Nice place Great hotel/resort! The loocation is ideal, very walkable to the entire Ao Nang shopping and dining scene and Ao Nang beach. The room is spacious and comfortable. The huge breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious. The staff were very gracious and kind. We were surprised on our last day when they located us in the breakfast room and brought a beautiful piece of cake, knowing that we were departing. And chef sanjay was very kind and helpful. Be enjoy here masala tea and chef tiger was very helpful thanks

Beautiful hotel, a peaceful haven away from the busy Main Street of Ao Nang below. Really good rooftop bar on 9th floor and pool bar/restaurant on 6th floor where you can see the amazing sunsets. Breakfast was excellent with a special shout out to the staff on the egg station. Food was delicious with an excellent choice on offer. The staff were so friendly and accommodating with our baby grandson. Food in the Peak Bar was good and staff so helpful. Lower pool was lovely and staff at the bar really helpful. Lots of shade and fans there too which helped with keeping our 3month old grandson cool. The spa was a really treat and the massages first rate. We were upgraded to superior rooms which were very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ao Nang who wants to be in the main hub but in a peaceful location.

Great experience overall staying at Avani Ao Nang Cliff. We stayed at a room in the reception building, facing the interior courtyard between this building and the middle one, so no concerns of noise. Tidy room. Helpful and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety and rotation between dishes. Great views, nice atmosphere. Nice location, less than 10 min away from the beach and taxi boats to railay and beyond, lots of bars/restaurants/massage places in the vicinity

Exceptional Service at Avani. Thanks to Nathy, Milk, and Chef Sanjay! I recently stayed at the Avani Hotel and had a great experience thanks to the wonderful team there. From the moment I arrived, Nathy and Milk made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles, great attention to detail, and a level of care that elevated my stay. A special mention to Chef Sanjay, whose dishes were absolutely fantastic. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with clear passion. His caring style was one of the highlights of my stay. Thanks to Nathy, Milk, and Chef Sanjay for making my time at Avani memorable.

Maid service was hit and miss. One day no toilet paper, and no coffee creamer. Always very late in the day. We came back from beach and no clean room. We had damp bedding not changed so we separated the bedding and pillows to get clean bedding. Too many mosquito in our room. Daily I killed several. Breakfast is wonderful however I never once got what I asked for a thai omelet always came as a regular omelet and with ketchup on the plate. I took to standing by the cook which they would not like and told me they would bring it to me. This failed every time as it would arrive with ketchup or the wrong type of omelet. I took to eating boiled eggs 🥚. The staff is very courteous and friendly. There is no business center computer for guests to use. The desk would not or could not help us check in our for departure flight in Krabbi. This is standard in even the cheapest hotels around the world. The Breakfast selection is world class. We enjoyed it except for the ketchup thing. The coffee is very different from Germany. But probably normal for Thailand. The location is great. My wife still has trouble navigating around the bridges and elevators. It was fun. I left the dead mosquitoes on the walls for the next guests. The maid never cleaned them.
