We had a wonderful stay of 5 night at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was very clean, and the overall service was excellent throughout our stay. My son really enjoyed the hotel, especially the swimming pool, which was one of his favorite parts. One of the best highlights was the amazing breakfast. There was a great variety of dishes, and we really appreciated the kids’ corner, which was a nice touch for families. A special thanks to Mr. Rajish for his kindness and excellent service during our stay. He was very helpful and made us feel well taken care of. Truly it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the experience I had today while visiting Sheraton Oman with my family. We regularly choose to spend one weekend every month at a 5-star hotel as a family break, allowing us to relax and for our children to enjoy the swimming pool and hotel facilities. Today, we specifically visited Sheraton Oman with the same expectation. During our visit, after I provided all the required details, including the number of guests and ages, your team initially offered us a room rate. However, after some time, the rate was changed completely, and I was informed that the initially quoted rate was not possible. I waited for around 20 minutes while the supervisor was called, only to be told that there may have been some miscommunication. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled left us very disappointed, particularly as we were with our family and had already spent considerable time discussing the booking. For a hotel of Sheraton’s standard, I expected a much more professional and customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, today’s experience was not what I would expect from a 5-star property and has affected our impression of Sheraton Oman. I request your management team to look into this incident and provide clarification on what happened. I had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Oman Hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed a relaxing tea break, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was exceptional, and every detail reflected true hospitality A special thanks to Owais and Jassim for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. My flight got redirected from Doha to Muscat because of the conflict, and I ended up at the Sheraton Hotel. The staff were all super friendly. Big thanks to Azad, the head chef for pastries and desserts, for being amazing at his job and really nice during my stay.

We booked our stay just the night before, and we were pleasantly surprised to secure their exclusive promotion, which included early check-in and late check-out. The best part of our experience was the exceptional hospitality. The reception staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and supportive of every request we had. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the long sofa by the window, which made it a cozy spot to relax. The electronic curtains were a nice modern touch, and the room came complete with all the essential amenities we needed. The swimming pool was another highlight. It was large and featured a submerged stone platform where you can lie back and, with the push of a button, enjoy water jets that create a relaxing, massage-like experience. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back on our next visit.
