We had a really lovely stay at Panan Resort. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach, with 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, and Starbucks conveniently located right at the entrance. The staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Special thanks to Knott at the front desk, who was so helpful with our luggage storage and checkout. The pool area is beautiful, with a bar that’s perfect for relaxing and spending a few hours with your loved ones. The complimentary breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. Our room was spacious, with a balcony and a large shower area. The only thing that could be improved is that the room felt a bit humid — it would be even better if the dehumidifying system could be enhanced. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended

My stay at Panan Krabi Resort was absolutely exceptional! I booked a room with a private pool, and it was the highlight of my trip. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering complete comfort and privacy. Having my own pool made the stay feel extra luxurious—I could relax anytime without crowds, and it truly added a special touch to the whole experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The resort itself is modern and well maintained, with great facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect too—close to Ao Nang Beach, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend booking the private pool room if you’re visiting Krabi. It’s worth every penny and made my holiday unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again!

We really liked the location of this hotel and all the amenities it offered. The staff were very friendly and service oriented. All the common areas were very cleaned and welcoming. The breakfast had many options. We had 2 different reservations with 2 different room types because we decided to add 2 days but Agoda would not let us modified our initial reservation. For the first 2 days, we had what Agoda called "Double Deluxe Sea View". It was the more expensive of the 2 rooms. It was a corner room with 2 balconies. Although the room and the views were really nice, it had a weird layout. It had a very large rectangular bath tub on one of the balconies that would have taken a very long time to fill and looked very uncomfortable to lay in. The shower had no door and there were no outlets on either side of the bed. We would not recommend this type of room. Our 2nd room for the following 4 days was called on Agoda "Deluxe Sea View". We liked that room much better. The layout of the room and bathroom were much better in our opinion. But both room were very clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed at Panan Krabi Resort and found it to be a very good hotel overall. A huge plus is how peaceful and quiet our room was, especially considering the hotel is just minutes away from the main, busy street—that made a big difference for us! The pool is large and excellent too. Regarding the room itself, the cleanliness, in our opinion, could be improved. We noticed some wear and tear, particularly with the wood paneling, which wasn't maintained at its best level. This is probably just due to the hotel’s high demand, but a little more attention to maintenance and cleanliness here would really elevate the stay experience. The breakfast was generally fine and up to standard, but I found it lacked of variety. I was hoping for more localized Thai dishes or even just a wider selection of meat choices. It felt like the menu was heavily targeting Western guests, who seemed quite happy with the offerings, but I'd love to see more regional flavor! Overall, a solid choice, especially for the quiet location and great pool, but with a little more focus on deep cleaning and room maintenance, this place would be fantastic.

We were really looking forward to staying at PANAN Krabi Resort, but unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations—especially considering the price. The issues started right away. The breakfast was completely lacklustre: limited selection, mediocre quality, and nothing that made it feel like a resort-level offering. Our room wasn’t much better. The headboard was visibly dirty, and there were hairs left in the shower, which immediately set the tone for a stay that felt poorly maintained. Noise was another major problem. The rooms open onto solid concrete hallways with absolutely no sound insulation. Doors would slam all night long as guests returned to their rooms, waking us repeatedly. It made it nearly impossible to get a proper rest. Overall, the resort gave the impression of cutting corners on both cleanliness and comfort. For what we paid, we expected a significantly higher-quality experience. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it to others.
