We came from Turkey and decided to spend our last two days at Aurora Oriental after staying at a more well-known hotel nearby. The rooms were above average and comfortable. However, reaching the rooms was quite difficult. The building and floor layout feels like a maze, and you can easily get lost while trying to find your room. The reception staff were not very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the pool and the beach were both very nice and enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. Everything was incredibly delicious, and this was by far the strongest aspect of the hotel. Both the location and the food deserve a higher rating. However, considering the overall experience, I would say it is realistically a three-star level hotel.

The sea was absolutely amazing, with crystal clear and beautiful water. The swimming pools were also great and suitable for all ages, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bar team and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would also like to thank the reception team for their professionalism and warm attitude. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Noa, the kids club supervisor. She is a very kind, polite, and well-mannered young lady. She is always smiling, very interactive with the children, and clearly loved by all of them. The kids were very happy around her, and she truly made a positive difference in their stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Aurora Hotel was truly wonderful. I would like to give special thanks to Nwal from the animation team, who is responsible for the kids club. My child absolutely loved her, which is very special for us because our kids are usually not very social. She made them feel comfortable, happy, and excited every day. I also want to thank the reception team for being welcoming and professional, the housekeeping staff for the excellent room cleanliness, and the restaurant team for their great service. The beach is very calm, peaceful, and beautiful, which is a big advantage and made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again.

The rooms are clean and tidy, we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice and comfortable beaches, the staff was always helpful and close by! The food was very good! Stretching, disco, everything was very fun and exciting! Thank you very much to the wonderful hotel staff and the nicest girls animators!

We've had a fabulous stay here for a nice chilled week of winter sun. Lovely hotel in good location for local amenities. I have to mention the incredibly hard working staff who help make this place what it is. A special mention for mohamed sabry who was our house keeper, his art work on the bed is fabulous and he kept the room spotless. The beach was nice and the guy who works there to keep it clean and tidy never seems to stop and the towel guys are always happy to help you find beds and sort your towel for a small show of appreciation. We found that if you offer a small tip to the staff the look after you that little bit better. We will be back later in the year.
