We spent a week at The Chedi Muscat and had an amazing stay. Everything from the service and location to the rooms was excellent. The whole hotel has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and the pools are beautiful. It was exactly the kind of stay we were hoping for. A special mention has to go to Pandiyan, whose customer service was exceptional. He genuinely made us feel at home, regularly checked in on us throughout our stay and was always there to help with anything we needed. He was incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming, and really made a difference to our experience. The hotel needs more people like him! The only area I think could be improved is the food. While the dining experience and service were lovely, I found the food slightly overpriced for the quality. We had a meal that came to almost £200, and unfortunately I didn’t feel the quality of the food justified that price. That aside, we had a wonderful week and would absolutely recommend The Chedi for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay in Muscat.

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed our overall experience at the hotel. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a high standard of comfort and service. The staff was consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, although we felt that the overall flavor could be slightly improved to better match the hotel’s level of excellence. We would also like to sincerely thank the concierge team, especially one of the Les Clefs d’Or concierges (holding two keys), who provided exceptional attention and ensured we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed here September 2025. Staff were excellent. Room was nice overlooking the pool/ beach clean & well maintained. Pool was nice. Gym was really good & had a sauna/steam decent showers. Overall a great stay. One night to Turkish House Restaurant for dinner nearby recommendation via the big guy at the front desk it was excellent! Taxi to and from the airport did t take long and not expensive.

Peaceful, moody, magical. Just like staying at a friend's luxury home. Had an amazing 3 days at The Chedi Muscat. Despite the unassuming entry way, the property is a sprawling sanctuary with beatiful gardens that are even more beautiful at night. The staff were warm, welcoming and tended to our every need. Special mention to the bartender at The Club Lounge - Richard Saren, who took exceptional care of us every night we visited. Our room was comfortable and very tastefully furnished. The restaurant served great food and the pools were awesome. One thing truly unique at this property is the sense of quiet exclusivity which is not shared by the other luxury resorts in the city. We will definitely come back.

We loved staying at The Chedi Muscat. A standout for us were the staff which made us feel welcome. A heartfelt thank you to our pool staff Pandiyan, he kept the ice water, fruits and ice cream coming without ever having to ask! Same goes to all the staff at both restaurants, the beach restaurant is a treat. Some things could be improved. The AC is older and could be brought back to the state of the art. Secondly, the pool menu lacks behind the general good standard of food. Nonetheless, The Chedi stays one of our favorite options in Muscat.
