Our stay at Alila Jabal Akhdar was truly wonderful. The resort’s location is very special, set right along the canyon with stunning views. The whole environment is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The restaurant was also a highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, and you could really feel the care put into the ingredients and the cooking. Dining with such an incredible view made every meal even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Maybelline and Tracy. They were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help and making sure everything was comfortable for us. Their warm service made us feel very welcomed. Because of them, this trip became an even more memorable experience, and it makes me look forward to returning to Alila Jabal Akhdar again in the future.

This is no ordinary hotel; it's an exceptional resort in every sense. Luxurious stone-style accommodations perched on the edge of the Green Mountain at an altitude of 2400 meters above sea level. The service is outstanding, the food is divine, and the chef is extraordinary. The views are breathtaking and captivating. The place is truly amazing in every sense of the word. After 15 years of world traveling, this resort is set in one of the most spectacular mountain locations I’ve experienced. The views are breathtaking, the design is beautiful, and the heated infinity pool overlooking the canyon is a true highlight. The overall resort staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was excellent with an extremely comfortable bed, well designed space, and a private porch with stunning views. Unfortunately, the dining experience was consistently disappointing. Several meals arrived lukewarm, drinks and dishes took far too long, and we repeatedly had to ask for basic breakfast items. Dinner options were underwhelming, portions were extremely small and most dishes lacked flavour. The restaurant service felt disorganized, with different staff delivering items without coordination, creating confusion at the table. To their credit, they did try to make up for some of the inconveniences by leaving us rose water, which was a thoughtful gesture. It’s a shame because the property itself is stunning. But for a resort at this level, the restaurant experience falls well short. Despite the incredible setting, we will most likely not return.

Unique place, breathtaking! The most luxurious hotel I have ever experienced, both for the quality of services (including food) and staff, the wonderful location and the room (Jabal ridge view). Outdoor duo massage (on the edge Spa) and sunset dinner (al Hajar pavilion dinner) will remain engraved in my mind! My only regret is not having stayed longer…

What an amazing hotel! The entire property is beautifully designed, with incredible attention to every detail. The view is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent, and the whole stay was simply an outstanding experience. Truly unforgettable!
