We had a lovely stay at the Venus Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the waitresses were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were excellent, and the housekeeping staff were also very kind, helpful, and professional. We truly appreciated their hospitality and the effort they put into making our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the only disappointing part of our experience was the reception staff. We politely asked whether it would be possible to extend our stay in the same room. We completely understand that availability can be limited and that the hotel may not have had any rooms left. However, the way the receptionists handled the situation was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. The room was still showing as available on Booking.com while we were trying to make a decision, and during this process, the price changed before the room was eventually closed for booking. I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I understand how availability, pricing, and reservations work. I would never expect a hotel to provide a room that is unavailable, but I do believe that guests deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and clear communication, regardless of the circumstances. It is a shame that the attitude of the reception staff affected an otherwise wonderful experience, especially when the waitresses and housekeeping team were so lovely. The hotel has many positives, and we would have left with nothing but great impressions if the reception experience had matched the excellent service provided by the rest of the team.

The hotel location is great. The sea and beachfront access is a dream. The food and dining staff get two thumbs up. The hotel cats are super chill and beautiful they can come to my house any time. Not much to complain about really. Beach, food, clean, fully functional and friendly atmosphere is more than enough for me. Definitely coming back again!

Perfect 👌 Visited this hotel 3 times in the last few years. Perfect position with a beautiful pool and the sea directly behind you. Cocktails by the pool are amazing with Barbara at the bar. Always got a smile on her face and just gets to know what drinks you have ! Food is also very good as I always go all inclusive. The waitress Maria is amazing too and will cater for any needs you have. In fact the whole team at the hotel are superb, the cooks, serving staff, the rooms cleaned and beds made everyday. Reception staff are also very good and friendly mostly speaking English as well as anybody and easy to understand. The views from the upper bar are incredible when the sun goes down as you relax and sip your cocktails. Thank you all for a totally relaxing time. Showers and changing rooms are also provided after you've checked out of your room and wait to be picked up by the airport shuttle before the four and a half hour flight back home. Great place and brilliant staff. Only one little thing I found that was a little odd was a certain lady in the hotel shop follows you everywhere you go in the shop making you feel like she thinks you are going to steal something even though its all only cheapy gifts !

Our experience at Venus Beach Hotel was average and did not fully meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. The food was good for the first 2–3 days, but afterwards it became very repetitive. The children were served pasta for 3 days in a row. We ordered a club sandwich from the other menu because we were not satisfied with the All Inclusive, and it took about an hour to arrive. The service was also slow; several times, the water arrived only after we had already started eating. On one occasion, the meat was raw. We reported it and it was replaced immediately. Cleanliness was also average. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and room cleaning was quite delayed. The playroom was almost empty, with old games, and all the games required an additional payment. The gym was good, but some handles were missing from one machine. There was live music at the bar, but we did not enjoy it. At the pool kiosk, there was not even a fruit platter, which felt rather stingy for a 5-star All Inclusive hotel. Nevertheless, we would stay again mainly for the pool and the sea, but we would choose breakfast only. For us, the All Inclusive was not worth the money.

An unforgettable stay at Venus Beach! A place we will definitely return to! We had an absolutely amazing vacation at the Venus Beach Hotel and want to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team for making our stay so perfect. This is truly a place we will definitely visit again! Location & Views: The hotel boasts a wonderful location — everything is close by, and the sea views, especially during sunset, are simply breathtaking. A huge plus is that it has, without a doubt, the best beach in the area! The clean golden sand, smooth entry into the water, and well-maintained beach area made our days absolutely perfect. Service & Cleanliness: The hotel itself has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It is extremely clean everywhere, with regular and high-quality housekeeping. However, the real gem of Venus Beach is its staff. Every single team member is wonderful, polite, helpful, and multilingual, which made communication completely effortless. Special Thanks: We want to thank the entire staff for their high level of professionalism, but we would like to give a special mention to: Milena at the reception — a true professional! She welcomed us with a warm smile, helped resolve all our check-in questions instantly, and remained incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. Maria, the Assistant Restaurant Manager — thanks to her flawless organization, the restaurant always runs perfectly, and the atmosphere is highly welcoming. Varvara, the bartender — she makes amazing drinks, is always positive, very attentive, and friendly! Dining: The food deserves the highest praise. Everything was excellent, delicious, and fresh. The variety of dishes is huge — there was always plenty to choose from every single day, and absolutely everything we tried was cooked to perfection. We loved our stay so much! A huge thank you to Venus Beach for your hospitality. See you next time! P.S. Special thanks for the wonderful surprises! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely compliment from the hotel — a bottle of delicious Cypriot wine. Furthermore, on my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a bottle of very tasty champagne. Such attention to guests is incredibly heartwarming!
