I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kempinski Hotel Muscat for several nights, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and dining experiences I enjoyed throughout my stay. As a regular customer of The Kitchen restaurant, I continue to be impressed by the outstanding quality of both the food and service. The breakfast, brunch, and dinner offerings were consistently extraordinary, making every meal a memorable experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to Chef Onder, whose professionalism, culinary expertise, and dedication to excellence were truly remarkable. His exceptional dishes, particularly the perfectly prepared and delicious steaks, demonstrated both creativity and mastery. Every meal reflected the highest standards of quality and taste. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Anug and all of his colleagues in the kitchen team. Their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience were evident in every aspect of the service. In addition, I would like to recognize the Side Pool staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude contributed greatly to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Kempinski Hotel Muscat was outstanding. The dedication, professionalism, and genuine care demonstrated by the entire team made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning and enjoying the same exceptional standards of hospitality in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Zale. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. A special thank you to Eloisa from Zale for her exceptional service and kindness. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Zale is lucky to have such a dedicated team member. Highly recommended, and I will definitely visit again!

5 stars to Hany, the Egyptian barman at ZALE! ⭐️ Super friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made the whole experience warm and enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Great drinks, great energy, and excellent service. Also happy to share this photo with Tolgahan, the Turkish Beverage Manager, who was equally kind and attentive throughout the evening. Thank you both — we’ll definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Oman and would like to sincerely thank the amazing staff. At the pool, Abbas, Durai, Belal, and Leslie were absolutely fantastic – always helpful, attentive, and providing 1A service, both at the pool and the pool bar. They truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was always kept perfectly clean and beautifully decorated by Rajeshwar. We especially appreciated the lovely decorations and the fact that all the necessary equipment for our baby was provided. Gangarao also contributed a lot to making our stay so comfortable. At the Kitchen restaurant, we were always warmly welcomed by the manager, Anit Kumar, and felt very well looked after from the very beginning. The service was excellent, and Angel also took great care of us with kindness and professionalism. A big thank you as well to Jamie, the hotel manager, who advised us very well and was always professional, warm, and helpful. We would also like to mention Vaplanda, the “Lady in Red” – she was always present, attentive, and simply wonderful. Overall, this hotel is outstanding. This was already our second stay here, and we will definitely return, as everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is truly luxurious, with excellent facilities and a beautiful atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety and high quality throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The beach and pool areas were fantastic—clean, relaxing, and perfect for both adults and children. The overall range of amenities and services is impressive. A special thank you to the entire hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness.
