I booked this hotel via Indulgent Escapes with Jet2 and I am delighted that I booked Hotel Annabelle. The room is lovely and the hotel accommodated our requests to have a twin and be near another room booked with family. Others have commented on all the facilities but I feel the dining experience is exceptional and maybe the previous reviewer did not try out all the various restaurant options as we did. We had absolutely fantastic fine dining experiences each night at Ouranos, Mediterranean and Amorosa! The staff were very polite but warm and knowledgeable. As a family we requested different starters and mains to try out new flavours and all the meals were presented to a very high standard and were exceptionally delicious! We especially liked the little extras like aperitif, amusebouches and palate cleansers at Amorosa as well as the chef explaining the dishes, but all the hotel restaurants gave us a fantastic experience! I can't understand why they weren't busier although it did make the evenings more special for us. The service at Mediterraneo on the beach is also efficient and friendly. Sorry I didn't catch the staff members' names. We had the breakfast buffet at Mediterraneo too which had everything you would expect and was delicious. One other point we liked is that we could anyways find sunbeds at any time of day we felt like going to the beachfront. I would definitely return to Hotel Annabelle if we return to Paphos!

Brilliant hotel and experience here. We did make the mistake of not booking an adult only hotel- the only drawback were the screaming kids at the pool every day so we took the sun beds at the front of the terrace which helped. Otherwise the stay was perfect, the rooms were very clean, and tidied by staff twice daily. I used their dry cleaning service which was great and quick, the room has a safe, plenty of hangars, television with good channel choices, and the best bit was the lovely balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast team were brilliant and receptionists on check in and check out were patient, explained things in detail and helpful. Small things like the doorman opening the door to the front of the hotel. They really do customer service well. There are great restaurants in the hotel, but we ate out for lunch and dinner as we like the local cuisine and exploring, but it’s there if you need it. There are multiple pools and you are on the beach front for the sea. It’s walkable to the main places of interest and 7 minute taxi / Bolt to the old town (use Bolt). My only moan is the sun bed mattress could be thicker, it’s not the most comfortable.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Room was amazing and toiletries and coffee was topped up daily. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The house keepers were also lovely. Gave the hotel a vibe that it seemed to be nice place to work. I had a noisy shouty neighbour upstairs one afternoon, rang reception and I t was dealt with by security. The chair in the restaurant didn’t make for a calm environment, they all dragged and squeaked across the floor. The meals were nice but very samey. I went for lunch once and it was the same as dinner. No choice of a light snack. At mealtimes there were lots of different salads but nothing to go with them. A nice chicken breast would’ve been nice, but the choices were chicken curry or beef stew. No chips either, who doesn’t like chips. We ate in the outside bar for lunch. Leaf lower outside at 7am wasn’t great and the gym toys on the harbour squeak all day. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The bar on the foyer is a nice place for a drink. The different pool areas are lovely and the gardens are well maintained. Overall a nice stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel has excellent amenities, beautiful rooms, and fantastic pool areas that make it the perfect place to relax. A special thank you to Fatima at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Housekeeping was also exceptional, keeping everything spotless while being so warm and kind. The location is excellent, very accessible and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended! 🤍✨🌴

We were upgraded to panoramic sea view rooms which was great start. Wonderful staff - helpful and friendly. Fabulous food at Ouranus and we loved afternoon drinks at Mediterraneo. The location was perfect - close to the harbour as well as the castle and UNESCO site. Lots of lovely walks. Highly recommend and hope to return next year.
