An amazing luxurious stay in the cool mountains - from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, we were treated like honoured guests & all staff we encountered on this property were excellent. An obvious sense of pride working for this establishment permeated through & it showed in how staff interacted with guests & amongst themselves. We were upgraded to a fabulous pool villa & everything one could possibly ask for or want in a luxurious room was present. What was impressive was that any small or minor issues were immediately attended to & followed up on. This is the mark of a truly well oiled & run establishment. Wifi reception was excellent. The views were magnificent (sunset drinks at Diana’s Pt is truly a “wow” experience) & both our private pool & the main infinity pools were kept at the optimum temperature. Food at the Italian & International restaurant were top notch - authentic, fresh & delicious. Surprisingly they were at affordable price points & were served in generous portions. It sounds like I am gushing compliments but truly nothing negative to comment on. We managed to catch the tail end of the rose picking season & the resort is a short 10 to 15 min stroll away. I would definitely return & staying at Anantara was worth every cent!

💎Eden of middle east is located at Al Jabal Al Akhdar. It was heavenly spiritual. Let’s talk about the place we stayed , shall we? Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar defines perfectly the masterpiece of five star service. We must say that the hardest part of the trip is to say Good bye to wonderful hotel staffs. They created the friendliest and warmest at their best. We even had a Zootopia towel challenge haha. The spa is definitely top-notch and soul-cleansing. Everything the hotel arranged for us was beyond our expectation. Thank you Anantara for making our stay in Oman become the moment we treasured.🇴🇲🏔️🌅

The elegant villas and rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and designed to blend luxury with the natural surroundings, while the serene atmosphere and world-class facilities make it the ultimate mountain escape. What truly elevated our stay to an unforgettable experience was the exceptional, heartfelt service from the entire team. Special thanks go to: - Malik at the bar, whose warm personality, and attentive service made the happy hour great. - Pep, the F&B Manager, for his outstanding leadership and dedication to ensuring every dining moment was flawless. - Kamal at the Italian restaurant, who provided knowledgeable and passionate service that made our meals there truly memorable. - Mahmoud & Praveen at reception, for their warm, efficient, and always helpful welcome that set a perfect tone from arrival. - Hadi at the international restaurant and breakfast, whose cheerful energy and excellent service brightened every morning and evening. The food across all outlets was delicious, the facilities pristine, and the location simply magical!

The Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar is easily one of the most stunning properties I’ve stayed at. The location is breathtaking and the facilities are top-tier, but what actually makes a stay here 5-star is the service culture. You expect luxury, but the work ethic here is on another level. The standout for me was Mr. Ghosh. The team and myself were working very late, and he was incredible helping us set up the conference room at 1:00 AM - totally attentive and quick with every request we threw at him. When I saw him again for room service at 3:00 AM, he was just as professional. I was in the middle of a stressful work crunch, and his demeanor was so calm, respectful, and chill. He knew exactly how to be supportive without being intrusive. 'Ghosh Babu' is a hardworking legend.

An absolutely exceptional stay. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with genuine care and attention in every detail. The food was incredibly good, and the team handled allergies with real confidence and thoughtfulness, which made us feel completely at ease. It is difficult to thank everyone enough. There were special touches throughout that made the experience feel truly personal and memorable. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is calm and beautiful, and the team are simply fantastic. This place made our time in Oman feel very special. Without doubt one of the best places in Oman. The only downside was my birthday breakfast, which after confirming multiple times, including the evening prior, they forgot the cake, did not serve us coffee in a timely manner, and did not decorate the table as requested. Slighly dissapointing, but was definitely made up by the reception team who really made me feel special. A great thanks to the beautiful lady from Indonesia who assisted me at checkout! Additionally, the hotel shop (Anantara, not the local goods store). The lady working there was rude, dismissive, and often not present. Even when called, it took around forty minutes for her to arrive, and we eventually had to go to reception. When we attempted to make a purchase, she asked, “What do you want?” which felt quite abrupt. This behaviour was completely out of line with the rest of the team and the standard of service elsewhere in the hotel.
