We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. This is the second time that my daughter has stayed while it’s the first for the rest in the family. Location is great near most of the shops, bars and restos while the beach is about 10 minutes walk. Rooms are clean with comfy pillows and bed while the toilet is nothing to complain about.. Staff are friendly, offered us welcome drinks upon arrival. They are just so nice and hospitable. And the breakfast buffet is something that most guests would really look forward to and they have really good spread and variety, I commend this hotel for making sure every guest is well satisfied. However I have exception to my second day at the breakfast buffet. I picked the 4 seat table but noticed that there were no dining utensils i.e. spoon fork knife, tissue so I requested from one lady staff for the utensils… but the lady declined my request and speaking in thai pointed me to collect for the utensils myself ! How uncooperative can she be ?… As a guest I didn’t expect this answer coming from her. But still I just complied and took 4 sets of utensils myself from the corner and brought it to our table. I Hope the hotel could promptly take action and advise this staff to improve in her dealings with guests especially a senior citizen.

Waewa was amazing in responding quickly to the initial issues we had encountered at the hotel. As soon as Waewa was aware she contacted us quickly and was very compassionate and understanding. Our second room.was fantastic with the most amazing views! Breakfast was not for us but we really enjoyed the coffees at the coffee shop. We also enjoyed the meals from the pool bar, these were delicious and great value. Thank you to Best at the pool bar, what a top guy you are! Cocktails made really well and again great value. Great central location in Krabi and the grounds and pools are stunning. Khop Khun to all!

An Amazing Stay – Perfect Location for Families My daughter and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Panan Krabi Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and the whole experience was fantastic. The location is perfect. It’s right in the heart of Ao Nang, within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops and everything you could want. It made getting around incredibly easy, especially travelling with my daughter. The resort itself was fantastic. The pools were great, and the pool bars were the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring. The food was also very good, with plenty of options available. One of the things that really stood out was the assistance from the staff in organising activities. They were incredibly helpful with arranging and booking excursions, making everything simple and stress-free. It meant we could just enjoy our time together without having to worry about organising everything ourselves. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. My daughter and I had such a memorable holiday, and Panan Krabi Resort was a big part of that. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Panan Krabi Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially families. Fantastic resort, fantastic location and fantastic staff!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! ❤️ I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Rita for the amazing hospitality, for being so helpful and for guiding us throughout our stay. She truly made us feel so welcomed! One of the cutest highlights was the complimentary traditional Thai dessert served on the weekends. 🥰 You can even try making it yourself with the lovely staff, Nam and C, who were there to guide us step by step. Such a fun and unique experience! Overall, I would definitely say this hotel is worth staying at. The hospitality, little thoughtful experiences and the location are all amazing. And the best part? Everything is within walking distance, which makes exploring the area so convenient. ✨ Definitely a place I’d happily come back to! 🇹🇭❤️

Booked originally for 3 nights but that became a week. The layout and vibe is very much a resort feel. With a few treats like a local pet turtle and some fish. One of the best swimming pool environments I’ve swam in. Service and attentiveness was top notch from the front desk to the restaurant and room attendants. tidy fresh rooms. Staff friendly and positive. Like most Thai’s - If you care to give a warm greeting and smile, you get it back 10x :-) This location of Krabi has high humidity but the ac and included dehumidifier in each room works great! close to beach, pharmacy, 7-11’s and boat ticket booth and heaps of restaurants. I really liked the smart tv, you can use for YouTube Netflix, Prime, etc. Wifi was flawless and fast. Thank you to Rita at the front desk and the buffet/restaurant manager Sonia was so helpful and caring going the extra mile when my nephew was unwell for a day or 2. She did so well, even made us coffee’s when we were late to the buffet. Thanks again :-)
