We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. The beautiful rose petals arranged on our table made our anniversary feel truly special. The food itself was of excellent quality, incredibly delicious, and beautifully served. A special appreciation goes to Suman and Susmita, who provided exceptional service throughout our meal. They were friendly, attentive, polite, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making our 2nd anniversary so memorable. We genuinely appreciate the effort and hospitality, and we will definitely remember this experience. Highly recommended!

This was our third stay at Kempinski Muscat, and once again, we were absolutely delighted. The service, hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional, as always. We were especially touched by a lovely surprise prepared for us in our room, which made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Suaad and her wonderful breakfast team, especially Aung and Payel, who took such great care of us every morning. Their warmth, attentiveness and genuine kindness made breakfast a real highlight of our stay. Kempinski Muscat truly feels like a home away from home. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and wonderful team!
