We stayed 2 weeks here and absolutely loved it! Close to everything, beaches and boat shuttles to go island hopping. The staff at the hotel are all amazing and we almost didn’t get our kids to go to the pool after they visited Namhom in the kids area. Absolutely fantastic for the whole family, kids enjoying themselves with amazing people that are so sweet and fun. We could just relax a bit by the pool. Service was great - all five star!!! Thank you for a lovely stay! Wawa in the bar is a superstar ⭐️

The hotel itself is a bit old and could use a refurbishment on some of the areas. Also cleanliness in the public areas could be better. We had mold in the shower, which is probably normal under these conditions, but could be taken care of more often.. i like that you get a free drink at the bar if the personell does not need to clean the room. The location is ok, not too much choice for food except for indian, or pakistani. The kids club was great. Our kids loved it and Namhom deserves a five star review. She really does a great job, although there is always a language barrier (so many different languages). She really die great!

The doorman upon check-in was quite unpleasant. It is obvious that this is an older property; given the high occupancy, it would certainly be worth investing in hardware upgrades. The rooms should be much brighter, especially the toilet and bathroom area. The front desk and doorman staff here seem unhappy, though a few restaurant staff members were much more lovely. In contrast, the service at "Let’s Relax" was exceptional. I previously stayed at Centara Life Lamai in Koh Samui—it was a smaller scale but provided the greatest joy. Every single staff member there was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel more like a cared-for friend than just a customer. That experience is why I joined the Centara1 membership. However, after this stay in Krabi, I am reconsidering whether to remain a member. It is truly a disappointment.

The hotel is truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The play area is clean, well-maintained, and full of fun equipment for children of all ages, with a safe and cheerful atmosphere. Namhom is kind, helpful, and always available, which made the experience even better. In addition, the hotel staff went above and beyond to celebrate my husband’s birthday and truly spoiled us from start to finish. The personal attention, warmth, and thoughtful gestures made our stay unforgettable. Without a doubt, an excellent hotel that we highly recommend and would love to return to.

Very lovely hotel with great facilities for families traveling with small children. The playroom was equipped with many different toys and activities for all ages. Namhom was kind and patient with our kids, and even helped looking after them at the pool when she was working at the pool bar together with the other staff. The staff was super friendly all around and made it a wonderful experience staying here.
