We had an amazing stay at AMARA Hotel Limassol and I highly recommend it. The service was excellent everywhere in the hotel. The rooms were cleaned and taken care of constantly, and every time we came back to the room there was another small surprise or thoughtful detail waiting for us. These little touches really made the stay feel special and created a true luxury experience. The pools are beautiful, the private beach is excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We also really enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel. You can feel the quality and luxury in every corner of the property. A very special thank you to Dimitri at Reception for his kindness, professionalism and help throughout our stay. Also, many thanks to Fatma at the Spa for the wonderful service, the detailed explanations and for always welcoming us with a smile. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend AMARA to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Limassol. We would be very happy to come back again.

We had a superb stay at Amara Limassol. Everything was at an excellent standard, from the rooms and services to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The beach conditions are outstanding, extremely clean and very well organized, while the hotel facilities are truly exceptional. The pools, spa, and relaxation areas are impeccable and perfectly maintained. The restaurants deserve special appreciation. The food is excellent, diverse, and beautifully served. The staff is attentive, friendly, and highly professional, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. It is an elegant and peaceful hotel, perfect for relaxation. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay in Limassol.

Our stay at the Amara Hotel in Limassol was truly unforgettable, especially because we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely welcome arrangement in our room, which made our celebration even more special. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the hotel manager for kindly upgrading our room. It was a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to mention the gentleman at the pool, who was exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. It was our first time in Cyprus and we chose Amara as our hotel and it was absolutely the right choice. Being in some 5-stars hotel (Dubai), you never know, what to expect somewhere else, but this was absolutely 5 star + 5 star service. Marios welcomed us from the very early beginning and because we are always too lazy to book restaurants in advanced, he could sneak us in, even though they were fully booked. Just for SPA this was not possible. So better make your appointments ahead of your journey. View is amazing. Running along the beach easy. Gym is not big, but everything is there. Indoor pool is big. Outdoor pools as well. Once we went to Nammos for lunch (was good, but expensive). Again, if we choose Cyprus again, we know where to stay - Thank you team Amara 👋🙏

An expensive stay that did not meet our expectations We spent a long time planning this holiday and were really looking forward to it. Our stay at AMARA in Limassol was expensive, so we expected a matching standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. We paid extra for a higher-category room but were given a room on the first floor, at the far end of the corridor. Every time we went to or from our room, we had to walk through the entire hotel. This location was an unpleasant surprise, especially after paying extra. There was also an issue with housekeeping. When we returned to our room around lunchtime, it had still not been cleaned. When I approached reception, the staff member simply replied, “I don’t know.” The room was cleaned about twenty minutes after I raised the issue, but the initial response fell far short of what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Another disappointment was the Japanese restaurant. We paid approximately €270 for dinner, but neither the food nor the service justified the price. The portions were small, the sushi and rice were dry, and the octopus was tough. Instead of enjoying a lovely dinner, we felt that we had wasted our money. The water in the outdoor pools, the indoor pool, and even the jacuzzi felt ice-cold to us. We were unable to relax and enjoy these facilities. We also had an unpleasant experience when requesting a late checkout. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we would have to pay for an additional night. Only after an argument were we allowed to stay until 3 p.m. I would expect such requests to be handled calmly and courteously, without guests having to argue. For me, a hotel’s standard is reflected not only in its appearance but also in how guests are treated, the quality of service, and how problems are resolved. Based on our experience, AMARA did not justify the price we paid. I cannot recommend this hotel and will choose somewhere else for my next holiday in Limassol.
