightful and helpful. Also she managed to make the perfect birthday arrangements in the room. And entire stay, she was always accepting our requests. I booked the Jabal horizon Room, which was so cozy and with a balcony and access to the cliff, I would highly recommend it. The dinner was also a great experience, dined at rose lounge, and was served by the excellent Salman. Who was the right person to greet us and recommend us with food that we enjoyed a lot. And also special thanks to the entire staff that night who made another birthday surprise which was very unexpected made us feel at home. Special thanks to Arga and Ati. And don’t miss the stargazing session with the astronomer Arun. This is a takeaway moment in our stay and made us so eager and learn more about astronomy. Arun was very eager to show us the lovely stargazing views from the mountain. And also special thanks to the Chef Pankaj, Miraj for being our waiter for breakfast and Honeybee. And Jamal for the mocktail expertise activity for the great Jabal rose drinks. Finally, it is not enough to express how great this experience was, the ambience, peacefulness, amazing valley views, and the friendliest staff. Is enough for a memorable night in Alila Jabal Akdhar.

An incredible place to truly unwind and find peace. ❤️ Everything about Alila feels special. Every detail: from the rooms and lobby to the stairways, pool, and restaurant has been thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner, breakfast, and lunch, as well as a relaxing massage and so calming sound healing session. Walking along the Butterfly Trail was another unforgettable experience. The view from the cliff is simply breathtaking 😍 This resort stands out from every other hotel I’ve visited. A heartfelt thank you to every member of the Alila team for your warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. Thank you for such memorable experience!

This is no ordinary hotel; it's an exceptional resort in every sense. Luxurious stone-style accommodations perched on the edge of the Green Mountain at an altitude of 2400 meters above sea level. The service is outstanding, the food is divine, and the chef is extraordinary. The views are breathtaking and captivating. The place is truly amazing in every sense of the word. After 15 years of world traveling, this resort is set in one of the most spectacular mountain locations I’ve experienced. The views are breathtaking, the design is beautiful, and the heated infinity pool overlooking the canyon is a true highlight. The overall resort staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was excellent with an extremely comfortable bed, well designed space, and a private porch with stunning views. Unfortunately, the dining experience was consistently disappointing. Several meals arrived lukewarm, drinks and dishes took far too long, and we repeatedly had to ask for basic breakfast items. Dinner options were underwhelming, portions were extremely small and most dishes lacked flavour. The restaurant service felt disorganized, with different staff delivering items without coordination, creating confusion at the table. To their credit, they did try to make up for some of the inconveniences by leaving us rose water, which was a thoughtful gesture. It’s a shame because the property itself is stunning. But for a resort at this level, the restaurant experience falls well short. Despite the incredible setting, we will most likely not return.

Our stay at Alila Jabal Akhdar was simply unforgettable. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their fantastic service and remarkable hospitality. I especially remember Marwa, Ati, Setareh, Aaref, Greg, Mirajul, Eyman, Akbar, Honey, the amazing astronomer, and many more (sorry for not remembering every name!). Each person made our stay truly special with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this magical and magnificent place. The infrastructure is outstanding : from the rooms, lounges, spa, lobby, pools, and water features to every beautifully designed space, all perfectly integrated within breathtaking fairy-tale landscapes. The cuisine is exquisite, offering a wide variety of culinary experiences. The resort also provides many fun activities such as stargazing, via ferrata, archery, and various workshops and experiences. A huge thank you to the entire Team for such an exceptional experience!
