We had a very pleasant stay and were extremely satisfied. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The staff made us feel comfortable from the first moment. The breakfast was excellent – a great variety and very high quality. The location is also quite good. It’s not directly on the beach, but it’s centrally located and not far from the water. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful property. Fantastic hospitality from the entire team of staff - 1. Abeer, Owais from the check in team ensured I have a super smooth check In 2. Amna the manager went above and beyond to ensure I have a great stay and ensured I explored all the amenities of the hotel. 3, Abdulla the bell boy, Suraj and another house keeping staff too were super detail oriented. 4. On the restaurant side, I dont remember the exact names - Matsukar ? Isriye ? and fernando ensured we were well taken care of. The rooms are great ( a bid aged, but thats fine ). Enjoy the staying knowing that you are staying in the tallest building in all of Oman.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the Iftar buffet at the **Sheraton Oman Hotel**, and it was truly an amazing experience. The food was absolutely scrumptious from start to finish. The starters and fried items were exceptionally delicious and perfectly prepared. What really caught our attention was the stunning display of hung dates and dried fruits arranged in a special, eye-catching way to break the fast — such a thoughtful and beautiful touch. The main course offered a generous spread, including flavorful lamb mandi, tender chicken dishes, and a wonderful variety of vegetable preparations. The live grill station added an exciting and fresh element to the buffet. They also had a great selection of traditional Ramadan drinks like Vimto and laban, which complemented the meal perfectly. The dessert section was simply to die for — an impressive variety of pastries, Omani sweets, and Indian sweets. The highlight of the evening was definitely the unique and creative Cake Shawarma! Overall, the presentation of the food was spectacular, and the entire experience was memorable. The only disappointment was the shortage of glasses at the drinks section. Eventually, paper cups were provided, which felt a bit awkward for a five-star hotel. Since the event was under prior reservation, it would have been ideal for the staff to be fully prepared with a sufficient number of glasses. Despite this minor issue, it was a wonderful Iftar experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a special Iftar in Muscat.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Oman Hotel. The hospitality was truly excellent and made our experience very special. A special thanks to Rohit shinde from the afternoon shift , he served us food and was extremely helpful, active, and attentive. His service really stood out and made us feel very well taken care of.Also, a big compliment to Chef Talal, who was, as always, fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable and comfortable stay. We will definitely return!

My flight got redirected from Doha to Muscat because of the conflict, and I ended up at the Sheraton Hotel. The staff were all super friendly. Big thanks to Azad, the head chef for pastries and desserts, for being amazing at his job and really nice during my stay.
