This was our preferred hotel in Muscat. Firstly the black lady working at the reception was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Amazing first impressive ignoring the beautiful design of the lobby. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise and the room was huge! The only thing worth considering being W it's a little quirky so the huge bathroom had no wall to the bedroom. We thought it was cool but if you are more prudish perhaps consider a different room. Breakfast was delicious but not quite as pro-active as the staff at the St Regis. Hassan who works in Burger and Lobster which was delicious was also very welcoming. He made an effort to interact with us and clearly is a people person. Only odd part and perhaps this is a learning curve or cultural issue was a man in a blue suit at the front door. I said morning he didn't say anything. He then turned to his colleague ignoring me. His colleague realised that there was a problem and gestured but it had been so long I simply said "you're clearly too busy I'll ask someone else" I was honestly annoyed but I suspect he doesn't speak English and apparently in Omani culture it's typical to scan the room once and then be done.

Dear W Muscat Team, I would like to sincerely thank everyone at W Muscat for making our nine-day stay from August 7 to August 15 truly unforgettable. The hotel was exceptional, and we greatly appreciated the care and hospitality shown throughout our visit. A special thank-you goes to Mamoodoo, an absolute legend who went above and beyond to make our family of eight feel welcome. His help in arranging a late checkout was especially appreciated and demonstrated truly world-class service. We would also like to thank Marwan for showing us around the hotel and Waseem for always looking after us whenever we needed a vehicle. In catering, our sincere thanks go to Emmanuel for taking such great care of us at breakfast, as well as to Sujood and the entire catering team for their amazing service. A special thanks to everyone on the room service team, including Kasun and Rwdwm. Each member of the room service staff was exceptional. Thank you all for everything. Your kindness and professionalism made our stay incredibly special, and we look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at W Muscat, and I’m truly grateful for making my birthday extra special. A big thank you to the very kind and helpful staff, especially Noora for assisting with my bookings. I really appreciate her for making my booking process smooth. and Stephanie for making my birthday even more memorable with the beautiful room decorations. Special thanks as well to Daniela, who warmly assisted us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and guided us through our room. She made us feel so welcome, she’s incredibly sweet and kind. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate due to the rain, W Muscat never failed to make my birthday celebration truly special. I truly appreciate everything. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, the design was stunning, and the view was amazing. We had a beautiful ocean view and a perfect view of the hotel’s gorgeous pool right from our corner. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

An amazing stay that truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel was beautiful, well-organized, with spacious rooms, a perfect location, and excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, diverse, and of very high quality. A special thanks to Mr. Nasser at breakfast for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. His smile and respectful attitude made every morning enjoyable. Many thanks as well to Caro at reception for the early check-in and her friendly, helpful service. Also, special appreciation to Yamin for her hard work, constant smile, and excellent service. The entire staff was wonderful, professional, and welcoming, making this hotel a place I would happily return to again. Thank you all for the great experience!

Our stay at W Muscat was absolutely perfect from check-in to checkout. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The room has an incredible oriental luxurious vibe — elegant, warm, and beautifully designed. One feature we especially loved was the two moving bathroom walls, which allow you to completely modulate the space according to your mood and preference. It’s such a unique and thoughtful touch that truly elevates the experience. Housekeeping deserves special recognition for their outstanding attention to detail. The two services per day were impeccable, and we never once had to buy water because there were always complimentary bottles waiting for us in the room — a small detail that makes a big difference. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations, both in quantity and variety. There is an impressive selection of occidental, Indian, and Middle Eastern dishes, all beautifully presented and delicious. The variety of fresh juices was also exceptional — watermelon, orange, carrot, pineapple, apple, ginger, and many more. It was the perfect way to start each day. Last but definitely not least, a big thank you to the entire staff. We truly felt welcomed, appreciated, and valued throughout our stay.
