Our stay at W Muscat was absolutely perfect from check-in to checkout. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The room has an incredible oriental luxurious vibe — elegant, warm, and beautifully designed. One feature we especially loved was the two moving bathroom walls, which allow you to completely modulate the space according to your mood and preference. It’s such a unique and thoughtful touch that truly elevates the experience. Housekeeping deserves special recognition for their outstanding attention to detail. The two services per day were impeccable, and we never once had to buy water because there were always complimentary bottles waiting for us in the room — a small detail that makes a big difference. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations, both in quantity and variety. There is an impressive selection of occidental, Indian, and Middle Eastern dishes, all beautifully presented and delicious. The variety of fresh juices was also exceptional — watermelon, orange, carrot, pineapple, apple, ginger, and many more. It was the perfect way to start each day. Last but definitely not least, a big thank you to the entire staff. We truly felt welcomed, appreciated, and valued throughout our stay.

This was our preferred hotel in Muscat. Firstly the black lady working at the reception was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Amazing first impressive ignoring the beautiful design of the lobby. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise and the room was huge! The only thing worth considering being W it's a little quirky so the huge bathroom had no wall to the bedroom. We thought it was cool but if you are more prudish perhaps consider a different room. Breakfast was delicious but not quite as pro-active as the staff at the St Regis. Hassan who works in Burger and Lobster which was delicious was also very welcoming. He made an effort to interact with us and clearly is a people person. Only odd part and perhaps this is a learning curve or cultural issue was a man in a blue suit at the front door. I said morning he didn't say anything. He then turned to his colleague ignoring me. His colleague realised that there was a problem and gestured but it had been so long I simply said "you're clearly too busy I'll ask someone else" I was honestly annoyed but I suspect he doesn't speak English and apparently in Omani culture it's typical to scan the room once and then be done.

You already get a wonderful first impression as soon as you enter the hotel area. The corridors are tastefully designed and immediately convey a feeling of calm and elegance. The layout of the rooms are particularly beautiful, we had a fantastic view of the sea. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to fulfill every request. You can feel at every moment that service here is not just a word, but genuine hospitality. Concerns are taken seriously and addressed with a smile, which makes your stay particularly pleasant. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Both the public areas and the rooms are immaculate and convey a high level of quality and professionalism. The sun loungers by the pool are extremely comfortable, and the towel service provides additional comfort. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay to the fullest. The beds also deserve special praise – they are extremely comfortable and ensure a restful night's sleep. The room service was exceptionally well organized and the job they did was amazing. In the morning, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and in the evening, there was an additional attentive shutdown service that prepared the room perfectly for the night with additional cleaning. This dual service underscores the high standard of the hotel. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The selection, freshness, and above all, the quality of the food were outstanding. Although individual orders sometimes took a little longer, it was definitely worth the wait—the quality of the food was consistently excellent and of the highest standard in terms of taste. The food in the hotel restaurant was also impressive at all times. Every dish was tastefully prepared and of high quality. I would particularly like to highlight the stylistically impressive Buddha Lounge on the top floor. The ambience there is unique and tastefully designed – a real eye-catcher. The lounge also sets standards in terms of cuisine: the food here was also exceptionally good and rounded off the overall experience perfectly. All in all, it was an all-round successful stay of the highest standard. This hotel impresses with its atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and cuisine in equal measure. A clear recommendation for anyone who values quality and exceptional comfort. Special thanks to Daniela from Guest Relations for the help with some extra requests. We are coming back!!

Absolutely beautiful and fantastic hotel from top to bottom. We spent 2 nights and the only disappointment was having to leave. From the moment you walk in, the W staff ensures everything is well taken care of. The GM, Kiki, is wonderful and so attentive. The facilities, pool, rooms and food/drink were all superb. I would stay here again and only wish other hotels strived for the same. Breakfast has everything imaginable with the utmost quality. Pool and as beautiful and refreshing. Location is second to none. Overall if you want an enjoyable stay in Muscat, don’t hesitate to book the W. Ps - also stayed one night at the JW but would easily choose the W

A beautiful hotel, situated in a prime spot in Muscat. Valet parking is available for your vehicle at no extra cost which is very convenient. Check in was easy and fast - Please note they do require a card for deposit to be charged on check in (Refunded after check out) All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming throughout your stay. We were given a free upgrade and had rooms with King size beds. The rooms were extremely spacious, modern and comfortable. We were celebrating my birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly provided a birthday cake in the room for us to enjoy. We also enjoyed that our rooms were adjacent to each other (as we were staying with family) One thing we found amazing is that water is provided throughout the hotel free of charge. With water bottles topped up in your room, and provided with ice buckets when relaxing by the pool. The hotel boasts two amazing pools. The ground level pool, (which is one of the biggest hotel pools I’ve ever enjoyed) and the rooftop infinity pool which is situated at Siddharta lounge. This pool also has a jacuzzi next to it. The ground level pool is open 24 hours, which is a real benefit for your stay. There are plenty of restaurants and bars on site to enjoy, including Burger and Lobster, Char and Wet Deck. Prices for drinks are normal (especially the cocktails) and there are multiple happy hour and other offers on during the week. The gym is a good size with plenty of equipment to use, including a smith machine. Breakfast is fantastic. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel. Staff take coffee/tea orders at the table, as well as a long menu of egg choices (Omelette, eggs Benedict etc) which are also served to your table. The rest of the breakfast is buffet with a massive selection. There is everything you can think of at breakfast! Overall a 10/10 stay and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Muscat. If we visit Muscat again we will definitely book to stay here again. The only negatives / room for improvement we would mention is that check out did take a long time. The infinity pool at Siddharta lounge could also be open longer, as it is very restrictive on its opening times, which we found you couldn’t enjoy if you went out for the day to explore Muscat.
