Our family just returned from a fantastic 5-day, 4-night stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa Krabi, and we couldn't be happier! The staff went out of their way to make us feel incredibly welcome, and the facilities were top-notch. ​If you are traveling with little ones, this is definitely the place to be. My kids absolutely loved the massive swimming pool and had an absolute blast at the kids' club. The location is also super convenient, we were right near plenty of delicious local restaurants, a handy 7-Eleven for snacks, and a self-service laundry. Plus, both the beach and the lively night market were just a short, easy walk away. ​One small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful if the restaurant could clearly tag dishes containing pork to make dining easier for guests with dietary preferences. ​Highly recommend this resort for a stress-free family getaway!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teens had a fantastic 12 night stay. Our rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. A great feature of the hotel was the app we could nominate when we wanted our room made up or order extra supplies. We had a package that included all meals and a selection of drinks. The restaurant and bar staff were all excellent. Ant, Nas and Wawa especially were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our food. The menu of what was included for lunch and dinner was extensive and unlike other places we have had extended stays at we did not grow bored of the menu. Breakfast had lot of choice and all family members found dishes they enjoyed. The location was great with shops, restaurants and markets close by plus a 7-11 and pharmacy across the road. I spent a lot of time lazing by the pool and it was clean with ample lounges and towels available. It is a long narrow pool and didn't feel crowded.

Mixed Experience: Great Location, but Some In-Room Issues I have mixed feelings about my stay at Centara Anda Dhevi. While there were several highlights, there are a few areas where the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience. Room & Comfort The location is fantastic, but the rooms were a struggle. We found the room to be extremely humid, to the point where the bed and sheets felt constantly damp. It was quite unbearable. I asked the hotel to look into it; however, I’m not entirely sure what was done to address it. Fortunately, we were only staying for four nights. Dining & Hygiene The breakfast selection was nice, though the coffee was a disappointment. We ended up getting our morning caffeine fix at the Starbucks located inside the hotel instead. On a more serious note, I noticed several female clients around the food and drinks with their hair down. This is a major hygiene concern. For the sake of cleanliness, the hotel really needs to implement a policy requiring clients to tie their hair back when in the buffet. It’s important to prioritize food safety over aesthetics in a dining environment. Service & Amenities The staff, overall, were wonderful. A special mention goes to the lady at the Kids Club—she was excellent. However, it was a bit disappointing that no other children joined the club during our last two days. We also found the hotel app incredibly convenient for communicating with the team and ordering items from housekeeping. Regarding the pool, it was fine, and while I’m personally quite picky about pools, my kids absolutely loved it! Location & Convenience The hotel’s strongest point is definitely its location. It’s a perfect base for excursions, with a laundry service and all necessary amenities right across the street. Pros: • Excellent location for tours and local shops. • Friendly staff and great Kids Club lead. • Convenient mobile app for requests. Cons: • High humidity in the rooms. • Poor coffee quality at breakfast. • Hygiene concerns regarding clients hair near food. I’m grateful for the friendly service, but I hope the management takes the feedback regarding room humidity and dining hygiene seriously! Thanks

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained. What made our stay truly special was the Kids Club. Our son absolutely loved spending time there every day. A huge thank you to Namhom Bee for being so kind, caring, and amazing with him. She made him feel happy, safe, and excited to come back every day. She is a real credit to the hotel! We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children, and we would definitely stay here again.

I came here for honeymoom, suprisingly this hotel wasss very good service. Start from i came from day1 they gave a good expectation because they carry our bag, they very welcoming. This hotel very strategic with rent bike, tour island, laundry. Nearest with 7eleven and all restaurant near with us. To kim (staff centara) he was very helpful, kind, so hardworking person. To bos, Please find kim he was good stafff !!!!! Because of him me and my husband want to come here again and again
